I never sugned the credit card authorizationI never signed the contractI informed this company of my disability so that I could get help with the contractI advised and recorded each and every conversationI notified this company numerous times that I was cancelling this moveThe inly ones yelling were company representitives as undicated by the "apology" email from "Joe", which I did not requestI wanted my money back less than hours of speaking with ChristineThey even got the city wrong, which is indicative of thier service and competenceMichael called me yesterday when I had others in the cabHe said he recieved confirmation via emailThe only confirmation was sent by the company to me and I IMMEDIATELY cancelled via email stating the communications were too poor, did not confirm our conversation accurately and a complaint had been filed with the DOT, which it has and I will be pursuingAlmost every review of this company says the same thing and specifically names the individuals I spoke toI ONLY mentioned my disabiloty to receive assistance with the contract and when Joe began yelling at me telling me tiny print in an email stating it was bindingThere is no place called Baltimore NY to my knowledgeHow difficult would it have been for this company to do the right thing and return my money? Each phone call and email has been saved and will be forwarded to the proper investigating authoritiesChristine even asked me to sign a credit authorization for the reservation and I refused, stating and writing that I was cancellingI have since hired reputable movers and have experienced no issue with themThe misrepresentations in this company's response are gross and inexcusableI will also be following up with the Consumer Fraud Protecyion Unit in NYIt is not just about the moneyIt is about ethical behavior

*** * ***,? I am really sorry to hear about all the damages you are stating I will personally contact anthem and check your file.? Please understand that delivery is a matter of consolidation and moving to a secluded far away area like rochester sometimes takes more than major cities
like NYC or even Boston for that matter...We did our best to deliver your items ASAP and even though there was a? mishap? in the dates we still delivered on the day we promised you Thursday July ** 2016...Please contact me directly at *** so we can expedite your concerns I also tried to reach out to you several times and left you messages!

***? ***,? we have spoken to ***? *** on many occasions and are aware of his complaint..We have made all attempts to see if by any chance any one else received a different mattress, we label everything and the mattress delivered to ***? *** has/had his name and
information***? *** claims something that is hard to solveOne because his name was on those mattresses, second we have contacted every possible customer that was consolidated with his shipment on pick up and delivery and checked every corner in our terminal in Linden NJ!? We have contacted the claim and explained the situation and they informed us that there is nothing to do because of the fact that he did receive mattress and box spring with his name on it....And for the note we have contacted ***? *** numerous times its not like we never called him back!He is very welcome to call us back from to at ###-###-#### somebody will always pick up and attend his issues but they have to hold ground we move approximately people a month and this situation is fairly odd!

we never guarantee delivery days and we always explain about additional charges as you can see on the document attached ** *** says that we needed to use additional material and as you can see on the attached document also explaining that delivery can take upto business days as was explained
all right and responsibilities were given as can see on the attached document that *** *** signed electronically...? please review attached document and understand that all regulations were send prior to moving and signed by *** ***...? we picked up *** *** furniture on May ** and scheduled to deliver May ** thats less than business days as promised!

[Beacon Moving and Storage and Brian M*** never returned my phone calls, Issue was never addressed about the price of move and the inaccurate statement that the driver told our daughter about the price difference? He did not ...Also we also have numerous pieces damaged and missing from move that they have not paid for or addressed ? No one has ever contacted me about resolution
