Wayne's Western Refrigeration & A/C

Wayne was called to inspect a fridge and he responded himself as he is a sole proprietor with many years experience. He likes to chat and educate you about the problem but works while he does this. He put my mind at ease about a suspected problem. He does not take credit cards but warns you of this prior to arrival. I was in a rush to leave the country and he juggled appointments to fit me in.

I can't say enough good things about Wayne's Western. [redacted] has many years of experience and it shows in the "up" time of our system over the last 20+ years. There have been only two times the system died completely, a credit to Wayne's preventive maintenance. More to his credit is the fact that when I called him on those two occasions he came out as soon as he could and had us back up and running in just a few hours. We have been customers of Wayne's Western for at least 15 years.He never tries to sell you something you don't need.Found the source of a very hot room and was repaired to my delight! When it can time to replace the a/c unit,again did not try to upgrade us as we would not need it. Worked hard to make sure our warranty was covered after issue with the manufacture. Always prompt,always has been there when I needed his services. In fact our entire family has used him at one time or another.

Wayne [redacted] has serviced our AC unit for more than a decade. He is knowledgeable and experienced, and delivers friendly, timely service. He does his work carefully with great attention to detail. He gets things installed or repaired right the first time, with never a need for a call-back.

When you call Wayne's, you speak to[redacted], an extremely helpful man. My refrigerator did not have electricity one morning and after checking the breaker, I panicked and called Wayne. He was able to schedule me immediately. As we were talking it through, Wayne asked me to check the GCFI outlet in my kitchen and sure enough, it had been tripped. It saved me a service call and [redacted] was happy to help me. He even called me the next morning as a courtesy which I was glad since the refrigerator was continuing to trip the breaker and I had more questions. He helped me talk through all of the options if it continues. I now have a trustworthy company and friend to rely on in case I ever need.

wayne's western has been my heating and a/c service for over 10years. they have always been reliable, and efficient. they come right out when I need them, and they never try to take advantage of me. They do a great repair at a very reasonable fee. my a/c unit is over 30 years old. and they keep it running like a top.

I have been having Wayne of Wayne's western refrigeration & a/c, taking care of all my air condition, evaporative cooler, and heating needs, since my late brother gave me his name & number in 1995. Wayne was at my house with in an hour from the time I had called. he then gave me the option of just the compressor replacement (with a 1 year, manufacturers compressor & all parts warranty. since my original unit last 20 years (from 1978) (when house was build ). I want to give Wayne my unqualified recommendation.

We recently moved into our house and hired Wayne's Western to clean our a/c coils and re-do the subpar ducting done by the previous owners. On his initial visit to inspect and clean our coils, [redacted] explained it would not be worth it to do the coils until we had our underground return air cleaned. I appreciated his honesty and how thoroughly he explained everything. Once we had another company out to clean our underground return air, [redacted] came back to start on the ducting. To say it was a difficult job would be an understatement as there were many unforeseen obstacles, but [redacted] did an awesome job. He takes pride in his work and it definitely shows. He helped to equalize the airflow and temperature in our house by adding a second supply junction box, insulating our existing one, running all new ducting, adding additional ceiling registers, replacing all the grills and cleaning our coils (just to name a few). My husband and I were extremely pleased with the work he did. He was prompt, courteous and fair with his pricing. We would recommend him to anyone who needs a/c repair or service.
