Review: On the internet it advertised you could get a sample for $4.95 of their skin care product. It did not say it was the shipping price ($4.95) In fine print it said, which I did not see, that I would be charged $89. plus for this product. When I got my bank statement it showed the $4.95 charge and the $89 charge. Review: The evening of November 22, 2014, I was online and Yahoo had an article about two creams one company VBS Vibrante refers to its cream as Vibrante, the other company [redacted] refers to its cream as Jivam. Clicking on the Vibrante and the Jivam names sent me directly to an order page describing a 14-day risk free trial for $4.95. On that page, there was only advertising and testimonials and the order form. There was no mention of a price of $89.95 for either product.In the order confirmation email on November 22, 2014 there was no pricing information. When I received the Vibrante cream it was not even in any product packaging and there was no paperwork.I received the product in the mail on November 28, 2014. On December 8, 2014, I went into my email and found a confirmation order from Vibrante charging me $89.95. It has NOT been 14 days since I received the product.I checked my credit card and VBS Vibrante charged $89.95 on December 7, 2014, NINE DAYS after I received the product. On December 8, 2014 at 9:00, I called VBS Vibrante (877-286-7115 or 925-326-3701) and the menus first option is to press one to close the account. That says A LOT about the company and its product! At 9:14 am, I spoke with [redacted] in customer service. She apologized, and offered a lower price of $31.00 a month for a monthly amount of product, but I told her I cannot afford that and that I had not used the product for 14 days. She said there is no refund, even if I return the product to the company. She said she would close my account with confirmation #[redacted].I asked for the company address and she said there is only a warehouse address and she didnt want to give me that information. I requested to speak with her supervisor and she told me the supervisor would tell me the same thing. She asked if I would hold for the supervisor and I said, Yes.I was on hold over 48 minutes waiting for the supervisor before I hung up my cell phone. I am not aware the company has tried to call me back.Desired Settlement: I DID NOT authorize ANY payment beyond the initial $4.95. Review: About a month ago this company was advertising a skin product, with [redacted] speaking for them on a verbal internet screen, about trying this product to make your skin look better. They had a place in the advertisement where you could get a trial size sample for only the amount of the postage. This required me to click on a box authorizing them to debit my visa card. I clicked the box for the postage(10.00) and received the trial sizes. What was not mentioned was that by clicking the box for postage would also authorize them to charge my account monthly for standard orders of supplies. The standard order of supplies was 327.00 which was charged to my visa account. This to me is a gross display of deceptive trade practice. Review: My complaint has exact description of many others that have been scammed by this company. they offered 2 free samples of their skin cream at the cost $4.95 shipping for each sample. I received the 2 samples. order date was 12/10/14. 12/25/14 I look at my checking account and see there has been 2 debits for $89.85 and $89.15. I immediately started calling but they didn't answer the phone until 12/27/14. when I demanded that they credit my account for these 2 amounts I was told I did not read the fine print that after trying it 14 days and I did not cancel further orders this cream would arrive each month, I did not see any fine print and if you read the exact same testimony of many others that got ripped off as I did on the customer review page; no one else saw it either, I have 2 small containers of free trial and I never received the actual order that I never knew about and I AM out $89.85 and $89.50. I want them exposed and all the victims receive compensation.Desired Settlement: I want full reimbursement of the money they took out of my checking account $89.85 and $85.15 and I want them put out of business.

Review: I received the Vibrante Skin sample ($4.95), the account was then cancelled on Jan 5th, 2015 for any future orders of this product ($89.85). As the cancellation date had past the 14days, I understood I would be charged $89.85 for one delivery of the product. However, the shipment has not been received as of today's date (Jan 22, 2015) even though the credit card transaction was cleared for the $89.85 on Jan 7th, 2015.

It should be noted:

No order # was ever provided with either order (sample or 1st delivery).

The terms and conditions of this company is a twelve page document which no one is going to read for a sample skin product (and Vibrante Skin knows it).

My husband also wrote an email ([email protected]) on Jan 21, 2015 requesting the following: Ship the product immediately with Email notification of ship and delivery date or credit the card in the amount of $89.85 effective immediately.

A response to the Email was received on Jan 21, 2015 from a [redacted] stating that we only sell Vibrante Skin Care products. The reason she made this comment was the Credit Card transaction on my bank statement referred to "Stunning Skin" not Vibrante Skin. She suggested I contact that company even though the Customer Service # was the same (877-286-7115) for both companies. My husband responded stating that she is providing misinformation and please explain why she could not assist with this issue. Todate, A return response has not been received.Desired Settlement: Under the circumstances, I believe Vibrante Skin Products should credit my card in the amount of $89.85. Also, assuming they are a legitimate

company, they should improve there Customer Service support both by Email and phone. They should also make it very clear that the future automated orders ($89.85) must be cancelled before the end of the 14 days sample and ensure that reference be made to the twelve page document of terms and conditions.

Review: I responded to an ad on Facebook which advertised Free skin care products. The only charge was supposedly shipping and handling. That same time I responded to the ad, I read terms and conditions, which said after a 14 day trial if not cancelled I would receive every 30 days a supply of this product for which I would pay $89.95 per shipment. I immediately called their number reaching stomer service. I explained that I did not wish to receive any further products and I did not want to be charged. I was assured the account was cancelled and that I would not be charged. I received notification via email today I was being charged the amount of $89.95 for the product. I called customer service and complained that this is false advertiseding and I had read terms and conditions. I was told nowherere in their ad did it say FREE. And that I did not ead the terms and conditions correctly. Consumers should not be mislead and lied to like this. Something has to be done.

Their ad clearly ststes FREE, and their customer service people are simply reading a script and are no help whatsoever. As you can see, I'm very upset and dissatisfied with Vibrante.Desired Settlement: A refund of $89.95 and the company's advertising to be honest.

I was not given a cancellation number and now my credit card is being charged 85 .98. I called the company today and they are only willing to do a 40.00 refund.
