Thank you for reaching out to us in reference to the concerns of our valued customerWe appreciate the opportunity to address this matterVivid Seats operates on the secondary market and maintains one of the largest seller networks in the industryOur mission is to connect customers with individual ticket holders and amazing live events.Prior to placing their order, our customer was presented with the message, “I agree to the Vivid Seats terms and conditions,” and a check box that must be selected in order to continue with checkoutOur sales policies, including our “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process and displayed at checkout with the message, “To complete your order, you must agree to the Vivid Seats sales terms and conditions and confirm that you are aware that you may be paying above face value for your ticketsAll prices in US DollarsAll sales are final.” In regards to rescheduled events, the terms further clarify that if an event is postponed or rescheduled, and the original tickets are valid for entry at the time of the rescheduled event, your order will not qualify for a refundIt should be noted that purchasing and listing tickets on our site are two separate transactionsWhen a customer purchases tickets on our site, there is no guarantee that reselling on our site will be offeredAs our customer placed their order for Flash Seats tickets, they are unable to list the tickets on our site for resale as Fan Sellers are provided the option to list Hard Stock or PDF e-tickets onlyAs the ticket type is dependent upon the primary issuer, not Vivid Seats, a change in ticket type is outside of our purviewWhile our customer is not able to list their tickets on our network, there are other reputable sites that allow the resale of Flash Seats tickets including www.FlashSeats.comWe encourage our customer to explore this method of resellingIf they have further questions, they are welcome to reach out to our customer service departmentAs valid tickets have been transferred to our customer prior to their event on 10/16/2017, we consider this matter closed.Regards,Vivid Seats

Thank you for providing this replyAlthough our customer continues to press forward, we maintain that valid tickets were delivered prior to their event which has since passedAll communication with our customers is recorded and monitored for quality purposes, as such, we are able to verify that the first communication with our customer was on 9/23/at approximately 11:AM CST, the day prior to their eventThis representative informed our customer that their tickets had already been transferred to their accountThe representative offered to look into a re-transfer attempt as a courtesy though they did not guarantee that this could be completedAs we previously stated the tickets were originally transferred to our customer’s account on 9/12/prior to the event on 9/24/2017.In regards to the ticket transfer we would like to provide clarification on the procedureThe ticket transfer is processed through a third partyThe email our customer received was not a code but an email detailing the steps that must be taken to accept the transfer on this third party siteOur customer was prompted to set up an account with the same email address and proceed through the steps of accepting the transfer to display the tickets on a mobile device and gain entry into their event.As we have thoroughly addressed our customer’s concerns, we consider this matter closedIf our customer has additional questions pertaining to the ticket transfer process, we welcome them to contact us directly to discussRegards,Vivid Seats

For this reason, the price indicated on the ticket may often be lower than the price the tickets are offered for sale at VividSeats.comticket prices are determined by the ticket sellers and not VividSeats.com." NoneAs I said, $ticket paid $each, $profit per ticket wasnt enough They snuck in an extra $"service fee" This is fraud and scalpingBoth illegal I also never saw, accepted or was explained to about an extra service feeMore deceptive business practicesI clicked to buy two tickets at $each ( $+ tax & shipping) and suddenly the total was $840+ The fee was added automatically at the end without my approval This is disgusting and should not be allowed
