A young male cashier at this store has been so disrespectful for the last few months. One of my visits to this store he shoved my receipt and change into my hands. He has been nothing but rude each and every time Ive visited this store. He never ask if you need help with your groceries, he just pushes you out of his line like he doesn't care. Ive made two complaints to a male and female manager a month ago but nothing was done. He continues to do the same thing. This is not customer service and its not ok. The public needs to know about this so they can be aware.

[redacted] UPDATE to complaint   My complaint against [redacted], has been RESOLVED! On 3/27/15, at 3:29pm, had spoken with Customer Care. They said they can't stop current pre-printed mailings. As of the date  3/27/15 they said they would suppress all future mailings including from Third Party Advertisers. That it would take two-weeks for all mailings to stop. [redacted]

responding to the complaint filed by Mr. [redacted] regarding a mailing he
received from PCS Stamps and Coins.  He
received a promotional offer to purchase a collection of Lincoln Pennies.  The mailing does not state the coins are
free; in fact the price is on the accompanying letter.  If Mr. [redacted] does not wish to purchase
the coins, then he can discard the offer.

We received this order by mail on 8/22/14.  Ms. [redacted] contacted us on 9/4/14 to advise
that she did not order this item.  At
that time, we cancelled her order and mailed her a postage paid label to return
the Tote.  In an effort to resolve this
matter, we have removed the balance from her account.  We have also issued her a check for the $8.49
she paid in return postage.
 
We

resolved.

us that he did not place this order.  At
that time we cancelled the order, cleared the balance from the account, and
mailed him a postage paid label to return the bracelet.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I would like to note, however, that because I have moved and Phillips has not been my last name since 2015, that I never received any overdue notices until I received the last piece of mail I responded to. Yes, the toll-free number is listed, but as I described, they were closed every time I called and the automated menu did not give me an option to pay  No website was listed. And, I DID email them at the listed email address, but they did NOT respond!
So, yes, thank you for clearing the "debt", but shame on them for their boldface lies and deceit.

received.  Despite our policy that coins must be returned within 30 days for a refund, we are willing to make a one-time exception and allow Mr. Noland to return the collection he received over two years ago for a full refund.  He may contact us at [redacted] to arrange for the return.
We inspect coins before sending them to customers to make sure they meet the definition of uncirculated (inspired by the Official [redacted] of Coins): a coin that has no trace of wear, but which may show a number of contact marks, and whose surface may be spotted or lack luster. Especially for coins as old as these (over 100 years old), coin restoration is not an uncommon industry practice, and does not prevent a coin from meeting the above definition of uncirculated. We strive to offer coins that have good eye appeal.
