All in all, I believe that Vet Comp and Pen has the idea of the right business model Unfortunately, I feel as if their business vision is to help vets, then they should focus on that vision and not stray from the pathI started with this organization and filing for my disability in Because of the fact that they lost my documentation and did not follow up accordingly, my original intent to file did not count and expired I followed up with the company after months of no communication from them to find that my case was dropped and I had to start the process over Once I started it over they did not even put in another intent to file with the VA which they should have (The VA even stated) After all of this they awarded me a 30% rating which I had to pay $to them to see their doctors After following up with the VA on my own accord, the VA scheduled me another test that led me to getting a 70% rating instead! That is awesome right?! So I am very blessed to receive what I did, but now Vet Comp and Pen are trying to collect off of that 70% rating that the VA awarded me instead of the 30% their company got me All they did was file the paper work and did zero follow up and are giving me an invoice of $7,after promising me back pay from the VA which needed an intent to file which they did not even submit If they would have done their jobs correctly they would have given me $20,in back pay from when I originally filed but instead they are requesting a large amount of money Although I am appreciative of them getting me started, I do not feel like I should be charged for my own efforts in getting that second appointment and a higher rating They should be willing to own up to their own mistakes and work with Veterans if that IS THEIR TRUE DESIRE Very disappointed and taken advantage of Sorry to complain I even called the company to explain and they said they need the money

I am just getting started with VET COMP AND PEN Spoke with Randi and she was very pleasant with me over the phone She explained to me the methods they utilize moving forward to process my claim
As a former VSR (Veterans Service Representative) with the VA I can assure all veterans today need a professional organization to assist them with their claims The VA has so many regulations and many of them are literally changed on a daily basis and virtually makes it impossible for a correct assessment and decision on a VET's claim
I will also update my experience with this organization in the future in order to proved the general public with an honest appraisal of their work
