We recently had an electrical receptacle arch which caused the outlet and wall to heat. We call Walter Electric and they discussed the quick response action (turn of the breaker) with us. The sent a technician, Allen, to our house. I discussed the situation with Allen who then walked through the area with me. Allen then discussed what he thought had happened and why it happened. Per our discussion he reviewed the entire circuit of the living room, rewired the worn arch and replaced two receptacles. I was extremely pleased and could not be happier with the Walter Electric's response and with Allen's expertise. We have said them in our contact list as the "go-to" electricians.

They did a great job and gave me a fair price.

Scheduling the work was fast and convenient to my schedule. The technicians showed up each time exactly when expected. The work was done efficiently and correct. Each man even put on shoe covers to protect our floors and left the areas clean. They explained costs up front and were both very polite. Will recommend to others use again in future.

The technician used frivolous time on his cell phone at my residence to hike up my bill for twice the amount of actual charges. I will never recommend or use this co! corrupt business practices!

The electrician from Walter Electric (Bill [redacted] was outstanding. He arrived exactly at the time I was promised. He quickly assessed and repaired my three electrical problems. He had the small parts I needed so the job was completed in one visit. He explained the nature of the problems so that I would not repeat the mistakes I made. He taught me how to safely use CFL bulbs. He was finished all of that in less than 1/2 hour. If I ever need an electrician again,I will not hesitate to call Walter Electric.

I had my very first appointment with Walter Electric on this past Inauguration Day. I wanted to replace/update two exterior light fixtures. I also hadn't used my laundry room ceiling light for months (as it was slightly detached from the ceiling). Well, their technician Tony came to my rescue! Tony not only replaced my old fixtures with the new, but he also repaired my laundry room light and replaced its pull cord.
