I was very impressed with our Tech - Tom A- and if we were to do business with Walter Electric in the future I would request Tom AagainHowever, I was not terribly impressed with the office staffIt was very difficult to get a quick answer to all of my questions as each question I presented to the staff required them to take the question to someone else to get a response before I was informed of the answerI understand why this process is in place but it made the entire process very clumsyAdditionally, the fan that was installed is making a very loud clicking noise and is sitting at somewhat of an angleWhen I called Walter Electric the very next business day to inquire about their policy on a warranty on their workmanship I was told that there would be a charge for another visit and since they did not supply the fan the cost would be my responsibilityAfter explaining what I had observed with the fan and that we had just spent over $to have them do the electrical work I was ver disappointed with how unaccommodating they were with the one issue I brought to their attentionThis alone was somewhat off putting and did cause me to reconsider how much the front office staff values their customersHowever, again, the tech Tom Awas fantastic

The technician used frivolous time on his cell phone at my residence to hike up my bill for twice the amount of actual charges I will never recommend or use this co! corrupt business practices!

Tony was extremely helpful and answered all my questionsI would definitely call them again when I have an issue

I had my very first appointment with Walter Electric on this past Inauguration Day I wanted to replace/update two exterior light fixtures I also hadn't used my laundry room ceiling light for months (as it was slightly detached from the ceiling) Well, their technician Tony came to my rescue! Tony not only replaced my old fixtures with the new, but he also repaired my laundry room light and replaced its pull cord What a wonderful first experience, and their prices are extremely reasonable! Give Walter Electric a call.....you will not be disappointed!!
