expiration date of the subscription was July 16th, 2014.    Invoices for renewal of the subscription were produced and mailed on June 14th,  July 14th, August 14th and September 14th.    Delivery was stopped on September 17th because a payment had not been received.   On September 18th, a call was received by our customer service department from the customer.    According to the notes on the account, the mailing address for the invoice was confirmed as correct  although the customer said they had not received invoices.     They were informed that the subscription could not be restarted until payment was received.    A payment for a one year subscription was posted to the account  on October 9th and the subscription was restarted.     On October 30th [redacted], our Distribution Director confirmed with [redacted] that they are now receiving the paper.   Mr. [redacted] will continue to call her once a week for the next month to verify delivery.

The Greenville News response states that "[redacted], our distribution director, has contacted [redacted] to let her know that the delivery issues have been reviewed with the carrier.  [redacted] will follow up to make sure that all future requests are taken care of." [redacted] did not contact Ms. [redacted], he contacted me. After several attempts by me to have a manager contact me, and waiting for 3 weeks with no response, Mr.[redacted] contacted me the very next day after the Revdex.com got involved. He told me he had just become aware of the situation on Monday, May 12, the same day you sent the message to the Greenville News. His excuse for the failed delivery hold was that there had been a substitute carrier during that time period. This excuse is not acceptable nor is the evidence that customer service representatives do not relay complaints to managers as they claim to do. I've been down this road with the Greenville News before and, despite their promises, neither their delivery service nor their customer service ever improves. I'm canceling my subscription with them.

Review: The crew collected $10 / person for fish cleaning, as the boat departed the harbor(30 passengers, $300.00). At the end of the day 20 passengers did not catch any fish. The Captain nor the Crew offered an refund to those who had no fish to clean. The Crew collected funds for services, but performed no services, and did not offer a refund to those who were asked to pay, prior to any fishing?Desired Settlement: I feel the Captain should issue write Revdex.com a letter, which indicates this practice would be stopped. The fisherman would be allowed to pay for their fish to be cleaned, after the fish were caught, which is the practice of most all other boats, who do the charter fishing.
