The service we received from Vogel was fast and friendly. The service man gave me good advice concerning our problem and recommended if we are thinking about purchasing a new unit, not to waster extra money on todays fix, we appreciate his honesty.

Came home to a very hot house today. Called Vogel and within 30 minutes Scott was at my door. He was courteous and explained everything that he was doing to do. Fortunately he was able to get the A/C working. He told me that someone would be calling us to set up a follow up appointment to check for a leak in my unit.

Kyle was the service pro who installed our furnace on November 10, 2016. He was completely professional. Worked continuously and the project area was left in great condition. We were very happy with Kyle.

A true asset for Vogel. We were vey pleased with his work which was done in a timely manner. He thoroughly explained the feature and benefits of what he was doing and recommended a few suggestions. We would recommend Scott and Vogel for anyone's HVAC service. We will continue to use Scott and Vogel for all our future HVAC needs.

We unfortunately had a "A Coil or Evaporation Coil" leak. I am disappointed that the products were only six years old. The company did work with me to check all coils. Scott Gray was able to fix the coil the next day and we now have a cool home once again.
