I purchased a home here in Mesa, AZ that had a new Heat Pump unit installed for the previous homeowner, in 2005. When I found out from another neighbor that the unit was installed by [redacted]'s Western Refrig. & A/C , I called them because I had another company out prior and they told me that I had few problems with the unit & tried to sell $340.00 worth of parts, when I had only called them for a preseason check and they did not tell me that any parts were under warranty. When[redacted] of Wayne's Western he not only verified that nothing was wrong, but also had made & gave me a copy of the warranty papers, showing a ten year all parts warranty. I have been using Wayne's Western ever since & will continue to do so, even after the warranty runs out next year. [redacted] of Mesa

His promptness to our problems including a telephone consultation just yesterday has always been professional and he is very good at explaining what he has done or needs to be done, if anything. We were amazed at the care, consideration and attention to details he exhibited. He went above and beyond doing things right, even down cleaning dirt from under the old unit before setting the new one in place. Our builder misassembled the fuze panel. Wayne put the right breaker in the right place for the air. The house didn't have a breaker close to the compressor, so he installed one to be safer. He put in a new digital thermostat so it will be more efficient. He even avoided trips inside because he felt he was too dirty. He answered all of my questions and let us know each step of the way what he ran in to.

His operation doesn't have the advertising budget the others do, but I will advertise for him. He has been doing it well for a long time and it shows. I would trust him with my checkbook. That's accurate and not overstated. He exhibits what good businesses should be like.

I can't say enough good things about Wayne's Western. [redacted] has many years of experience and it shows in the "up" time of our system over the last 20+ years. There have been only two times the system died completely, a credit to Wayne's preventive maintenance. More to his credit is the fact that when I called him on those two occasions he came out as soon as he could and had us back up and running in just a few hours. When it can time to replace the a/c unit,again did not try to upgrade us as we would not need it. Worked hard to make sure our warranty was covered after issue with the manufacture. He was very informative on the phone, suggested I contact my home warranty provider and gave me a checklist via phone for trouble shooting. [redacted] came checked out the job we wanted done gave us an estimate didn't think I was going to be able to get my cooler in in time to use it before monsoon set it. But he made it work showed up stayed all day and got it done. The job was professional and he has checked back to make sure everything was what we expected
