***? [redacted] ,? we have spoken to ***? [redacted] on many occasions and are aware of his complaint..We have made all attempts to see if by any chance any one else received a different mattress, we label everything and the mattress delivered to ***? [redacted] has/had his name and information***? [redacted] claims something that is hard to solveOne because his name was on those mattresses, second we have contacted every possible customer that was consolidated with his shipment on pick up and delivery and checked every corner in our terminal in Linden NJ!? We have contacted the claim and explained the situation and they informed us that there is nothing to do because of the fact that he did receive mattress and box spring with his name on it....And for the note we have contacted ***? [redacted] numerous times its not like we never called him back!He is very welcome to call us back from to at ###-###-#### somebody will always pick up and attend his issues but they have to hold ground we move approximately people a month and this situation is fairly odd!

Please understand that delivery is a matter of consolidation and moving to a secluded far away area like rochester sometimes takes more than major cities like NYC or even Boston for that matter...We did our best to deliver your items ASAP and even though there was a? mishap? in the dates we still delivered on the day we promised you Thursday July [redacted] 2016...Please contact me directly at [redacted] so we can expedite your concerns I also tried to reach out to you several times and left you messages!

we never guarantee delivery days and we always explain about additional charges as you can see on the document attached [redacted] says that we needed to use additional material and as you can see on the attached document also explaining that delivery can take upto business days as was explained all right and responsibilities were given as can see on the attached document that [redacted] signed electronically...? please review attached document and understand that all regulations were send prior to moving and signed by [redacted] ...? we picked up [redacted] furniture on May [redacted] and scheduled to deliver May [redacted] thats less than business days as promised!

Each phone call and email has been saved and will be forwarded to the proper investigating authoritiesChristine even asked me to sign a credit authorization for the reservation and I refused, stating and writing that I was cancellingI have since hired reputable movers and have experienced no issue with themThe misrepresentations in this company's response are gross and inexcusableI will also be following up with the Consumer Fraud Protecyion Unit in NYIt is not just about the moneyIt is about ethical behavior ? ? ? ? Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [In my original complaint I stressed that my inventory was not different from what was given at the time of the quote , the exact inventory given was picked up, I have called and spoke to the dispatcher who was not very helpful in resolving my issue, I do however agree that my items was finally delivered and I still had to pay an additional $to the driver in order to get my belongings, the driver called me and gave me days notice that he will be delivering and then called on the at of delivery -(after I made arrangements to leave work early to meet them to be told that they would not be able to delivery my property. I was also told by Michael who stated that he was the owner that he would look into the matter of the overcharge and he never called back. we dont have any missing items in the warehouse, I stated consolidation in regards to delivery not that someone else has your items but we did contact the albany customer just in case and we did look in the warehouse in NJ and FL ! please send me all pictures you have and claims you need to process to my email***! adn I did contact you you multiple times you can contact me direct at *** thank you

again going back and forth we have made numerous attempts to have the shipment picked up, but again customer didnt comply I wish for the Revdex.com to close this complaint customer is stating information !

I totally dis-agree with the response provided by Beacon/BrianAgain some more liesI never denied that I had items, little more than what they have estimated, since they never visit the place to estimate before picking up the thingsI called them on all the dates they have provided me that they will deliver my goods, on Sept *, Sept ** Sept *, Sept *, Sept **, Sept **, Sept **, Sept **, Sept ** On none of these they have told me that, my stuff was sent on *** and nothing about the breakdown for daysIt's only now through this email message that They are telling me, again another lieThis company is just full of liesWhen I called on Sept *** the dispatch staff lady tole me that my things were not sent, it will be sent following week and asked me to call them on Sept *, When I called them on that day, they told me that it will be picked up on Sept * and will be sent to PAWhen I called them on Sept *, the answer I got was that, it was picked on Sept * and they told me that we it should be delivered on weekendAgain when I called them on Sept *** they told me that, It's dispatched and will be delivered soonAgain when I called them on Sept *** they told me that I will get it soon and after begging them many times to provide the Contact number to verify, they finally gave me the drivers contact noDriver didn't pickup the call on Sept ** when I called himWhen I called him the next dayHe clearly told me that it was picked up only on Sun Sept ** and the driver himself told me that, people working in this company are all lairs, don't believe them, they always lie to everyone and I am fed up of this company, they are making me to drive around like crazyI had to follow up with the driver almost every day and he was kind enough to deliver the goods to me on Sept *** at MidnightI am thankful to the driverWhen I called the Dispatch team so many time, they didn't even had courtesy to say sorry for all these issuesI believe they might be recording all the calls that they getRequest you to please get the recordings and verify which will confirm what I am saying Also I called them 2-times about the damaged and missing itemsThe Lady at the dispatch department told me that they will check for the missing item and call me, which they never didI also asked them about the damaged items, initially they asked me to directly contact the insurance company and raise a claim As per this response, I will call Brian and see what he has to update me.

we have spoke to ** *** and showed that we have loaded more items and prove more than once that she is wrong regarding her statements ! We delivered in a timely manner and priced this job accordingly !please contact us directly!!!

explained to *** *** about the delay and told her that we will be there on the between 8am to 10amWe noticed that *** *** has more items to move so we gave her the breakdown for her chargesEen though the bed was broken down into pieces you can that on the estimate also the bed was broken down to piecesWe delivered on the ** of February, thats less than the days promised to deliver by*** ***We never guarantee a delivery day, we give an estimated delivery date not to exceedIf Withers has any damages please contact us at ###-###-#### to resolve a claim

Order # ***P*** * ***This order number is associated with *** ***, total move is $not $2000.00! No one is allowed to move any extraordinary articles such as diamonds, gold, expensive jewelry unless its properly documented so we can prepare the proper packaging for
itAlso why will someone put jewelry in a moving box without declaring itEveryone can state that my diamond ring, rolex watch is stolen !!!! All contracts state that all extraordinary items need to be declared !!! We never open any box all of our guys are checked and screened prior to working with us !!!

as you can see in the email that *** *** attached it clearly states what the bed includes, Queen Bed includes (Mattres Boxspring not headboard) ** *** had additional items to move from the original list, To move to Las Vegas NV at the rate of $per Cf ($divide by $is 70cf divided by items that averages to cf per items the headboard alone is 20cf ) we explained everything to *** *inard and delivered in a timely mannerWe have no reason to charge anyone unless they add items to the list! ** *** was charged $additional according to the contract which she agreed with!!!

its that people feel empowered behind the internet and can make so much Havoc!i have been trying to reach you on the phone and you dont answer or return my calls!!!everything you stated is and all proof has been sent to *** *** ***! please remove this complaint as yoou can see the consumer is being unreasonable she received more her fair share of discounts! Consumer cannot be reimburse because consumer checked all items on the delivery end signed bill of lading confirming that everything was delivered in good condition, ! Also consumer needed to notify company on delivery date or at a minimum days later but it was never done! Please understand that we took all the necessary actions to make this consumer receive her furniture in a timely professional manner!

*** *** spoke to Christine and received an estimate to move from Baltimore NY to Charleston SC on April ** she is stating that she is legally blind and disabled! We did sent her a contract stating that all deposits are not refundable! Michael spoke to her after the conversation with Joe
which was not as stated by *** *** (joe never raised his voice and never hung up the phone on her / all conversation are recorded and we did listen to the conveersation) where both *** *** and Michael had an understanding that she will give us a chance and we will show her the commitment and service we will provide her! Also we had Joe send her a personal email that he apologizes if she thinks that he may of been rude which he wasnt! Also we had Lucianna send her an email confirming the pick up date and time and explaining she can everything with her CC as she requested! Michael also mentioned that he will contact her the following week to see if there is anything else he can help her withWhen he did she again was very loud and aggressive stating again that she is a lawyer and she is legally blind and that we are trying to take advantage of her!*** *** already disputed the charges with her CC company we will answer appropriately!

I we explained before that Ms. *** *** had additional items to haul, also her inventory was not the same! we did infact provide her with a $discount ! even though we felt that it was not necessary, but nevertheless we were hoping that it will solve the complaint! we have delivered in a timely manner and provided excellent service ! we feel and believe that there is no more to do !

Beacon Moving's management fails to report their numerous unreturned calls to me when trying to resolve this VERY unfortunate situation of lack of professionalism It seems they're eager to get anyone's business, but once there are problems they AVOID taking responsibility for their promises It is my hope any consumer avoids BEACON MOVING unless they want unnecessary frustrations, over charges, and damaged goods that are NOT acknowledged even after they received receipts of repairs madeHopefuly, Beacon Moving's management will get a conscience and NOT CONTINUE to distort the truth and take advantage of more honest hardworking people.

When I initially called Beacon Moving and dispatch back in mid Janurary to find out how long it would take to send my stuff to Nashville, the woman said 4-days She said for example if I wanted it delivered on Monday to send out the email on Thursday I sent out the email on Friday so I was hoping for delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week When I called that Monday (January ***) the woman said she had mixed me up with someone else with the same last name and they hadn't sent out my shipment due to that and the weather She finally got back to me saying the shipment would leave Thursday or Friday and arrive Saturday the *** or the *** I had every right to be angry that my shipment not only didn't arrive but hadn't even left Mass yet In addition to being promised delivery, this company neglected to let me know that my shipment hadn't left MA yet and when calling that Saturday all they could tell me was that the truck was leaving sometime next week I was already scheduled to be out of town the following week which is why I asked her over the phone are you absolutely sure the shipment will arrive Saturday the *** or Sunday the *** and she said YES After this no effort on their part was made to arrange for my shipment to be in transit while I was out of town and delivered upon my return I did not receive my shipment until days after I was back in Nashville When the delivery actually came the driver said he always drives through Nashville and was here a couple of times within the last weeks Upon bringing my stuff in the unit I began to notice that most of my stuff was damaged and the legs of my table were missing making the table completely non usable The driver attempted to call the original guy who packaged up my things in my old home to find out if he knew where the table legs were I remember the guys wrapping them up in a blanket when they were taking the table apart I believe somehow this item did not get tagged with my information on it and therefore got lost I filled out the paperwork claiming the damages and the missing table legs with the delivery driver and I called Beacon Moving and left a message on the managers voicemail, which he failed to return the call This had happened to me a few times dealing with them It is difficult to get anyone in charge on the phone or to return phone calls I would like compensation for my damaged and unusable items I hope this company does the right thing and resolves this situation

Beacon Moving did NOT keep their original agreement but charged an additional $to have my property delivered damaged and later than contractedThe owner, Michael, needs to be investigated for improper practices and
procedures that appear to scam unsuspecting victimsHe should NOT be allowed to operate without accountability
