Review: I placed an order 9/11 which was never delivered therefore I canceled the order through Groupon. I paid an additional shipping fee of 8.95 which I would like to have refunded from Wall Spirit.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for my shipping amount.

Review: I ordered 2 products from wallspirit.com on August 31st, 2013. After 5 weeks without seeing a shipment, I emailed the support team on October 7th. They expressed their apologies and estimated another 10 business days until the packages would arrive (7 production + 3 shipping). That response was over two weeks ago.

Eight weeks to deliver a product is too long for any business.Desired Settlement: Please refund $18 in shipping costs at the very least.

Wall Spirit, if you are having trouble with manufacturing your product,

1. Take your offer off of Groupon

2. Fix your equipment

3. Notify your customers of the delay prior to checkout.

Review: I am extremely frustrated with the communication from this company. I do understand that due to unfortunate issues the orders have been delayed a bit. However the lack of responding to emails and phone calls is ridiculous. I ordered the items on Sept 10th knowing that I am moving into my new apartment at the end of October. I have now moved and no longer reside at the address which the items are supposed to be mailed and cannot reach them to have the mailing address changed. I was told the items were running two weeks late due to their own personal issues. And to top it off now you cant even go online to their website @ www.wallspirit.com to check the status of anything. I was expecting to have these before moving so that they would be ready for decorating once into my new place. My order is #[redacted]. I was going to order one of the Paris clocks but going to look for else where now.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of all money paid and my items shipped ASAP.

Review: I used a Groupon to order decals from Wall Spirt. The order was placed 10/1/13, invoice [redacted]. I never got the product I ordered and have no way of contacting Wall Spirit, the phone number is not operational and the website is down. I spent $50 for the Groupon and $8.95 for shipping.Desired Settlement: I want the total $58.95 that I spent refunded, as I do not have the product.

Review: I placed an order with Wall Spirit after purchasing a Groupon worth $150.00 and then applying to an ever larger order of two decals as listed below on my Pay Pal account.

Just like everyone else, I have sent emails, left voicemails - all to no avail and no response whatsoever. I placed this order on October 14, 2014. Today is November 21, 2014.

As you can see, I spent almost $170.00 and still have received nothing!Desired Settlement: My first preference would be to receive my decals, although now I have to seriously question the quality of the product.

Therefore, at this point, I would accept either a full refund or my merchandise at a 50% discounted price.

I want to be fair but I cannot even get in touch with these people!

Review: I have ordered two separate decals from Wall Spirit one in September and one in October, have not received either one of them. I have even called and left messages and no returned calls. I bought my first one on Groupon and then received a 40% off next order and dumb me I ordered a second one. I have about $35.00 tied in this and have not received anything. I would like a full refund if all possible. Review: I ordered a product from this company on October 12, 2013 and received an email stating the receipt of my order and a delivery date of 3-5 business days. It has been almost a month and I have not received my product, emails to the business have remained unanswered, telephone calls are unanswered and I cannot access the business website to find out the status of my order. The company was very quick to process my payment but that is the extent of their quick reponses. Very unsettling and frustrating. At least answer the phone or emails.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my order and a refund of the shipping costs associated with the delivery of my order.

Review: This company had a deal on Groupon. I purchased the Groupon, and the following day placed an order on www.wallspirit.com. I got an email after placing the order stating there was "equipment failure" delaying shipment two weeks. I ordered the wall decal on 9/26/13 and it is now 11/6/13 and have not received the product ordered. They withdrew the money from my account immediately after placing the order. I have tried emailing them asking them where my order is and have not gotten a response. Now, when I try to go to the website it is no longer there.Desired Settlement: I want my money returned!!

Review: I placed an order on 9/25/2103 and received an email invoice number [redacted]. The website stated items would be shipped 4-6 business days there after and would take up to 2 weeks from time of order for delivery. I have contacted the company via their website contact us email and by email separately only to have no response at all. Now the website is shutdown. I have not received any of my order and not even a response from this company. I purchased a groupon and paid $75 for $150 of merchandise, I spent over $150 on the website plus shipping and have received nothing. I am extremely upset as now it seems they have no way of contacting them. I had read the shipping policy and ordered items for a birthday present according to their own shipping, obviously I had to go and purchase something else.Desired Settlement: I want $75 plus the additional $13.80 which was put on my credit card returned immediately.

Review: I ordered some wall decals for my sons room on September 22. I had a groupon that allowed me to buy $150 worth of product for $50. When I placed my order I spent slightly over my groupon price and spent an extra $18.85. Both of these charges have been taken out of my bank account ($68.85 total) and I have yet to see the products. The confirmation e-mail informed me it would be 2 weeks for delivery and it has been well over that. I have tried to e-mail and call with a lack of response to both. I have even left voice mails with my name, number, and order number so I can find out my status and have not had a response. I have set up an account on their website to track my orders progress, but it says I never placed an order. I have tried to go back to their website several times in the last few days and it seems as if their website no longer exists. Very frustrated with their lack of customers service as well as my money being taken with our my products being received. I feel like they have stolen from me and I do not appreciate it what so ever!Desired Settlement: I want Wall Spirit to refund me not only the $18.85 but the $50 I paid to groupon (totaling $68.85) as well for their services. I don't care if I get their product or not at this point, I just want my money back.

Review: I placed an order and my credit/debit card was charged, but the company has gone out of business.Desired Settlement: I want the website to be taken offline and my credit/debit card to be refunded.

Review: I ordered some wall decals from them in September. My order didn't arrive when stated so I contacted them, they explained why they were behind and that I would get my order at the end of October. That didn't happen so I contacted them again and then tried by phone. No responses and still no products. I would like my money back. Review: I placed my order on 07/30 with the company, and I have not received my merchandise. I log on to view the order it continues to show in production. I've called and email the company and have not received a response back. The customer service number only allows you to leave a message for someone to call you back, and no on every calls back. I've sent multiple emails, and those have been unanswered.Desired Settlement: I would like my order to be delivered as soon as possible. I would like a refund as well for my inconvenience.

Review: I've placed my order on 7/8 and I had emailed them on 7/17 but never got a response so I called them on 7/19 and spoke to [redacted] told me about the Groupon issue. She told me that my order is in production and will be ship on or before 7/25. I asked her to ship it over night but she said she couldn't do that but for my inconvenience she would like to give me a complimentary decal up to $29.95, as well as free shipping. I had asked her to modify my order but she said she couldn't because my order is already in production. If my order is really in production why is it that as of 8/1 my order status still shows WAITING ON PRODUCTION FYI I placed my order with another company and received my product 3 days later. And I also bought the certificate from GROUPON as well. No one had contacted me back regarding my order. This company is very dishonest and at this point I just want my refund! The marketing team of this company is ahead of the production team. At this time this company can not handle large volume production and shouldn't make promises they couldn't delivered. This is BAD BUSINESS!

Review: Ordered wall art on October 5, 2013. Delivery was stated to be 2-3 days, then got e-mail of 2 week delay, sent e-mail with questions on new delivery date, left messages, no response.

Confirmation number/order number is [redacted], Pay pal has paid them, I've paid pay pal, and haven't received my order.. Looks like I'm out the $33.85. Same as the 100 plus others.

This isn't right, their site needs to be shut down or they need to honor their customers orders.Desired Settlement: I want my money back!

Review: On September 6 I used a groupon to make a purchase with Wall Spirit. I received a confirmation email that they were running two weeks behind production and I would receive my order in month. When I did not receive it I called the customer service number and no response. I emailed and received a response that I would receive my product the second or third week of October. I have not. Last week my order still showed in production, I emailed for status and did not receive a response. Today their website is offline.Desired Settlement: I would like the cost of my order beyond the Groupon - $23.32 - reimbursed to me.

Review: I ordered from Wall Spirit on Oct 7th and was given the message with my confirmation, "IMPORTANT: Due to recent equipment failures, we are running behind in production by 2 additional weeks. We sincerely apologize for this delay and are working diligently to catch up as soon as possible. Because of this delay we are upgrading all shipping to USPS Priority (2-3 business days). Customers within the U.S. will receive a USPS tracking number by e-mail so that they can trace their order online under www.usps.com. We thank you for your patience."

I was okay with waiting, but it has been 3 months, and I never even received a tracking number, let alone the product. I tried calling the number they list several times and go the message that the number is not set up to receive calls at this time. I emailed customer service on Nov 30th and Dec 16th and got no reply.Desired Settlement: I would at least like the money back that I spent on my order, which was $58.95.

Review: On October 16th of 2013, I placed an order online at www.wallspirit.com totaling $69.90. The $69.90 is what I paid to the company. I also had purchased a groupon certificate for an additional $25 thus making my total spent at wallspirit $94.90. On that same day, I received an email from the company stating the following: "IMPORTANT: Due to recent equipment failures, we are running behind in production by 2 additional weeks. We sincerely apologize for this delay and are working diligently to catch up as soon as possible. Because of this delay we are upgrading all shipping to USPS Priority (2-3 business days). " Since then I have waited patiently for my order to arrive. I have recently tried to visit their website to check on my order, and the website is no longer available. When I call the number that I received with my order confirmation, I only get a voicemail and cannot reach a customer service representative. After searching the web, it looks like the company is out of business and knew they were going out of business when they accepted my order!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for all amounts paid for product from Wallspirit - $94.90.

Review: I purchased an item from wall spirit and used a groupon coupon. They took my money and now I can't find them and I never received my product. It seems they are out of business and I never received an email or anything telling me this. I've been waiting for my product to arrive. The shipping said it would take two weeks to process and then about 3 to 5 days to deliver. Never received it and now when I go online to talk to someone. The website is down and they are out of business.. I just want my product or money back.Desired Settlement: Delivery of Order or full refund with shipping price included.

Review: Consistent with other complaints, Wall Spirit has not delivered products within the timeline indicated INCLUDING anticipated delays due to equipment failure. In addition they have not responded to multiple voice mails (it is impossible to get anyone to speak with live) and emails. Terrible service to say the least. Information on my order:

• Order placed on September 13th – expected normal delivery per Wall Spirit website within 2 weeks or September 27th

• Equipment failure extended expected delivery by 2 weeks or revised delivery of October 11th

When product did not arrive I called THREE times; left message and received NO RESPONSE. I emailed again NO RESPONSE. Terrible business service and borderline unethical.Desired Settlement: I want the product ASAP – with a guaranteed overnight delivery so product is in my hands by close of business Friday November 1st - shipping at no charge. I am not trying to get the product itself for free I just want what was promised ASAP.
