I used Veriheal for my original certification last year and was very patient and understanding as their doctor failed to upload the certification in the timely manner that they guaranteed. Now they notified me a month ago that my certification was set to expire and asked if I would like to schedule an appointment through them again. Against my better judgement I gave them a second chance. That was incredibly foolish on my part because yet again they failed to meet the expectations that they set for themselves. I had my appointment on 6/14/2020 and not it is 3 weeks later and my dispensary informs me that my certification has expired and there is not a new one uploaded. After contacting Veriheal and Speaking to a Supervisor Greg. He informs me that he will get it taken care up immediately and I hear nothing back for over an hour. I call back to find out why it has not been taken care of and he refuses to get back on the phone with me and makes a rep communicate between us. This is extremely poor customer service where a supervisor lies to his customers when he fully has no intention of making good on the promises made. After insisting that if it can not be handled today then I want a refund he still refused to speak with me again personally. All this time claiming that he was on another call with a patient yet he was able to answer every question asked through the rep and also attempted to text message me instead of speaking over the phone. After asking for the refund due to the company failing to meet its requirements, I had to insist on receiving a receipt that they have refunded my money. The rep claimed that they do not provide receipts of any kind. Upon insisting further the supervisor then finally emailed a receipt. This to me shows a clear sign that they do things with no regard to customer service or satisfaction. I am a veteran and know many who are mmcc holders and would never recommend Veriheal to anyone else the way the do business currently. Truly appalled that this is how a repeat customer is treated. I hope that someone in a high level of management sees this and tries to make a change.
