regarding the issue he has brought to the Revdex.com's attention and we are awaiting a responseTo clarify Mr***'s concern, he is correct in that *** is currently inactive*** allowed customers to make their prepaid phone payment at a later dateWhen Mr*** makes a payment for his phone service, it is considered a month later. Therefore when Mr*** made his final payment, it caught him up to a zero balance owed on our accountsHis service provider is now the primary responsible party for this area of prepaid accountsIf Mr*** has any questions about his account, he should contact his service provider directly. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and understand the frustrations Mr*** has had to deal withWhile service is now in the hands of his service provider, should he have any questions or concerns that we can assist with, he may contact me directly at *** *** Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST
