I am rejecting this response because: They have my financial aid refund and will not give me the remainder, after they took what was owed to themMike [redacted] mislead me and did not clearly explain the courses to me and how the financial aid was refunded to meHe lead me to believe that I would be able to live off my refund, as I have for 1/yearsThe government loans are already in my NELNET account, which they know that I have to pay them back alreadyWhat they did was unethical and immoral to lead me on, just to obtain a studentThey did not abide by rule #They have my financial aid, that I have to pay back nowI can provide the code of ethics with the place where they were accreditedI also can provide proof of my NELNET billThey are trying to push me off to another agency, instead of doing the right thingAll they do is push me off and don't provide me with clear answersI can notify the other students that they did this to also, or better yet ask them about the lawsuits against them for taking financial aid from other studentsPlease, look into this matterI am not going to be looked over or bullied by a organization as those crooks

I am rejecting this response because:I did indeed order more than one paper copy from Parchment which is Walden's supplierone was back in June to my home.address, which I never received and the other was to The Texas Board of NursingThe Texas Board of Nursing stated they received other documents in a package from Fedex, but no transcript was ever includedso even though the person TGonzalez signed for the documents, the Executive Director of the TBOE and APRN director checked and no transcript was sentI therefore had to send a third paper transcript and have it signed for that was specifically addressed to the Executive Director of the TBONThis.cost me an additional $Also the TBON never opened the e-transcript because apparently they said they don't accept them so I should have received back an additional $for that set as wellI want a check for $I believe this is the bare minimum that they owe me

There was never an outstanding balance left on my student accountThis is the first I am hearing from Walden University that I owe money of any sort to themThey have supplied me with transcripts in the past so I find it hard to believe that I now owe money out of nowhere when I have not taken a class or enrolled in several years Walden should do a proper accounting of their records and I am sure they will conclude that I owe no money and I definitely don't have an outstanding account At this point I intend on letting every veteran organization know how Walden is refusing to supply me with a copy of my transcript and is suddenly claiming I have an outstanding balance dueNo disable Veteran should be treated in this manner Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2015/08/19) */ The student alleges he does not have an outstanding balance on his student account and that Walden University has supplied him with copies of his transcripts in the pastHis outstanding balance is a result of the return of funds to his lender on June 30, for the Spring term of Walden's Collections office left voicemail messages and sent emails to the student times between August 29, and October 2, in an effort to discuss the student's outstanding balance on his student account, and a hold was finally placed on his account on October 31, We have attached a copy of the student's account statement showing the outstanding balance Walden students are not eligible to receive copies of their official transcripts as long as there is an outstanding balance on their student accountWalden previously provided an official transcript for this student on November 11, 2004, and at that time his student account was current and in good standingThe student submitted another request for an official transcript on December 17, 2007, and it was not processed due to the hold placed on his account a year earlierIf the student wishes to obtain an official copy of his transcript, he must first make arrangements with Walden to pay the outstanding balance on his student accountThe Walden Collections Office can be reached at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (3000, 11, 2015/08/20) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
