a number of concerns in regards to her complaint and I will attempt to address

back in late December The period from March to September was used to
ascertain her financial information and to be sure that the submission of an
*** Offer in Compromise would lead to a successful resolution for herThis
type of resolution, simply put, is not one that occurs in two to three months. Our office did
not immediately revoke our power of attorney forms with the *** on notification
that a stop work status had occurredMs***'s case went on stop work in
early February and our power of attorney forms were revoked in July of
Our office cannot leave power of attorney forms on file for clients we do
not actively represent. At no point did
Ms*** request that our office review her case and look into working with her
in relation to the monthly feeIf she had we would have looked into it and
worked with herOur office reviews many requests for this type of
consideration and we have no problem working with clients when financial
hardships occurThe most recent contact from her was on September 28, in
which she threatened our office with various third-party complaints and
demanded a full refund for services we fairly provided to her during the time
she was a client of our office

***Dear Ms***,We are writing in response to the recent complaint filed against our company regarding the fees paid and services rendered to Mr*** ***Mr*** sought out and hired our services in January of for administrative tax resolution servicesOur office has spoken with Mr*** and are currently reviewing some possible options in addressing his concerns related to the timeframe and fees paid for services up to this pointAdditionally, per his request the case team assigned to his case has already reached out to him and setup bi-weekly update calls on his caseFurthermore, a case summary will be prepared and supplied to him per his requestI would ask his patience in allowing our office time to supply this as it does take our case teams some time to prepare them. Our office would like to remind Mr*** that we are not attorneys and that we handle all tax matters on an administrative basisOur office would also like to remind Mr*** that a family attorney, while possibly skilled in some aspects of taxation, is far from a specialist in taxation and is likely unaware of many aspects of tax resolution. Our office will follow up with Mr*** to finalize any changes to billing that may arise due to the nature of his concernsFurthermore, we strongly encourage him to direct future inquiries or concerns to either Client Services or the team to which he was assignedGenerally, most concerns or inquiries can be addressed much faster through our own complaint resolution channels than through a third partyWe encourage him to make use of our offices resources as necessary. On review of his case it appears an offer has been submitted and the case team assigned to his case is going to be working to get that offer acceptedHopefully, this offer will see the desired conclusion to his case that we all desire. If you require any further information, please contact our officeThank you for your time and assistance with this matter.Sincerely,Wall & AssociatesBy: Brandon G***, Quality Assurance Manager

Dear Ms***, We are writing in timely response to the
additional comments made by Mr*** received on June 30, (copy
enclosed)We have read Mr***’s statements and are sorry to hear that
he remains dissatisfied with our services and offer to resolve his complaint
Our goal and focus on Mr***’s case was to help and coach him through
becoming compliant with all filing requirements and then complete a resolution
with the IRS to resolve his tax liabilitiesUpon receipt of the unfiled
returns, we submitted those the IRS for processingOur office was notified by
the IRS in June of that all the returns were processed and posted to Mr
***’s accountWhile waiting for the returns to process with the IRS, we
were actively working on the IRS form 433-A Collection Information Statement in
order to assist in planning for a resolution of the caseUnfortunately, not
receiving all of the financial records and documentation we needed halted our
progress and we were unable to fully complete the formBeing unable to
complete the form, our office was not capable of completing and submitting an
ultimate resolution for Mr***’s tax mattersAdditionally, until the
form is fully and accurately completed, we have no way of knowing which
resolution programs the IRS offers would assist Mr*** in resolving his
tax matterAgain, our intention is not to delay any taxpayer’s caseIn fact,
we have always kept an internal policy that our caseworkers not be privy to
client feesTherefore, caseworkers have no interest, or receive no benefits
for a case taking more time to resolveThis Policy allows the case team to
work as quickly and diligently on a client’s case as possible in working
towards an ultimate resolutionIt also helps to ensure that all clients are
treated fairly with the same high standard of effort and work no matter their
feeFrom Mr***’s latest comments, it is apparent to us that he has
contacted the IRS directly and san Installment Agreement to repay the tax
liabilitiesWe are still willing to resume work for Mr*** at no
additional cost to himAny past due balance will be removed and we can start
work immediatelyAdditionally, we are willing to cap Mr***’s fees
meaning that he would not need to pay any further monthly fees for us to work
on his liabilityWe will be glad to speak with Mr*** directly if he
would like toWe can then discuss the case and how we should proceed along
with his preferences for moving forwardIf any additional information is
required, please contact our office directlyThank you for your time and
assistance with this matter

*** ***’s complaint states that a portion of his monthly

situationAs the State and *** likes to see a trend happening with the
financial situation (as finances can change from month to month) we

there are many instances in which contact was initiated by
our office by phone and written
correspondenceWe attempted to keep *** *** updated
regarding his tax matter and if you
find it necessary, copies of correspondence sent to ***

forwarded to your office for review
We completed extensive initial work and fact finding on this
case and began the

would like to move forward with the
resolution of *** ***’s case as there is still work to be
completed to resolve his tax matters
However, if *** *** has no intentions to satisfactorily

RE: *** *** Revdex.com case# *** In studying the answers of MrBrandon G*** of Wall & Associates, Inc., It is my belief that Wall & Associates will write anything to convince you in order to continue their practice of deception and the innocent consumer to continue collecting their feesTherefore, I am requesting that you do a full investigation into my claims and you will see that my claims are trueLet the facts prove my case. Call the *** to check documentation of any interactionAsk Wall & Associates to produce documents Of the word done on my case, and you will find that very little to none. MrBrandon G*** did not state that his representative was not a trained accounting professional and was only there to collect the initial fee of$ 3,and to sign a contract for the balance of$ 4.000, and he assured me that the case will be settled in to monthsMy fiance, *** ***, accompanied me and can testify to this in a written statement if you need her toAfter this f*t meeting, I have not met with a live person in over a year. This is advertising and deception of the consumer. Wall and Associates may have contacted the *** but they-never seem to resolve anythingEach time I call them they request something else before they can proceed with the caseTake for example, they claim they couldn't find where * * * *** file my state taxes. My accountant was able to look this up immediatelyThis is an example of a delay tactic to collect more fees every month because the more you have to correct, the longer the delay to resolving your problem and the more fees collected. I have called the office every month to inquire what has been done about my case and every time they would find something else to state why my case could not proceedFirst they needed me to file and when I filed it, months past and then they request 2015, which delayed the case yet againWhen you call the office, you can never get a member of the case team and you leave a messageThe team member then returns your call much, much laterThis disregard for the client because they have a contract to collect their fees. They stated that I was not promised a time frame to complete the workI have an eye witness and I specifically demanded the case not to go over monthsI have a contract to the fact I was promised the case would be resolved in monthsMy fiance was present at this meeting and she can testify to thisI recently did the offer in compromise with the *** in and it was rejectedI told the agent this and he assured me that they were different and that they could resolve my case in monthsThe associate never mentioned that it would take over a yearThe associate never mentioned that it would be the same process I just went through about a year agoI would have never sign a contract for more than years for something I just did. My fiance was a witness to this fact. SI was promised a cap of charges of $7,and a maximum time frame of monthsI also told the associate that$ 7,was the maximum I was able to spend to resolve this case. He assured me that the most the case would take is monthsMy fiance was a witness to this fact. I requested documentation of work done on my case on a weekly basis about months ago and to this date I have not seem one piece of documentation about the progress of the case or the work done on the caseI had my accountant check with the *** and there was little work done on the case in over a year Wall & Associates is a fraud and will continue to abuse innocent victims because most clients are intimidated by the ***Everyone who has a problem with the *** is vulnerable to this company because they can use the threat of the *** to get you to sign a document to collect monthly fees. If Wall & Associates truly wanted to resolve this matter, they should have stated upfront that they were not able to do anything quicker than the next guy, and they should have address this matter before it went to the Revdex.comThey have refused to be upfront in their disclosure of information about the *** until after the contract was signed In conclusion, I have an eye~witness in my fiance to the facts I have stated in my letter, and if call the ***, you will find out that Wall & Associates did very little work for the entire year and monthsI have asked for a weekly accounting of work done on my case and after months, I have not seen anyPlease ask MrBrandon G*** to produce these documents and you see that very little work was donel have asked every month for the last months of proof of what was doneThey keep given the same excuses .that is it takes time to prepareBut what time does it take to prepare if you haven't done anything significantThe only resolution to my case is a full refund because I was deceived by Wall & AssociatesMy warning will also of great use to the countless innocent clients who could also be taken advantage of this tactic

Response to Wall and AssociatesAugust 6, 2015After reading the response from Wall and Associates I am not
disputing the fact that “work” was completed on our behalf. What I am disputing is the fact that the
company is misleading consumers with their advertising that they can help
resolve one’s tax issues. In our
particular case, our situation was worse than when we began with Wall and
Associates. Knowing what I know now, I
could have sent the IRS the $that I paid Wall and be almost half way
there. In Wall’s response they stated we could reconnect with their
organization. Why? Why would I continue to pay them with no
guarantee of any taxes I owe being lowered?
That is crazy! Last of all, from what I understand I am not alone in my
particular situation. There are many
other complaints against Wall on the internet.
Initially, we were told they had an “A+” rating with the RevDex.com which is not true. I truly
believe they provide advertisements and that their business is truly a
“scam” playing on people’s emotions.*** ** ***

comments received for the aforementioned complaint on October 16, Wall
& Associates Inc., takes the Revdex.com complaint review process seriously and
works to ensure that all of our clients receive adequate response to their inquiries
Unfortunately out company is not in the automotive industry and we do not procure
to sell any type of physical goodsWe are a professional service company and
as such ** *** comparison of our services to that of a car dealer are irrelevant. Our office in probity offered ** *** a refund in the amount
of $Once again, in order to resolve this complaint and end the matter we
are willing to offer ** *** a refund amount of $We make this offer not
as an admission of liability to the client, but only to resolve any complaint
or misunderstandingDespite the fact that we completed work on this case and the
money was earned, we are willing to offer this refund to resolve the matterOur clients comes to
us with complex tax matters that need to be addressed and unfortunately the actual case time frame many not always
match up with our client’s expectations While our team work very hard to insure a case
is completed as quickly as possible the IRS response process is notoriously
slowOur company makes no guarantees regarding the expected timeframe for a
case resolution and any company that would is being dishonestWe do not offer
case time frames similar because when dealing with taxing authorities we are dependent
on their response to our queries

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowPlease excuse the delay responding to the day periodI had a few health problems and numerous doctor's appointmentsAs you will see from the various communications from Wall and Wall, I was having financial difficulties in making the payments, but during this time - *** garnished my *** ***
***, so I was unable to keep up with the payments. I was living from check to checkI called the *** *** Office and told them of my financial Hardship in the hopes of getting my checks reinstated. After I contacted ***, I received a letter, "from Wall and Wall stating since they were representing me, the status of my case will prevent any type of collection to take place", dated July 28th I would also like to mention that I have already paid Wall and Wall *** and there has been no resolution or refund. I have existing health problems and this ongoing problem with Wall and Wall has created additional health problemsI will appreciate any and all assistance you can provide me in order to resolve thismatter, and if you need anything else, please let me knowI will be happy to provide you with whatever you need
