I contacted Vivid Seats days ago to inform them that I never received my tickets and they responded that a supervisor would be in contact with me within hoursThey have not contacted meI have followed up with them with additional email requests and they have all been ignoredThey have an number but it is just automated voice response and no way to get anybody on the phone to try to resolve the issueVery poor business practices and horrible customer service

I contacted Vivid Seats days ago to inform them that I never received my tickets and they responded that a supervisor would be in contact with me within hoursThey have not contacted meI have followed up with them with additional email requests and they have all been ignoredThey have an number but it is just automated voice response and no way to get anybody on the phone to try to resolve the issueVery poor business practices and horrible customer service
