Review: I ordered a free sample, shipping only and am now receiving monthly orders that I don't want and have not ordered I keep getting charges on my credit card for these items. They come from different companies than the original one. I have emailed the companies and requested them to cancel all orders and do not ship anything else but I continue to get products from different companies. This all originated from an offer on Facebook for free 30 sample, shipping only.Desired Settlement: Stop sending products and putting charges on my credit card.

Dear [redacted],We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you. We value customer service satisfaction very highly for our Vibrante Eye Cream product. Per the terms of our service, we require all customers to cancel before the 14 day trial period to avoid any monthly subscription fees. Regardless, our records show we have provided you the full refund for your order in the amount of $89.85 and have confirmed a cancellation of your account, as we value your customer satisfaction. You should expect to receive notification of your refund within 3-5 business days. Feel free to notify us if you should have any further questions or concerns.Sincerely,Vibrante Skin CareCustomer [email protected]

Review: the company advertised a $2.00 fee for a trial of their product. In 15 days they charged my account $89.97. They diddid

not notify me by email or postal mail, that my account would be debited. This caused financial hardship as I was unable to pay my rent in a timely manner. This also caused an additional $75 late few charge.

I have the email from them dated 6/26 stating that they'll stop all ongoing and future charges to my account. They deducted the money in 6/30.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund to my debit card in the amount of $164.97.

they should also stop their false advertising and let everyone know upfront about the amount of money that they will take on

your account that you only approved $2.00 for.

Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take customer complaints very seriously. Before customers commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have to personally check the check-boxes and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our auto-ship program. Please see the following check-out page: http://vibranteskin.com/payment.php

We do, however, feel for this customer's concerns. We strive to make sure that every one of our customers are satisfied. For this reason, we have refunded the customer back the amount of $89.85 as of 7/29/14. This amount should reflect in the customer's bank statement within 7 business days.

Review: I responded to ad and ordered free bottle of skin cream. I believed I cancelled it through the site I got it off of. When the bill came I immediately called and explained situation and offered to return product. The woman was rude and obnoxious telling me it was too bad I was stuck with product . I hadn't received the future shipments so I couldn't understand why she couldn't credit the account of $89.85 !!! I called back later and again I was refused credit. She did say future shipments could be sent at a reduced rate. When I said I would contact your agency she reduced the payment to half. I do not want this product and do feel I should be paying for the free bottle. I had paid shipping and no further shipments went out. This is unreasonable and incredibly unprofessional . Even just as a good will gesture this should not have gone this far.Desired Settlement: I would like the full amount refunded from my credit card.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I accept this because my credit card company credited the balance. They did that because they see many companies such as vibrant skin use unprofessional tactics. I will continue to warn others against their company.

Review: I had noticed several different advertisements on various websites advertising a skin cream and eye cream offer with a 14 day free trial offer, only pay shipping. There was a small article in the advertisement showing different results pictures as the "model" transitioned thru using the product I initially had started to fill out an online form for the free trial offer on the skin cream and eye cream product, just pay shipping; however prior to finishing the complete order form I decided to decline the offer and not complete the form so I closed out the webpage. A short time after I closed out of the form I received a phone call regarding the partially filled out form with an offer to try the product for a 14 day trial only pay for shipping (which they reduced from the original offer). After hesitation I decided to give it a try as I was told I could call and cancel anytime before my 14 day trial period and not be charged for any further shipments. I placed the order on the phone on July 7th at 5 P, it was shipped on July 8th and was delivered on July 11th. After using product for several days with no results I decided to call and cancel my 14 day trial. I called customer service the morning of July 22nd, no answer so I left message. By that afternoon no one called back so I called again around 2:10 PM. I spoke with a representative to cancel my order and she stated the trip period started the day I placed my order not once I receive it therefore I have been charged for the product. I asked to speak with a manager/supervisor... she put me on hold and after 25+ minutes no one picked up the call so I hung up and took a screen shop of the call date and time. The only documentation I received from this company was an email confirming order placed and another one with order shipped and a packing list; no where on either of those two documents does it state trial period begins with order date.Desired Settlement: This business needs to train their representatives to clearly explain their terms and conditions; we would not have this problem If I had known the "trial" period started the day order was placed. I would like a refund minus the original shipping charges that I paid to receive the product in the mail.

Review: I seen online a sample of NuDerma 0.50 Fl oz a tiny bottle for $4.95 one time offer. So I had ordered it. Then later a charge of $89.15 WHAT?!? So I had called and they said hey you kept it after 14days. When I ordered it, there was nothing stating that. THEY HUNG UP ON ME. I CALLED THEM BACK SAYING THIS IS FRAUD AND SHE SAID HEY YOU KEPT IT. My grandmother got on the phone because I showed her the $4.95 offer. So when I had them on the line the 2nd time she hung up on her. That is known as false advertising and fraud! I scrolled on the Complaints Board and there were tons of complaints. They need to be closed down. Taking advantage of people and hanging up time and again on consumers, their behavior is looked down upon, and something needs to be done. I told her I was going to complain about the company and tell Revdex.com about their fraud. [redacted] said go ahead hahaha when win every case. Which to me means there must have been more than me they stiffed :(Desired Settlement: I have the email where I ordered it and they said $4.95 one time offer there was NOTHING stating ANY KIND of trial. I know I read the WHOLE page so I wouldn't get stiffed. I DID ANYWAYS. I NEED A REFUND. I COPIED THE E-MAILS AND NOT LETTING THIS GO UNTIL I HAVE MY REFUND. THE COMPANY SHOULD NOT GET AWAY WITH DOING THIS TO ANYBODY ELSE. :(

Dear Ms. [redacted],We apologize for the inconvenience, however, your complaint description addresses a NuDerma Skin Care and not our product Vibrante Eye Creme. Please have the Revdex.com readdress this to correct business as we hold no affiliation or access to any charges with this other company. Thank you.Sincerely,Vibrante Skin CareCustomer Service[redacted]

Review: Company advertised free offer for a sample of skin care lotion. Received sample but was billed $89.15 and was also billed $89.15 for another sample(not ordered).I received the second sample after it was charged to my account. When I called thebank they did not have a proper phone number for the company and the account did not have the same name. The bank did not know what the name of the company, nor a full phone number.Desired Settlement: I would like for others to know that this company uses tactics that are not fully explained and uses "free" offers to deceive people. Thank you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. The business has credited my bank account in the amount of $89.15 to cover the second shipment(November) of the skin care product. The (first) free offer" was charged to my account ($89.15) in October. I am satisfied with the results of your investigation, although there should be a way that businesses must make known charges that are advertised as "free". Thank you for your help in this matter.

Review: I am complaining about their deceptive business practices of automatically charging a credit card for monthly purchases, not necessarily desired. It was difficult to find the information regarding stopping the shipments, I feel any company that uses negative checkoff requirements is being deceptive and unethical.Desired Settlement: stopping the automatic charges/shipments and a full refund of the purchase price.

Response:

Dear [redacted],

Review: I ordered a sample of a skin care product for free. Only shipping was charged. I did not agree to further shipments or to have my credit card billed for any additional products. I was billed for a month worth of product that I did not agree to. I contacted the company. I was told that I was sent a full months supply and needed to cancedl additional products before the 14 day trial was over. This was not part of any agreement . They billed me 89.85. I contacted them and they agreed to reduce the price but not remove all charges. I agreed only to pay shipping for a sample and never to additional charges or shipments. This is unethical and wrong.Desired Settlement: They need to take off all charges and stop their fradulent business practices.

I am writing to let you know I did receive and e-mail from the company indicating they processed a full refund . Thank you for your assistance.

Review: I ordered (11/05/14) a 2 week free trial of an advertised skin rejuvenation product with the option of cancelling within the 2 week trial period if not satisfied with the products performance. My obligation was to pay a small shipping charge. If I was satisfied with the product I would be billed $89.85.

The product arrived (11/12/14) 7 days following my order in a small box with no invoice or other paper work of any kind. I assumed that my trail period would begin when I received the product as one cannot try a product not on hand and there was no paper work explaining outherwise. On 11/24/14 $89.85 was debited to my bank account 12 days after the product arrived. I immediately phoned customer service and requested a refund and was told that the 2 week trail had expired and the money would not be refunded but I could cancel my pending monthly obligation. I asked for further clarification of the 2 week trail terms and my questions were ignored and I was offered a 30% discount if I accepted the monthly product purchase. I continued to question the ethics of this transaction and was being bartered with by the agent to accepted the 30% discount versus losing the $89.95 completely. I ultimately cancelled in frustration.Desired Settlement: I believe the actions by Vibrante are engineered to bait customers into a long-term obligation for a product as a way of reducing the shock of being charged full price for a tiny (.5 ounce sample). I feel I should be refunded the $89.85 as their marketing is a scsm.

Review: My wife ordered products from this company NuDerma Skin Care. My wife passed away Oct. 21, 2014. I wrote this company a letter telling them to stop sending products to this address in my wife's name. they are still sending products to this address in my wife;s name. If this doesn't stop I will take legal action against this companyhDesired Settlement: Stop sending their products to me. NOW.

Response:

Thank you for contacting us. We strive to make sure we provide the best customer service to you as possible. Upon further research, we did not find any letter from you in the mail, hence the reason why we could not cancel your wife's account. Nonetheless, we have canceled the account immediately and there will be no further shipments scheduled. If you should have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you again, and we sincerely send our condolences to you regarding your wife's passing. Take care.

Review: I received an email offering a free trial sample for a skin care product just pay shipping and handling. I never saw the statement that by giving your credit card you agree to all terms and conditoins . I received the sample seven days later with no paper work giving any explianation of the product or the fact that I would have to cancel or they would bill my credit card $89.85 for the sample I received and the every month another $89.85. When I called the firm they said they would cancel future shipments but I would be charged the $89.85 due to the fact that I agreed to all terms and conditions, I want a refund to my credit card for the $89.85, which I feel I was tricked into by false advertising, I willreturned the product sample if they want it back, This company takes advantage of senior citizens, with false claims, please help I'm on social security and cant afford this unexpected expenseDesired Settlement: Please dont take advantage of a senior on social security, be up front about the costs associated with your free sample.
