This is a time share contact I do not deal with time share contacts they need to contact Cancun were they purchased either talk to [redacted] or Cindy Aseneith Sanchez del A[redacted] at [redacted] I have sent his email in my first response.
 
This should never been sent to be I only handle Vacation Priviliges or Destinos Unlimited.

According to our records, Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] did not purchase a membership through our agency, Our Vacation Center, located in Arizona. Instead, the [redacted] 's purchased a vacation benefit s package called  Vacation Privileges from the company located in Mexico called [redacted].  The connection  is that we have a partner relationship with [redacted] under which we fulfill the vacation benefits that they sell.

Our agency does not hold the contract referenced in the [redacted]’s correspondence; they entered into a contract directly with [redacted]. Therefore, the request to cancel the contract must be sent directly to [redacted] at the following address :

As a courtesy, we have been in contact with [redacted] and have been advised that the [redacted] matter has been resolved by cancelling the contract associated with this member as of July 2, 20 14 and refunding the amount paid back to the credit card on file.

I did NOT purchase my membership through Vida, I purchased a Vacation Privileges membership.  The attachment is the cancellation policy for MY ACCOUNT. 
On the attachment is my Vacation Privileges info, not Vida.  It's the address, etc in Arizona.  If my membership is truly through Vida I will go through them but I would not purchase something based outside of the United States.What little info I got was from Vacation Privileges, not Vida

Membership Renewal Cancellation Terms
Introductory or Premium Memberships may be renewed by calling Vacation Privileges at [redacted] for special promotional multi-year renewal rates that offer access to additional benefits and membership incentives. Members renewing their Introductory or Premium membership, or purchasing a promotional multi-year membership term will have ten (10) business days from the purchase or renewal date to elect to cancel the membership and obtain a full refund. If the member wishes to cancel the membership and obtain a full refund within the ten (10) business days of the renewal purchase date, the member must submit their cancellation request in writing to Vacation Privileges and mail it to 15501 N. Dial Boulevard, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 or send it by fax to 602.308.1953. Cancellation requests received later than ten (10) business days after the purchase date will not be honored. All membership renewal rates, fees, and promotional offers are subject to change at any time without prior notice, in the sole discretion of Vacation Privileges.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that the resolution is NOT satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

I received communication:This week, after filing a complaint on the Revdex.com website. I received a call and an email to resolve the issue. The concerning part of this correspondence this came from Mexico, where the original transaction took place. Now this person is requesting our Bank Name, account #, Routing#, etc. in order to process a refund. According to our records , Mr. [redacted] has not purchased any product s or services through our partnered brand Vacation Privileges. It appears that Mr. [redacted] purchased a vacation package directly from Vida Vacation Resorts located in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico on or about November 23,20 14. Our only role I s to serve as the fulfillment agent for Vida Vacations, but we were not involved in the initial transaction wit h Mr. [redacted]. Based on the information obtained from the complaint , there may have been representations made by the seller to Mr. [redacted] regarding the use of vacation credits towards airfare at the time of purchase.

As a courtesy, we contacted Vida Vacation Resorts and discovered that Mr. [redacted] has submitted this dispute to [redacted] for the cost of the vacation package cited above. It I s our understanding from the seller of the vacation package that Mr. [redacted] has been given a credit on his [redacted] card that he used at the time of the purchase. We believe that he has accepted this as a resolution of the matter.

bought this believing I could stay at any Vida property in Mexico. They have know 2 bedroom unites at all at any Vida property. The whole sales pitch was a total untruth.

According to our records, [redacted] purchased a Vida Lifestyle Membership on February 26, 2015. The cost of the membership was $2,999.00 with a down payment of $249.00 and twenty-four (24) monthly payments of $114.58.

It is [redacted] claim that she purchased the membership in order to secure the $29.00 annual renewal rate and to have flexibility with her travel. One of the benefits of the membership included two (2) weeks of bonus travel. Subsequently, when she went to redeem one of the bonus weeks she learned the only vacation option was [redacted], a destination she did not wish to visit. [redacted] clarified that she spoke with a representative who confirmed that her only vacation option for her requested date of travel was [redacted] was concerned that she had only had the membership a few months and had encountered this experience. Upon speaking to a manager about the situation, the only option that was extended to her was reducing the monthly payments, which she declined. [redacted] requested a full refund as she was not able to benefit from the travel services.

We have conducted thorough research into this matter and it appears [redacted] was not happy with the vacation options included in her membership purchase. Although we offered the [redacted] the option to reduce the monthly payments on the account in lieu of cancelling the membership, [redacted] declined. Furthermore, [redacted] acknowledged there were some unrelated concerns with Vida directly that she was trying to resolve, and that she would prefer the account be cancelled with our agency as well.

Based on the statements made by [redacted], it is apparent she did not wish to remain in the program. In the interest of customer satisfaction, we have cancelled her membership effective August 26, 2015, and have honored her request for a full refund, which was issued as of September 2, 2015. The amount of the refund was $707.32, to include one (1) deposit of $249.00 and four (4) monthly payments of $114.56, totaling 707.32. The refund will be processed back to the credit card ending in xxxx—9338 in approximately seven (7) to ten (10) business days.
