upon signing the contract Mr *** required a $down payment which, according to him, made this a legally binding contract! I did give him $so his statement that no money changed hands is not true. As I stated before I just want to be out any obligation to him but I don't want to leave myself open to a lawsuit by him!

I apologize I got a message stating a employee did make contact and informed the customer that siding can not be done in the winter because it will Crack when it gets cut .this issue will get resolved once the weather gets above degrees so not to cause damage to the siding

They haven't done anything to resolve the problemthe siding is still coming off where they said they attached it properlyI took a piece of paper folded up and pushed the channel back under where it belongs so itdidn't blow awayDid they say HOW it was resolved? They never called me back from the phone calls

We don't have any current employees by that name ,and we do not have this customer name in our records

Veterans roofing prides itself on customer service and with a 94% customer satisfaction rate and approximately roofs completed per yr we stand behind all of our work ,if Mr *** would like veterans home improvement to give him a estimate on his gutters & fascia boards (which have nothing to do with the roof) we would be happy to as well as extend Mr *** a $discount off the price for being a repeat customer

This is the second time I have to do this. I filed a claim and was told on the 29th that someone would be out to fix the leak in our roof. The company sent someone out to our house with no notice and we were not home. They left a card and said they were here. That was Monday the 29th. Today is Wed the 31st.. and when we came home tonight to find that the roof is still leaking now what? This is beyond frustrating. We did not have any leak's in our roof until they put the new one on. Something is wrong somewhere and needs to be fixed [redacted]We need the roof fixed so it does not leak. And would like to know when they are going to be here.

Unfortunately with yesterday's 70-80 mph winds there has been alot of shingles blown off roofs in the western new York area ,and with these high winds they exceed the limits of the warranty and is...

considered a act of God, we are happy to give a estimate on the repairs ,but it does need to go through homeowners insurance as the inclimate weather has exceeded all warranties

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The misunderstanding is between Veterans Roofing owner and his Sales Rep Tony.  The deal that was discussed that any and all issues with the property regarding caulking of areas around windows and doors, damaged siding pieces, damaged corner pieces (of which I supplied the bulk of those pieces), damaged J-channels around windows and doors would all be corrected properly.  As for who walked the property to identify the issues was Tony himself, not the Maintenance nor the Property Manager.  It was understood that Tony was to correct all the defects.  Regarding the "X"'s that Veterans Roofing mentions, there were still several of those alone that weren't initially done.  In regards to the work being done correctly...the j-channels that were found in several areas were not replacement pieces, but merely stuffed in to cover the fact the defective piece was still there and the work was not done.  Please tell the business owner to get someone out here to correct what was not done properly.Regards,[redacted]

We apologize this customer did not get a immediate response when he called on the weekend when we are closed ,,as to his ceiling it was repaired and $500 was given to him as a inconvenience fee which he accepted ,as far as any additional leaks a repair crew will be at his location within 48hrs to...

His offer does not even cover the cost of a new skylight and flashing kit. As I stated before Ray should pay me $880.00 it cost me  to fix the problem. Just to let you know with all the rain we had this May not a drop of water in my house.Please Advise[redacted]

As we think everyone's entitled to there opinion and this customer clearly knows everyone's military background, we respectfully are telling this customer he is wrong and has zero knowledge of our employees ,as to his repair job we will send a Mason there when he is available and back from doing his military obligations

We have sent 4 separate crews to address Mr [redacted] issues ,all 4 crews came to the same exact conclusion,  and that is Mr [redacted] needs all new fascia boards behind his gutters ,,we explained to Mr [redacted] that this was his problem and not the roof but Mr [redacted] refuses to accept that answer...

,the last crew that went there showed Mr [redacted] son in law the rotted wood behind the gutters and Mr [redacted] son apologized to us for his father in law. We are happy to do the fascia board work for Mr [redacted] at a discounted cost. If there's anything else we can do for Mr [redacted] please let us know as we stand 100% behind our work

They have never attempted to contact me back regarding the bathroom, nor have they made any attempt to correct their poor work in a way that would be a permanent fix. They also never replied to my last call made over a month ago when the last leak came dripping down in my bathroom.  I contacted a new organization, as the winter is approaching and I do not want to stress with every heavy snow and/or thaw that I will have more damage while I wait for a reply. I also have no faith that this organization has the co0mpantancy to correct their error. So a fix is not an option for this claim. Regards,[redacted]
