Very easy to get qualified and super convenient to apply..

Professionalism isn't their strong point. I video chatted with a doctor and after asking to simply verify that he spelled my email correct he states I need to wait and ends the video chat. He didn't even get my conditions correct on my script. This doctor is Dr olu in NJ. Rude, unprofessional, and just plain ignorant to his "pacients" never using again, plenty of sites to get your medical card.

I don't recommend them, really. If you live in a state with legal medical, and you already have a regular physician or psychiatrist you should be able to get a rec from them. If you're like me and use it for anxiety and pain management you should have a regular therapist /practitioner anyway (I know some doctors won't do the recommendations, but you could still look for someone local in network that would). Seems like a waste of $200 for a 5 minute meeting for them to send you a form you have to finish filling out yourself, on top of having to do an application via state for another $100 or so. When my husband and I applied before his application with the state was rejected twice due to errors the doctor kept making on the form, which she admitted to. On top of that the doctor failed to mention during is interview that because of his employment he wouldn't benefit from it at all but claimed to have other patients in the same line of work. I find that odd, because surely she would have known that they could not use cannabis medical or otherwise if it were true. So $300 total down the drain for him, and I was only able to benefit for using my card a few months before we had to move states. And funny thing we ended up moving to a state with legal recreational. I wish I had waited or had gotten a recommendation from my doctor at the time. Veriheal was a mistake for us. To top it off, I don't care for their customer support team very much. It's hit or miss when it comes to speaking with someone who has at least an adequate amount of professionalism and minimal amount of knowledge, but they are available 24/7 at least.

Such a relief to have Veriheal in Pennsylvania. My pcp wouldn’t approve me so I needed to find a doctor that understood I wanted to try things other than my usual prescription because of how they made me feel. Honestly twice as happy now than before I had this access.

Very simple process and explained thoroughly. Wasn't sure if my condition would be approved but the money back guarantee helped me make the call to move forward. Glad I did! Really should have made the move on this a long time ago since cbd and the lower thc creams do wonders for my joint pain.

A big run around.... as soon as I paid my fees and costs, and was approved by their doctor ,their staff went awol, or didnt want to help at all.. One person tells you one thing, and another tells you another. When I ask about the refund or legal department, they string me along more and more and change the subject, or just give an excuse. Idc what experiences others had with this company but to me it sounds like a money hungry company that only cares until you pay them. As soon as you post a review though they all come out of the wood work with more excuses or coupons ect.. to get you to remove it..HMMM FISHY TO ME!

First appointment with doctor was scheduled and afterwards, the doctor one day later, left the company. I waited for some weeks, then the doctor I was assigned filled the form but left some fields and when looking at the Illinois Medical registry, the doctor was not found. Only good thing was that I was issued a refund, hopefully they can respond soon with a follow-up.

Thankful for Veriheal in New Jersey. Every other doc wanted an arm and a leg.

Dr. Clifton was amazing. I despise going back to doctors offices more than anyone so the online option was a game changer.

Watch out for cancellation fees. If you cancel your appointment you’ll be charged a fee.

I cannot say enough what a value this service is. They saved me months from going to a Doctor's office over several months and having records transferred as my Doctor and many in my State are not participating. Everything they explained happened within the timeframe they told me. I have referred Ceriheal to several of my family members and friends. I would highly recommend this to anyone who does not have the time and does not want to deal with all the medical paperwork. It probably costs more to go the multiple visit route.

Haven’t gone to a doctor for anything in probably 3 years. It’s safe to say I was a little weary, but the doctor I had an appointment with at Veriheal was incredible. Made things very easy for me and I got my card in 5 days.

I had a second appointment after the first one was cancelled because the doctor had an “emergency” scheduled a second appointment that I was supposed to have today and it was cancelled AGAIN. I found out about this through a friend and my friend actually was charged less and got her card. If I don’t get a doctor a THIRD time I will make sure they will remember my name.
