I had a problem regarding a sending, and the Customer service from Viralstyle, more specifically the one provided by Gabriela T., was absolutely excelentThey took care of the problem and gave me a solution really quick, beign always helpful and kind to me

I have used Viral Style on several occasions and have found them to be a good and honest company They are a small company and it is my understanding that the shirts are not printed until they are ordered This may be why it takes a little longer for the customer to get their order It is a common sense approach for a small company so as not to waste precious resources on inventory that won't sell I ordered a shirt for my son for Christmas and one for myself for Christmas gifts They were both delivered before Christmas and both my son and I were delighted with them They were printed on high quality cotton tee shirts and were soft and fit well I am in no way connected with Viral Sryle but just a satisfied customer

They provided my merchandise in a timely manner and were extremely courteousI recommend them to anyone

First time ordering from Viral StyleI ordered and forgot to put the apartment number on the address My sister anxiously waited to get these shirts but they didnt show upShe checked the copy I sent her and saw the address missing Post lady was helping her look out for it Then I wrote to Viral and advised them of what happened The day they received packaging back, they contacted me and I gave them the right information, they reshipped the tshirts out to my sister Its nice when you deal with professional individuals who take care of whatever issues you may have The shirts are on their way and my sister will be happy when she gets them later this week Thanks again to Angel C I will definitely be ordering from you guys again soon Thanks [redacted] *

I placed an order in late November and was getting very nervous about not getting a confirmation number for the item I ordered via email and I knew my credit card was already charged I placed an email to Viral Style and didn't get a response so then I tried calling your number Wyatt H answered and was very helpful in getting all the information I needed!!!!!! There was an error in shipping a product At first I was worried never having worked with this company before However, they were quick to fix the problem and reship it to the correct address and polite along the process

I waited almost a month to receive my shirt in the mail, contacted them by phone and email several times, the shirt finally arrived in the mail and it was a miss print in the spelling on the shirtI tried calling, got the run around, emailed them and still no reply from them Do Not waist your money on this [redacted] !!!

Good communication, and while the ship times were a bit longer, I knew that going in that they are not made as they are ordered, but entire batches are printed at once at the time that the campaign meets its goals Quality shirt, flawless printing
