I was referred to VCP Medical Consulting, LLC by another veteran I am still in the early stages of my claimVCP has been outstandingthe customer service and knowledge is excellent I have been dealing with the VA for several years with no results VCP really cares about the veteran I have never felt so positive before

I was told to use the services of Vet Comp & Pen directly from my Voc Rehab Counselor here in Alabama All I can say at this point is so far so good, they have been helpful in providing me the knowledge in what to expect from my Doctors and the information that I need to be aware of in this whole process

I do not know the outcome of mt VA Review but I can tell you that if it were not for VET COMP and Pen putting out feelers on Facebook we would not be having this conversation I am a member of some of the other Vet type organizations out there that claim they are there to help, but I have yet to receive help from any of them at all VET COMP is a great company providing a service that is very straight forward, and they are very honest about the cost from the very beginning I thank God I responded to the Facebook add

Vet Comp and Pen claims they assisted me in filing a *** claim with *** ***Not only did they not assist me but now are stating that I owe them in upwards of $I filed all claims with *** *** on my own and therefore required nor received any assistance from Vet Comp and Pen

This company is a scam They will make several promises and then let you fall through the cracks and you won't hear anything from them again until their accounting department realizes that they haven't collected any money and then they will start calling and emailing you almost daily harassing you for payment even after you prove that they did not do their job, they still demand payment THIS COMPANY TARGETS VETERANS AND THEN RIPS THEM OFF!
Vcp got me to sign an agreement for payment and then after sending a couple pieces of paper to forward to the VA I didn't hear from them again until NINE MONTHS LATERI called and left two messages no return calls until NINE MONTHS LATERSince then they call, text and email everyday harassing me about money they didn't earnVcp left me hanging for NINE MONTHS and didn't bother to get in touch with me until they realized that they could get money from me through threats even though they didn't do their job!

So far my experience has been great The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful They have been able to answer all of my questions and kept me informed at all turns throughout this process

I am incredibly relieved that I came across this remarkable company!
