While it is said in the faq that you can cancel online within minutes, there is also
another part of the website that says to call customer care to cancelI was told repeatedly by a representative that I shouldn't have called, but sent an email, even though I have been sending emails for over a week and have yet to receive a response, so I did both of the things that the website explicitly says to doI'm not disputing the fact that I didn't cancel in time, though I was told in explicit terms that the order was indeed cancelledI was not told they would "try" to cancel it, or that they would forward my request for cancellation, I was told that the order WAS cancelledWhat I am disputing is receiving information from a representative, causing me to make another financial transaction due to that misinformationI was told I can send the item back at my own costHad the representative told me that the item wasn't cancelled, or that it was being requested but not guaranteed, I would not have made a new purchase until the cancellation was confirmed, or deniedHad the cancellation failed, I would expect to either keep the item, or pay return shipping, and it would not be an issueBut I was told it was cancelled so I ordered another product, and did not budget to have to pay for return shipping of an item that I was told was cancelled Aside from all of this, I did send emails multiple times as stated, and I have yet to receive any kind of communication from "that department" which is apparently the only department who I can communicate withIf the original department was unable to process a cancellation, as the supervisor states, then the original representative should not have told me in clear terms, that the item was cancelled

My Response to the Desired Settlement: 1) There are no leaks in the bathroom so there is nothing to repair. There is no rotting wood. The shower door drips water when you open the door wet or if you spray water against it. Imperial’s warranty for the shower enclosure and door expired three years ago2) *** *** *** *** own the warranty with *** *** for their windows. I am not responsible for replacing their failed window sashes. They need to deal with Seaway themselves. Imperial’s warranty expired twelve years ago. 3) Imperial is not responsible past one year for *** products installed on our projects. That said, *** makes great shower products and have possibly the best warranty and customer service in the industry. The lack of overnight shipping is a choice by this businessAs a manufacturing facility they most likely deal with many shipments and many shipping companies dailyI have the ability to overnight a package as an individual, they can simply log onto the *** website, print an appropriate label, and schedule a pick up at their businessThe entire bed shipped from Target in days, why small Mx mm cap nuts would take longer is ridiculousThey are small enough to be placed into a padded envelope and shipped via *** and reach me within a few days Secondly, the response stated "** ** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** * ** * *** ** *** ***" So, was this replacement part shipped yesterday? My contact information was included with he complaint, so I would expect that they have the ability to look up this shipment.

The parts finally arrived, but were a different color from the originalEven after providing the requested information I received compatible parts in the wrong color. Overall I've learned my lesson to never purchase form this company againI made due, but I'm not satisfied with the customer service from either the phone line or from "Dave."

IN ALL THE YEARS THAT IVE USED MY CREDIT CARD THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I DIDNT GET FULL DEPOSIT BACK....THEY SHOULD CALL THEIR BANK AND TALK TO THEM...I STILL EXPECT MY BACK...I NEVER SLANDERED THEIR COMPANY...JUST FILED A COMPLAINT OF NOT GETTING DEPOSIT BACK
