***SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***

Hello,The sponsor did in fact enter into a contractual agreement with Vendors United confirming a payment of $Per contract, "this contract shall not be modified, changed, or cancelled" thereby making the sponsor not eligible for a refundAlso the contract states, "Delivery of ad to host is
estimated to be approximately days from date of signed contract"However, due to circumstances beyond Vendors United's control, including compliance issues and lengthy approval processes with different advertising sponsors, delivery of ad to host can sometimes take longer than daysPer contract, "Sponsor agrees to send Vendors United advertisement copy within business daysFailure to do so gives Vendors United the right to create sponsor's advertisement"In this case, we have not heard from the sponsor and our graphics team has just wrapped, and will be sending a pdf copy to the sponsor for them to approve or make changes toWe are also currently in contract, and in the process of producing the community guidebook for Better Homes Realty for the third yearAttached you will find a copy of the contract we have with Better Homes RealtyThe sponsor also states that Better Homes Realty hasn't been in contract with us in two years which is falseThe last shipment of books were delivered to the office on 5/31/2016, with tracking number *** and we then held a meet and greet event on 7/7/2016. We sincerely do apologize for the delays, and any inconvenience this may have been, but please keep in mind that your one year sponsorship does not begin until the books have been completed and shipped to the office

Hello Mr ***,Vendors United provided graphics to you on 11/07/2016, and you approved them on 11/28/Per contract, ‘ads created by Vendors United provided to sponsor are labor intensive and constitute half the monetary value of the advertising,’ thereby making you eligible to receive a
partial refundWe sent check number 6033, in the amount of $We will also continue to feature you in our Community Guidebook as wellWe hope this resolves any issuesThank you

Revdex.com:
I want to be clear that Vendors United was also to have scheduled a "meet and greet" with many Realtors, and that, in fact, was more important than the printed advertisement. They did fail to fulfill the terms of their contract with us, and the fact that the Realtor returned the shipment is of no consequence to us, we had no contractual relationship with the Realtor firm.We appreciate the refund, which is what we have asked for and expected, nearly 10 months ago.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and if we do, indeed, receive the refund check then will find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Until then I w like to leave the complaint open please.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Hello,We did receive the charge back on 3/8/2017, in which the bank sided with us on 3/16/2017 since we are still within our contractual obligations. Per contract, "Delivery of ad to host is estimated to be approximately 120 days from date of signed contract". In this case, it has not yet been 120...

days from the date of the signed contract, and we are still in the process of producing the Guidebook for publication. The product will be out in approximately 120 as stated on the contract, which we clarify with each customer before running any payment. Hopefully there are no ill feelings with the customer, we have always, and will continue to deliver our customers products.

Hello,After further review, Vendors United has approved your refund request. A check in the amount of $425 will be sent to you in the mail today.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Sincerely, [redacted]

Delivery of the book will be within the next 3 weeks. You will receive an email from our office when the books are on the way to the office. We can also at that time provide you with a tracking number to refer to. Once the books arrive we then will reach out to the broker to arrange the meet and greet event. It typically takes place 4-6 weeks after the arrival of the books to ensure you have enough time to schedule it in and attend. In regards to your additional 1 year sponsorship, you will be featured for a total of 24 months in the Exit 1st Class Realty book, at no charge to you.

Sorry to hear that we have fallen short of your expectations of us. After further review, Vendor United has approved you for a partial refund and we will still provide you with a full page in the Community Guidebook. Please contact our office to receive your check. Thank you!

A quick google search reveals that the Coldwell Banker Sugar House Branch does indeed exist, in fact, it's been in the same location for 29 years. We have a contract with Craig L[redacted], the managing broker at the office, to produce our Community Guidebook product. This contract was electronically...

signed on 11/15/2016, is valid for three years, and is attached. We have, in fact, already refunded Mr. [redacted] the $500 he paid on 12/21/2016, and that receipt is attached as well. Vendors United has over 10,000 clients and the vast majority are completely satisfied with our product and our services.

We sent check #[redacted] via email for $995 to [redacted] - [redacted] Insurance Agent for an overdue refund. Please review the text in the following email that was sent from the owner (me): As the owner of the business, please accept our belated refund, sent via e-check just now. I make...

the final approval for refunds, and this took a very long time to get to me, much longer than it should have. Although I was out of town at a conference, there's no excuse for the poor service you received. The buck stops with me.Unfortunately, the product (Community Guidebook) was unable to sell enough space in the Walla Walla market to become a success. Several attempts were made to generate interest in the project, but in the end, it became just our second book out of 250+ that we never produced. You should have received your refund months ago. Again, I'm sorry that you received such delayed service from us.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  It was not brought to my attention that the meet and greet with +60 associates was still going to take place.  If It dose not happen or I do not get the invite, I will request the remainder of the purchase.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Hello,The books have been sent to the press and will be in the office in the next couple of weeks. Unfortunately, we are unable to approve a refund at this time as art has already been completed and your ad will be in circulation within the next couple of weeks, and will continue to be in...

circulation for the next year per contract. We do apologize for the delay and would be willing to provide an additional year of advertisement at no charge for the inconvenience.

Hello,On 5/16/2017, the client, [redacted] [redacted] entered into a contractual agreement with Vendors United for a full page add for $995 providing us with a down payment of $295, with the promise to pay the remaining balance after 30days. However, Vendors United agree to letting the sponsor make...

the 2nd payment after 90days. Vendors United then attempt to collect the remaining balance of $700, on 8/16/2017, and was only able to collect $500 which left the client with a remaining balance of $200. Attached you will find a copy of the sponsors contract, along with our 3 year contract we have with Re/Max Real Estate Experts in Germantown, Tn. After the $500 payment was made, client then called Vendors United yelling and screaming and making threats towards our company. His wife [redacted] then gave us a call and spoke with the owner, apologizing for her husbands behavior, and asked that she would be the person in charge of their account with us since it was her card that was being charged. At that point, Vendors United has change all account information to sponsors wife, and have been working with [redacted] on their ad for the Community Guidebook. After further discussion with [redacted], the owner agreed to considering their account paid in full because of the issues. Vendors United asks that this complaint be removed completely off of the Revdex.com since both parties agree that this is slander, and in correspondence with [redacted], she informed us that she would talk with [redacted] and have it removed. Attached you will find emails with [redacted] stating that she is the [redacted], and her conversation stating she would have this complaint removed. [redacted]Revdex.com REDACTED 4 ATTACHMENTS[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:  This proposal is being rejected solely because I was promised a luncheon or dinner with +60 realtors in my area.   I could have done Welcome Wagon for far less than $1000 and had exposure with every new house sold in my area.  My concern regarding the printed book is only secondary.  Being lied to about sitting down and having an audience of +60 potential new patients was my goal and the value of the $1000!
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:I received this follow up email from Better Homes Realty:On Wed, Jun 14, 2017 at 12:01 PM, [redacted] <[redacted]@bhrnorthbay.com> wrote: Hi [redacted],Thank you for your patience as we looked into this matter. Unfortunately, we are standing firm that we cancelled our involvement with Vendors United and the production of booklets on our behalf. We apologize for any inconvenience this has presented to both Sean W[redacted], DDS and your personal business The Assurance Group. As far as reimbursement options at this point, possibly contacting your credit card company to request stop payment or reimbursement could be an option. Sincerely,~Ashley Ashley G[redacted]Office Administrator/Marketing DirectorBetter Homes Realty917 College AvenueSanta Rosa, CA 95404(707) 578-5400 (P/F)[redacted]@bhrnorthbay.comwww.bhrnorthbay.com
Better Homes Realty has confirmed that Vendors United is acting unlawfully on behalf of Better Homes Realty, misrepresenting themselves and creating fake contracts with sponsors like myself. I stand firm that we deserve a refund, as what you sold is fake and is not being made and you knew that when you sold us this product. We hope that Vendors United can refund us our $429.00 before further action by our representatives takes place.
Sincerely,
