Great experience. Great customer service. Technician was early and on time for my appointment.

The service technician was very friendly knowledgeable and courteous. He even honored my 10 percent discount coupon that I was not able to print. I was extremely pleased with the immediate service that I received. I would use Walter Electric again and also recommend this company to family and friends.

I was very happy with the service. The electrician through a quick process of elimination,found the problem. Tony was efficient and friendly. I already recommended Walter Electric to a neighbor. Job well done.

I was very impressed with our Tech - Tom A. - and if we were to do business with Walter Electric in the future I would request Tom A. again. However, I was not terribly impressed with the office staff. It was very difficult to get a quick answer to all of my questions as each question I presented to the staff required them to take the question to someone else to get a response before I was informed of the answer. I understand why this process is in place but it made the entire process very clumsy. Additionally, the fan that was installed is making a very loud clicking noise and is sitting at somewhat of an angle. When I called Walter Electric the very next business day to inquire about their policy on a warranty on their workmanship I was told that there would be a charge for another visit and since they did not supply the fan the cost would be my responsibility. After explaining what I had observed with the fan and that we had just spent over $1100 to have them do the electrical work I was ver disappointed with how unaccommodating they were with the one issue I brought to their attention. This alone was somewhat off putting and did cause me to reconsider how much the front office staff values their customers. However, again, the tech Tom A. was fantastic.
