She called and statedthat she did not receive it so we sent her out a second claim form.After we received hef claim form on 9/30/17 and reviewing it on 10/2/17 I tried to call Ms.[redacted] so we could send someone out to look at the mattress but her phone went to voicemall and hermessage box was fulL The next day we sent her an email and In talking with her she stated that she hadgotten rid of the mattress so we would not be able to examine it. For that reason we had no choice butto deny her claim. I have lost valuable items and yes, I did give the 2 storage area keys with storage locker numbers attached to the keys and told the men where the storage area was.... they were never moved...not the landlord to blame but Becker Movers.  How can you honestly tell me that just because the owner of Becker's said his men never were given the keys is right ??,,,it is his word against mine.  Since I was the sole person in the apartment, I assumed my storage areas were cleaned out just because I KNOW I GAVE HIS MEN THE KEYS.  I AM A PARALEGAL AND THIS WILL NOT STOPHERE.  I ALREADY HAVE A REPORTER COMING TO MEET WITH ME AND BECKER'S AND OUR SO CALL4ED "Revdex.com WILL HAVE TO ANSWER SOME IMPOORTANT QUESTIONS BEFORE THIS IS OVER, I WILL BE COMPENSATED.HIS MEN WERE NOT ONLY RUDE TO ME WHILE TAKING THE ITEMS IN MY APARTMENT OUT, THEY PARKED ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE BUILDING THEN WERE THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN AND IT TOOK MORE TIME TO MOVE ME....WHAT A GAME BECKERS HAD TO DECEIVE THE CONSUMER.TODAY, WITH A FRIEND,  I WENT TO MY STORAGE AREA AND MY CUSTOME LAMP SHADES WERE THROWN AGAINST THE INTERIOR OF THE STORAGE UNIT OF LINDEN AVENUE STORAGE, DESTROYING THEM COMPLETELY, BENT AND OUT OF SHAPE....THESE SHADES WERE OVER $100 EACH.I WILL RETURN AGAIN WITH MORE PEOPLE TO SEE WHAT ELSE IS DAMAGED.THESE BECKER MOVERS ALSO GAVE THE STORAGE MANAGER A HARD TIME AND THEY ARE MAD AT BECKER'S ATTITUDE.OF COURSE I SIGNED THAT EVERYTHING WAS PACKED....NEVER THINKING THOSE MEN DID NOT CLEAN OUT MY APARTMENT'S STORAGE AREA.I COUNTED ON HIRING PROFESSIONALS, NOT SCAM ARTISTS!The Revdex.com better start taking better of the consumer's Complaints.[redacted]
