This company is horribleI gave them my money june for a hat, and finally made a shipping label july which is just sitting somehwere on a desk probablyIve called multiple times to try and get them to ship my stuff alreadyIll never buy from here
again!

Managed to place an order (from the uk) and somehow the wrong address landed on the order
Emailed them, and frankie f emailed back, updated everything and sorted it out

I had an interesting and unexpected experience with Viral StyleI was excited to see a great Christmas-themed shirt on Facebook and placed my order - the process was very easySeveral days later I received notification that the shirt might not ship until December or laterI was irritated and sent an email saying I didn't want a Christmas shirt that might not get there until after the holiday, and that I wanted to cancel my orderTo my surprise, I received an email stating that my order was canceled and I would receive a full refundI did not expect this at all...I thought I would receive a "sorry, tough luck, you bought it regardless" types of emailAnd the refund is already in my PayPal account! I'm impressed and will order from this company in the future

I saw an ad for the Accountant's Husband hoodie on FaceBook It made me giggle, so I ordered the hoodie The campaign closed, and I received an e-mail from Viral Style giving me a way to track delivery I checked the link, but since I didn't have the product order number, couldn't get an estimated delivery date It had been about a week, and I hadn't received an order number, so I looked up Viral Style and sent and e-mail Within 24-hours, I received an e-mail back from Frankie F Frankie provided an estimated timeline of delivery I am very much looking forward to receiving my hoodie, and appreciated the quick response to my e-mail

I accidentally ordered the wrong color t-shirtI emailed them and within minutes someone named Gabriella had made my order right

Got a BAU Criminal Minds t shirt long sleeve I really like it The only thing that I wish is that the stars pictures would be clearer The shirt fits really good and love the color

Thumbs UP to Viral Style, LLCI ordered an Aquarius Hoodie, loved the style of hoodies they produce and the quality, so when I got the notice from UPS stating my hoodie had arrived I dash to the mailbox to get it, and it was not their I immediately I called UPS and e-mailed Viral StyleViral Style team with Gabriela Timmediately responded to my hoodie stress, and assured me that they would send out another hoodie at no extra chargeWhew, that calmed my nerves because I wanted that hoodie bad, it is so pretty in pink Well two days later my lost hoodie arrived at my door, I guess it took a tour in WashDCvia UPS
