the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The law firm was working on 2 properties for us. We have since hired another law firm to take care of the [redacted] home, which is the one that was facing foreclosure due to modification paperwork NOT filed timely by this law firm. We have agreed for this law firm continue to work on the Skyline property, therefore we are asking for half of the amount paid, which is $1000 refund. This issue will not be resolved until we have received this refund. We told this law firm that this issue is not resolved.
