Water Pro is not honoring a defective tank during it's warranty period. We paid for replacement in full and were promised to be reimbursed once they received warranty approval from manufacture. Manufacture approved and confirmed it was honored 3 weeks ago. Water Pro has now flat out refused to refund $395 for tank. Claiming they will reimburse once we pay our current maintenance bill due 2/26/20. Which I have instructed to deduct from our credit and they agreed but still refuse to issue credit. Stating, they don't know how, a check will be sent next month, etc.

Refund We paid $395 for the tank and we have a bill due 2/26/20 in the amount of $64.45, they need to credit my credit card back in the amount of $330.55.
This was just resolved. Please close complaint.
