I purchased a t-shirt that was obviously defectiveThe entire hem came out after it was worn twiceOur only option was a 15% refund, or I could pay for return shipping and send it back for a full refund for the $shirtThere was no option for a replacement because of how their system worksThere are much better options for less money and reliable serviceTheir products aren't special, quality of the t-shirt is poor, and customer service stinksCanned responses that are entirely unhelpful are frustratingShe kept repeating that I had days to make a return if I am dissatisfied with the productThat is not the same as Viral Style printing on a defective shirt and sending to to meIf something is wrong they should be able to replace the item or make it right

These guys have the absolute best customer service! There was a problem with my order and they work very hard to get me my shirt Thank you and I will be back!

The chat on the ViralStyle sight was terribleI'm not sure if it was the sight all together, or if it was just the woman helping me However, when I called I got this very nice and understanding man who helped me a lot, and because of him, (I was returning a shirt), I got a full refund including shipping both waysI'm very pleased with ViralStyle, and Frankie personallyI would by from them again:)!

The vest is really nice quality, the print is really goodContact with Viral Style was really quick and helpful

Really satisfied with Viral Style, good quality prints on my t-shirt and the shirt is good quality Delivety to here in Finland was really fast and easy, I just had to order and that´s it 5/I highly recommend Viral Style to all, they have really cool designs!

Absolutely worst customer service everI placed an order in Oct 2014, received the wrong size finally a month laterI then spent another $to ship it back for an exchangeThey received the return Dec 10th and I was told thru email me replacement product was on the wayAfter checking, I was given a bad tracking number & then sent several emails before being promised to be contacted by managementI have emailed them every few days since & placed several calls, leaving several messages with no response except for a couple emails promising to contact meHere we are months later and I still do not have my product Do NOT order from this company, complete rip of!
