deserved from our
associates when visiting a Victoria’s Secret Store, nor when calling our
Customer Care Center regarding your online order. I can understand your
frustration and hope that you will give us another opportunity to earn your
trust.
 
We want to serve
each customer as courteously and responsibly as possible in our stores, on the
telephone, and on our website. I have personally shared your comments with the
appropriate teams in an attempt to prevent a recurrence of the situations
described in your complaint. I really appreciate you bringing this to our
attention.
 
Per our
conversation, a pair of yoga pants was sent to your wife at no charge. Those
were delivered on December 24, and I hope that the fit and style met or
exceeded her expectations. As an invitation to continue
to shop with Victoria’s Secret, I am sending you a $25 Gift Card. It will
arrive in 10 -14 business days and will have no expiration date. The card can be used for store, online, or phone purchases.

Secret Reward free method of entry.
I am sorry that you have not yet received your cards. The program administrator
who handles these requests is processing them within the...

timeframe outlined in
the Official Rules. We are unable to check on the status of a pending request.
The only method of contact for the program administrator is the mailing address
provided in the Official Rules.
We assure you that all valid entries are being processed, and that Secret
Reward Cards are being mailed within approximately 15 business days of receipt
as stated in the Official Rules. As long as an entry qualified, based on the
