After reviewing our service ticket and our processes we do see where there could be some confusion and we are currently working on revising the way we quote repairs.? Kyle & Adam from Vogel Heating & Cooling showed up at 8am promptly and replaced my furnace & air conditionerThey were courteous, polite, and did a fantastic job getting my house cooled down during a very hot and humid day AWESOME JOB GUYS!!!!

We unfortunately had a "A Coil or Evaporation Coil" leak I am disappointed that the products were only six years old The company did work with me to check all coils Scott Gray was able to fix the coil the next day and we now have a cool home once again

We had our duct work cleaned and Dan was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough Very pleased!

We had Scott [redacted] service our air-conditioner system as an annual maintenance procedure Scott was on time, calling shortly before the appointment He is courteous and a true professional A true asset for VogelWe were vey pleased with his work which was done in a timely manner He thoroughly explained the feature and benefits of what he was doing and recommended a few suggestions We would recommend Scott and Vogel for anyone's HVAC service We will continue to use Scott and Vogel for all our future HVAC needs

Had some warranty work done by Jesse and once again I know why I chose Vogel years ago for a new heat/cool system Jesse was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and credit to his employer Great company staffed with great people! Would recommend them to anyone!

Service technician Scott [redacted] of Vogel Heating and Cooling came to our home this morning to perform the semiannual review of our heating system We were very satisfied with his thorough work and his explanations He did a very good job Frank and Joanne

The Vogel HVAC technician (Jessie) arrived on time for the annual inspection of our air conditioning systems He did the interior inspection and cleaned the interior equipment, and he replaced the main filter, per our maintenance agreement with Vogel He then did a thorough cleaning of the outside compressors Jessie suggested putting a surge suppressor of the Carrier and the Daikin unit Per my instructions, he put one on the Daikin unit Jessie was professional and pleasant throughout the service call He then wrote up the necessary paperworkI signed the forms, and he was then on his way

Kyle [redacted] and Matt [redacted] did an outstanding job replacing my heating and cooling system They were on time for the appointment, conducted themselves professionally, and courteously Once the installation was complete, they went over each component of the installation, thoroughly, and explained the optional maintenance program The Carrier system is awesome...couldn't be happier!

Jesse was here for our semi-annual check up His service was excellent in every aspect

I recently had Vogel replace my Air Conditioner and received excellent service I would like to commend Mike *** who came on a service call, Grant *** who sold me a new AC unit and Kyle *** who installed the new unit All three young men were personable, efficient, knowledgeable and politeI couldn't be happier with the service I received from Vogel

Ron Ewas on time for both service visits and was quick and professional He diagnosed a problem with my system and figured out the best solution I'm sure it will work but if there are any problems, I have full confidence that Vogel will stand behind the work and make them right I'm pleased

New customer called in for a flue cap replacement with our company. Dispatch explained that we charge $to come out to the home and access the necessary repairs at which point a quote for these same repairs would be presented and could be accepted or refused Service call was made
to customer’s home. Repair assessment was made. ($119.00) Repair price was quoted. ($265.00) (reference signed service ticket) Customer directed technician to proceed with repair and paid the $service call charge Return trip was scheduled at this same time Second service call was made and repair was implemented. When technician attempted to collect payment for repair as quoted on original service visit (reference signed service ticket), customer became irate and asked our technician to leave his residence. He did not pay the agreed repair price. He then filed what we feel is an unwarranted complaint on the Revdex.com website In a perfect world we would like to collect the agreed repair monies and have the customer allow the Revdex.com to mark this complaint as resolved. If we had to pick one or the other, we’d rather have the complaint resolved and moving forward we will know better than to answer any future calls for service from this customer unless they are willing to pay for these services provided and any future repairs / services
