According to our records, [redacted] has not purchased a membership through our agency; however, we have a partnered relationship with [redacted] to provide some beneits to their members through our Vacation Privileges program.
Unfortunately, our agency does not hold the contract referenced in the correspondence that has been received nor did we receive any funds from the sale. The request to cancel the contract has to be sent directly to Vacation Privileges at the following address:
However, we have been in contact with [redacted] and been informed that they will be issuing a full refund in this matter once they have received a signed Mutual Settlement letter from [redacted]

We would like to thank you for bringing Ms. [redacted] correspondence to our attention and for giving our organization the opportunity to research this matter thoroughly. We have reviewed and documented our findings and we would like to provide you with the facts.
It would appear that Ms. [redacted] purchased a Vida vacation membership while on vacation in Mexico, at a timeshare presentation. Ms. [redacted] paid her money to the resort and not our company. We hold no funds for this membership purchase.
As previously mentioned, we do have a partnered relationship with Vida Vacations through our Vacation Privileges/Lifestyle program. When Ms. [redacted] purchased her timeshare package, she also received a one year free trial membership with our Vacation Privileges/Lifestyle program. We handle the fulfillment portion and book the members travel, such as hotels, resorts, air, etc. After the one year free trial membership, Ms. [redacted] has the opportunity to renew or upgrade her membership through our company. This is completely separate from her timeshare purchase in Mexico.
The Membership Renewal Cancellation Terms form she forwarded to you, and attached, is referring to the renewal of her free trial membership with our company, not the cancellation of her timeshare purchase. Ms. [redacted] will have to direct any request for refund of her timeshare purchase to the address previously provided.

The presentation offered by this companies sales representatives is very high pressure and misleading. The program we received was not close to what the salesperson described. Please do not be fooled out of your money as we were.
The response from Vida was to contact someone else in their organization. This is the same run around I get when trying to solve this dispute. I don't understand why they can't forward or reach out to correct person in their organization. Can this complaint be forwarded to or contact the following person below ?. I will copy him on this email so we can hopefully get this resolved.

Unfortunately, according to the information provided in Mr. [redacted] complaint, we are unable to locate any Government Vacation Rewards membership purchase. It is possible that the membership may be in another name, phone number or email address. If Mr. [redacted] can provide us with the GVR account number, or another name that might be on the account, this will enable us to research and resolve this claim. Mr. Humphrie’s phone number on the complaint is incomplete as well.
