Per your request I am attaching the receipt. As you can see I made the purchase at the [redacted] store on 6/14/2015 and I paid $34.99 plus tax. On 6/16/2015 I was at the [redacted] store and found out they were running 25% off sale items so I asked for a price adjustment but got rejected. Later that weekend I was at the Park Meadows store and the associate there helped me with the price adjustment without even asking.In your reply you stated that " I learned that in some cases, one store is unable to issue a price adjustment for an item purchased at a different store, if the particular item and sales promotion were not offered at the store you visit for the adjustment". The problem is I wouldn't be asking for a price adjustment if the item or the promotion was not offered at the [redacted] store by the time I was there on 6/16/2015 (how would know the price is cheaper at [redacted] if they were not running the promo at that time?). The manager, I believe her name is [redacted], knew about the promotion and the availability of the item. She rejected to do the price adjustment because she said there is a store policy saying you can only do price adjustment at the store where the purchase was originally made. If there is no written policy, all she said means nothing and she was just being unprofessional. I am attaching the receipt for further investigation. Thank you.

I do not remember the conversation. The product that I am speaking of excluding the underwear was left at the [redacted] Mall location. It was stated that I had spoke with you but I had surgery on Thursday, March 16, and also Friday, March 17th. While I somewhat believe that after having a bilateral breast mastectomy, Victoria Secrets would be the ideal place for bras that would benefit me. The quality and the longevity of your product is below standard because of the price of your deteriorating bra and panties are not worth it at all. I could upload pictures of the products that I did not return to your store for your viewing request.

When I spoke with the lady on the 3rd I was at work she never told me the hours and when I could call back. I told her my issue and what was going on she stated that she need the numbers on the bra. I didn't understand why those numbers where a big deal when the bra has issues. The numbers are as followed[redacted]

A non-referenced return/exchange is one where the customer is unable to provide proof of purchase from where the items were originally charged. Non-referenced returns are made at the lowest selling price and refunded in the form of a merchandise card since original order information is not provided. Victoria's Secret invites you to return or exchange any
merchandise that does not meet your expectations.  Providing your ID when returning merchandise at
a store allows us to quickly and efficiently process your return; we are part
of a growing number of retailers who use this process to manage the
return/exchange process. When merchandise is returned without a receipt Victoria's Secret will exchange merchandise or issue a
merchandise credit based on the lowest selling price for the returned
merchandise.
 
Merchandise

Your complaint
did not indicate the address that you sent the merchandise to. If you returned the
bras to our distribution center for online merchandise in Reynoldsburg, OH, the
transaction should appear in our database once received. Unfortunately, my
search using your name, address, and email address did not locate a return or
exchange for you. When merchandise that is unique to Victoria’s Secret Stores
is returned to the online distribution center, we are unable to process the
transaction and the items are returned to the customer.
 
I would suggest
that you periodically call our Customer Care Center to determine if the package
has been received and processed. Providing a tracking number from the carrier
may also assist us in determining the whereabouts of the package. Additionally,
if you are able to provide a store location and transaction number from a store
purchase on July 13, 2015, we may be able to locate the purchase
information.  An order or cr

understand the disappointment you experienced when you were unable to receive a sale price adjustment at the [redacted] Victoria’s Secret Store.  We generally can issue a one-time price adjustment when an original receipt is presented within 14 days of the original purchase. You do not have to bring the item with you to the store to receive the price adjustment; the original receipt is sufficient.
 
I discussed the matter with a Store Manager at the [redacted] Victoria’s Secret Store.  I learned that in some cases, one store is unable to issue a price adjustment for an item purchased at a different store, if the particular item and sales promotion were not offered at the store you visit for the adjustment.  Without the garment’s item number and specific dates that you visited each store, it is difficult to definitively explain why the adjustment could not be processed at the [redacted] store.
