I have had the experience, to receive answers to questions that help with the registration process due to being dyslexic. Awful customer service, after being left in limbo for an hour I was told that neither of the two doctors was available for my appointment. After taking off work for this call I was left with no help and having to wait for a refund! RUN AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Scam in Illinois. They take your money promising you to get your card the day of your appointment, and then postpone your appointment in till you get a note from your doctor that you have a qualifying condition. But if that's the case what do I need veriheal for. They make promises to good to be true. 22hrs since I asked them to make good on their money back guarantee. Have not heard back yet. The legit people that say good things about them could probably have gotten their cards without veriheal quickly and easily but a whole lot cheaper.
