Safeway issued two $ [redacted] safeway gift cards with no value

I had ordered groceries on 11/06/to be delivered on the 7thOn the 7th someone from the store called to say that their system was down and that we had to reorderSo we did and scheduled the delivery for the 8thOn the 8th our delivery time came and went and the groceries never got deliveredI called and the person I spoke to was extremely rude, mocked me, and hung up on meI called back and a woman gave us a $credit to our Safeway account for the troubles and scheduled a new delivery time for the 9thAgain, on the 9th our delivery time came and went and no groceries were received yet we were charged for themI called again and someone told us they'd call us back and never did so we called againThis person said the groceries were never put on the truck so we asked to speak to a supervisorWe spoke to someone named *** and she apologized for the inconvenience and scheduled a delivery for us on the 10th and credited us a $credit to our debit card because it was not

Safeway advertised an offer which stated the following: "For a limited time only, Safeway is offering a great gift card promotion where you can purchase $Visa or MasterCard gift cards and get $off at Von’s, Randall’s, Albertson’s, Tom Thumb, Acme! While shopping at the *** Safeway location I was lied to by a staff member by the name of ***I asked her if she could scan the barcode on some clearance summer items to verify the price because the sign said 75% off making them $however I had purchased items at the *** street Safeway in San Francisco so I was interested in the outdoor heaters that were originally priced at $***, the Safeway staff refused to scan the bar code for several reasons 1) "I know this is the correct price because I am the one that changes the price" 2) "I just changed them last Wednesday and we only change prices on Wednesday day" and 3) "Our [*** Safeway] store does not mark clearance down to 90%" Her accounts came of suspicious given that she provided all excuses within a short period of time (seconds) and I'm not sure that she was aware of the fact that it was a Wednesday so I immediately called the corporate office to express my concern about my experience and frus
