There was an error made with my recent home Grocery Delivery order: I ordered and was charged for a Pummelo (PLU would be either *** ** ***) but received a red grapefruit (PLU 4496)I have tried calling *** several times, but always give up after sitting on holdI have sent several email messages to *** (on 11/8, 11/9, 11/10, and 11/11), none of which has ever been responded toI also sent an email to Safeway VP Deb *** ***) on 11/and that too has not been responded to

I started ordering with safeway.com because Im handicappedThere are a lot of issuesThey require my EBT pin which is not supposed to be given out according to State regulationsInstead of keeping it on file, I am required to call the customer service the day before I order and then get woken up in the early AM to once again give my EBT pin and cardI was also told after placing an order I would receive emails offering free shipping and other promos WHICH I DO NOT EVER RECEIVEThey have messed up orders, the last being OK and there was credit given on online account for first order mess up and item returnsHowever they sent out chuck roasts as steaks on the second order and they exchanged them for rotten steaks which they also charged forThey refunded roasts and were supposed to pick up steaks..for DAYS, which we stayed home forWe missed husbands heart attack appointments & they NEVER cameThen they said throw them out and they would refund the *** to my EBTHad t

On *** *** ***, I made an online order with Safeway.com for grocery delivery on *** *** ***The delivery was supposed to be made between 1-2pm - I selected this time frame during the checkout process and paid a premium for itI received two confirmation emails, one after I made the order and another on the ***, reminding me of the deliveryI was also charged by Safeway for the amount of my order at approximately 10am on *** ***At 2:45pm on the ***, after my order had not yet arrived, I contacted Safeway Delivery customer supportI spent minutes on hold before a representative answered the callI was told, at first, that my order had not completed and that I would not be charged for itAfter I challenged this, I was put on hold for minutes while the rep checked with the delivery trucks en route for deliveriesShe was not able to confirm that my order was on any of the trucks, but had also not been able to contact all of the driversShe told me that the truc

I was treated very bad and with disrespect by your Pharmacist (***); below is what happened
I transferred my son’s prescriptions from *** to *** and I was told that I will get $shopping card to do that, when I picked up the 1st prescription I was given $gift card and was told that I will get the other $after refills, and they will give me a green sticker every time I do that, I thanked them so far
Later, I picked up prescriptions, but after I left the pharmacy I realized that I was not given any green stickers as I was told, so I called the pharmacy and was told next time you come in we will give them to you and I was ok with that so farI kept my prescription receipts as a proof if needed although I was not asked to do that!!
Last Friday 6/8/I went to (*** ***) pharmacy to pick up my son’s refills and when I asked for the green stickers the technician said I don’t know what stickers you are talking about and he called me his pharmacist for Consultation!!!

I was not given a $** gift card even after complying with requirementI was solicited through Safeway's Just For You mobile application stating I would receive a $** gift card should I fill a new prescription with Safeway PharmacyThe eligibility requirement simply stated that it must be a new prescription to Safeway and not a Medicare or Medi-Cal insurerMy prescription met these eligibility requirementsHowever, when I attempted to claim the promised gift card, I was told by the Pharmacy staff that the offer was only available to new customersI then called Safeway Customer Service where in addition to the above requirement, the prescription had to be self-pay or no insurance coverageNeither of these additional requirements are stated in the application
