It was fast, reliable, and easy to catch up with! The people were respectful and was able to communicate with me in a positive manner! If I had a question or a concern, I was able to feel comfortable enough to supply it to them and are able to get a quick response in return! It also was cheap in a very good way and the merchandise was in very good shipping condition and didn't even cost me a whole lot for shipping included! I placed an order with Viralstyle on 11/29/14, campaign closed on 11/30/14, and received an email telling me my order had shipped on 12/ In reality, only a shipping label had been created on 12/ I checked Revdex.com and saw the company had an "F" rating, and figured I'd never see that money again I contacted them through their website, on 12/18, and my order was shipped on 12/20, and received on 12/(in time for Christmas) I do think my email inquiry got them moving to actually ship my package, and I see that their rating here on Revdex.com has gone up to a "C" I would be hesitant to purchase from them again based on so many delivery issues, but to their credit, I did receive my item within weeks If you decide to order from them, just stay on top of your order status It looks like they are a new company and are having some growing pains They do have email and phone listed on their website to be able to contact them I did receive a polite follow up email in response to my inquiry, after my item had been delivered The shirt I received was exactly as pictured, and of very good quality

Check on billing and very helpful and issue resolved

Colors do not match item purchased at allOver weeks for item delivery after , currently waiting to see what they have to say about replacing it Was told I could mail it back for a refund but I would have to pay shipping, again If they will not replace it, will be filling a complaint with Revdex.com Either way, I will never do business with this company again and will tell everyone to avoid it!!!!

I was also a bit worried about the negative reviews about this company, but I was really pleased that the product arrived as described, and fairly quickly, despite the Christmas post to the U.K., with the correct charge applied I would purchase from them againI hope they keep this service up to shake off the previous negativity

There was a small hole in the sleeve of the hoodie that we orderedWe could have sent it back for a full refundBut my son loved the hoodieSo we asked just for a discount and they gave us a 20% discountWe have ordered other products from viral style also with absolutely no problemsThey are very professional and accommodatingWe are pleased with the service we have always receivedAnd will continue to order from them in the future
