Recently I had Vogel come out to my house to check my Air Condioner, and why it was not performing as well as it shouldIt was rather hot in our house even with the AC running all dayVogel not only diagnosed the problem quick they fixed the issue and gave me honest answers on whether I needed to improve my system or notI appreiacte the honesty and not trying to just up sell me

Outstanding serviceAir conditioner was broken and the furnace was very hotNoticed this around 8pmThe first vendor I called never even got back to meCalled Vogel Heating and Cooling and promptly received a call back from Jesse who then came out to the houseHe was polite, knowledgable, explained the problem and solution to meHe followed up in the morning and phoned me to let me know the part had been ordered and the cost for the total repairVery reasonable

Had an issue with my dryer duct - my second floor dryer exhaust is on a third story roofNot easy to get toWe did not realize how clogged the duct had become*** and *** had to go to some lengths to access and clean out the packed, wet lint - pet hair etcblocking the ductThey were respectful of my family, home and petsWhen the job was done, they cleaned everything up and the bill was exactly as stated - not a penny moreI like that *** was honest about some potential issues that could have affected the ability to successfully complete the job given how odd our attic access isMy year old mom has peace of mind and the dryer works like it did when we bought itWe thank Vogel, their kind office staff and the two men who did such a thorough job for us!

I researched several furnace and air conditioning brands and install companies and decided on purchasing a *** heat pump from Vogel Heating and Cooling I've not been disappointed with my decision The process from the salesman, Joe ***, to the installers, to seasonal service pros (Jessie, the most current pro) has been performed by true professionalsI recommend Vogel Heating and Cooling to friends, co-workers and family as they will not be disappointed in the purchase or service they receive!

Kyle and Jason did a fantastic job replacing my old furnace on this cold day! Everything was done professionally They had to move my water heater in order to get the old furnace out and the new one in

Dennis Cand the crew that installed our new Carrier AC/furnace system were very professional and did a first class jobThey showed up on time and explained what they were going to be working on and how they were going to install the equipmentThey were very helpful in explaining how to use the new thermostat and the new features of our system

I called Vogel first thing in the morning because our air conditioner wasn't working and they sent Jeff Hout to our house the same dayThat in itself was greatBut I can't say enough good things about Jeff! It was the hottest day of the year so far (95!) and he spent hours outside diagnosing the problem and eventually replacing the motorHe gave us options for fixing our year old system vsreplacing it and didn't complain when we originally said we'd replace it and then changed our minds minutes after he left even though it meant he'd have to spend more time outside in the heatHe was personable and knowledgeable and we'll be calling Vogel again when it's time to replace both the air conditioner and furnaceThey completely deserve their 5-star rating!

Vogel has always been very responsive Rick Bin particular is very professional, knowledgeable, and well spoken while onsite

The entire staff, from the office personnel, to the sales staff, to the installation/repair specialist, are so highly professional, courteous, knowledgable, and outstanding in their interaction with the customer and their product/serviceI have had a maintenance contract with Vogel for some years and their staff (Scott) has kept my 30+year old AC/furnace working well for me, but alas the hot days of summer was too much for the ACI contacted Vogel (Lauren & Julie) for a new AC/furnace and Tim *** was sent out to access my needs and give me a price quoteThat wasn't all he didHe took the time out to install our window AC unit for my daughter and I so we could have one cool room until the new AC was installedHis quote was comparable to other quotes and in no way did he try to sell us anything we did not needJulie, always helpful, promptly scheduled us in for installationInstallation day brought Dan and Matt to our doorI can't say enough about these two young menThey were everything I said above and moreThey were so courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and outstanding in their workmanship and so cleanThey explained everything they did and how the system operatedThey completed the job in a timely manner, but never rushed and when they noticed I really didn't need something they let me know and deleted it from the billThat's honesty and that alone means so much to meWhen everything was finished my puppies wanted to love them and Dan graciously took the time to let them greet himI will always recommend Vogel to whoever ask about AC/furnace maintenance, repairs and installationThank you Vogel Staff!
