So far my experience with Vet Comp & Pen has been positive I am not through with the entire process as my claim has not been submitted to the VA yet, however every team member I have dealt with thus far has been helpful, professional, courteous and friendlyThey clearly understand the VA process a lot more than I was aware of and have educated me to a point that I wished I had known about their company before I started dealing with all the headaches and bureaucracy associated with the VA on my ownThe process has moved along in an expeditious timely manner and I look forward to my end resultWill update this review once everything is completed

The reason I like VCP is because of the folland follow-throughThey make sure you have all the instructions PRIOR to moving forward with any step THEN they make sure you are comfortable with instructions providedThe number of emails and phone calls - just to make sure you nor your paperwork falls through the cracksright down to ensuring you are prepped for your exams with the actual VA - LOVE IT!

Veterans beware of this company!!! I spoke with vetcompandpen last summer they send out a documents and then tell me they can't help me with my claim and that I need to submit through the VA! I have heard this before so I went to the VA and did my claim through the American LegionI never did any claim paperwork with this company nor to my knowledge have they received any medical documents from my that I had requestedI know this because to exchange of that information ever took place between myself and vetcompandpen! But they would text and call periodically asking if I had been rated which one day I responded that I had been ratedNow they are trying to seek months of my benef8ts for me doing my claim through the American legion! This is disgusting I work entirely too hard to survive for some crooks with no honor to sit back and try to take credit for someone else work! Now they call my phone all the time and are disrespectful as I have went up the chain with no resolve! Every new person that calls still does not know what the problem is! They are thieves and they will try to take advantage of you! Do not use this company there are plenty of other people that you can go to who are honest and will actually help you!

The absolute easiest Veteran experience everEveryone knows it is hard to navigate the VA system, Vet Comp and Pen has it down to a scienceMy process only took about months from start to finish and I was happy with the resultWhat they are able to accomplish is far beyond what the average veteran knows or what anyone at the VA system will relay! You basically have nothing to lose, they don't profit until you do!

I am having a excellent time while Vet Comp & Pen Medical has been walking all the steps with me serving so long ago there were things I forgot as we continue to move forward in the next steps of the process Everyone including the one on one conversations with those who have help make this a great process, I even referred a family member who serve about the same time as me, they are already having success! and another Friend who is having another success story so if you are that Veteran that is on the fence post go ahead and go with Vet Comp & Pen Medical you will be glad you did!

I foolishly entered an agreement with this company, and they stated that it would be at least months before they could even look at my caseI told them I did not want to wait and asked for a releaseI have asked several times over the past months without a single response from themAlso this company contacted me days after I received my ** disability ratingI never game them any access to my *** account and only briefly spoke with them beforeI also received a medical records release form from them with my signature already on itI only signed one form with them and that was not it
