I am rejecting this response because: The response is another lieAt no time was there ever a goodwill payment ever sent to me or returned by meWhat I wanted and still want is both of my policies cancelled and refundedIn fact one of your Camping World finance guys told me last week that no refund can be sent to me but only to the lien holder of the trailer loanSo this crap about sending me a check for $is absolute BSIts continued lies like this that make your company despicableSo you mentioned some pretty specific information about my Tire and Wheel policy; that's nice because I have been asking for an actual policy for months and have never received one for either the GAP or the Tire & WheelThe Camping World Finance guy told me that they would be mailed to me...another lieAll of I've had since the purchase was a brochure, in which it states that tire blowouts are coveredThis was denied by your companySo are you refusing to cancel my policies and refund my money? I will not relent! Your company lied to me and I want my money backI just can't see how anyone doing there RV research could read not only this complaint but the many other blogs and numerous other RV Forums out there and still do business with you

We are sorry to hear that the member does not agree with our responseWe have based our decision to stand by our claims department’s denial given all of information we have received up to this pointIf the member is able to provide us sufficient evidence that the oil residue was caused by an old oil leak or that this was not a long term failure we would be happy to reviewIn order to proceed with this claim or any claim in the future we would also need to have the mileage issue corrected

The member's home park, Lakewood Village Resort, has issued a credit to the member in the amount of $7,500. The credit was posted to the member's visa. We have called the member and left him a message letting him know that the credit was issued

All memberships are reviewed on a regular basis. Please see the Membership and Cancelation Policy provided in the member benefit brochure. “Membership is subject to cancellation by either party at any time for any reason, upon written notificationThe cancellation of a membership
includes the primary member and all individuals eligible for benefits under the membershipAll benefits will cease when the membership expires or either party cancelsShould either party cancel, the member will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of his/her membership term, without any deductions.” A refund for $(the remainder of your membership term) was processed the second week of November and should have shown on the credit card you paid with by the third week of November. I am rejecting this response because: I did disclose that I was a driver for Uber and Lyft when the salesman calledWhen I talked to S*** at Good Sam on 4-12-she had confirmed that "I did state I was a driver for Uber and Lyft and there salesman made the mistake." Now there changing there story, So If it is my fault then why are they refunding me any money at all? Makes no sense, obviously they are at faultI am going to continue to pursue this matter in small claims court

I am rejecting this response because they intentionally misled me When I spoke with them they offered no apology nor did they try to retain me as a customer or do anything other then basically tell me, "GOTCHA" They keep going back to the phone conversation I had with them that they recorded, which leads me to a few questions and concerns they would and will not address: I would like a copy of the audio or a transcript of all my calls, why will you not provide me with a copy? You should considering you are voiding my costly repair bills based on that which is very convenient for you aI do remember declining the Seal and Gaskets clause as it was explained to me I was told it would pay for repairs if my oil leaked, my cars are well maintained so I wasn't concerned about oil/fluid leakage My concern was Transmission, Engine, Power Steering pump etc, which I was told was 100% covered Please again provide me with the audio clip or transcript where C*** *** tells me specifically that everything in my car has a seal or gasket so if you decline the seals and gasket coverage the warranty will be 100% worthless and 100% of the claims will be rejected, because that is what his manager told me and the guy when I was trying to file my claim for repair. bI would like to see/hear the response to my question I asked multiple times, "What is the catch?", C*** *** responded each time, "There is no catch, we have been in business for years, your car will be 100% covered by everything listed on the Coverage section of our website http://www.goodsamesp.com/whatiscovered.aspx " Copied and pasted from their website: Coverage for the
steering assembly includes but is not
limited to the following:
Gear housing, and all internally-lubricated parts of the steering gear box
the rack and pinion gear

Spoke to member, apologized for poor service and informed that this had been addressed with the agent. Paid full amount requested for service call to replace tires, $and extended membership 1yr (sent cards). Member advised of timeframes for check receipt and new cards

Complaint: 10641585I am rejecting this response because:
I want to be made whole for the repairs I just paid $(I had to opt to have it rebuilt as I couldn't afford $4000 to replace the parts myself) for. Again, you keep going back to the recordings you have of me. However, I really don't think that is fair that you can keep making reference to something you won't provide to me or anyone else I will repeat myself, I would like a copy of the recordings so I can hear exactly what was represented to me as it pertains to the Seals and Gaskets portion of the contract. I would also like you to listen to the part where I asked C*** *** numerous times what the catch is and he replied everytime, "There isn't one" rather than "if you decline the seals and gaskets portion the whole warranty will be voided and any claim for repair will be rejected. I would recommend with 100% conviction that you buy that coverage" becuase that never happened and it wasn't explained to me correctly. He downplayed it and misled me and that is exactly what happened to me. I specifially asked him if the Transmission, Driveshaft, Power Steering, etc were covered I had just replaced those parts on different cars of mine and he said "Yes". He knew exactly what I was asking and directed me to look at your website which clearly shows it is and of course it doesn't say anything about a leak preventing the coverage, it lists coverage. Not only does it list coverage of both parts that are broken down on my car, it lists the seal and gaskets coverage next to flat tire coverage which would seem very trivial to the consumer like myself. I am an intelligent man and if I was presented with the information correctly I would have accepted it or not purchased it. Clearly you have something to hide as you are unwilling to present me with the information I have requested. Additionally, I am not sure I concented to being recorded on each call I made to your company if any, specifically the one I made to purchase the policies. You do know that California is a "two-party" concent state and that without concent you are in violation of CA Penal Code 632? I would like to see the transcript or hear the tape or I can get a copy during Discovery. Again, I paid a premium for converage and I expect it to be honored. Why would I buy insurance that wouldn't cover anything? Better yet, why would you sell insurance that doesn't cover anything? Please do the right thing

I am rejecting this response because:None of the failed parts were cause by mechanical damage that I am aware of except the damage to the washing machineOn the washing machine the damage was started by a failed electrical circuit that allowed the machine to fill and actually overflow into the bathroom areaThis filling happened while we were on the road and the weight of the water with the movement of the coach caused the machine to break out of its cabinetThen further damage (mechanical) occurred whent he machine hit the floor in the bathroomThe cause of all the damage was the failed control that allowed the machine to fill.The rest of the moneys that are not being paid are to labor hours that Good Sam says are too highI told the Good Sam adjuster where I was taking the RV for repair and asked him to approve the location, which he didHe even stated that Good Sam had a good relationship with Holiday WorldAt no time was there any mention of labor rates or restrictionsThe clause in the contract that Good Sam references is not a restriction on costs/chargesIf they want to use a restriction then it should be clearly spelled out in the contractIt is not.Not only that all Good Sam sales and advertisement says "Satisfaction Guaranteed"I will den you later today the add out of this months RV magazine to show exactly what they are saying in the adds.I want Good Sam to do and say what they sale, advertise and what is clear in the contract

I am rejecting this response because: I called Progressive and got more coverage for less than 50& of this premium. I had switched to National General as Progessive had done the same thing two years earlier. I think all these insurance companies get you hooked with a "teaser" rate for the first couple of years and then jack the rate up hoping you aren't paying attention

I would like to personally thank the Revdex.com for stepping in and getting this issue resolved for meHad it not been for the Revdex.com, I would still be "on hold" waiting for someone to answer the phone, instead after the Revdex.com stepped in, the Company called me and apologized for the issue I had with them
