I purchased Contacts in October 2016.
My order was cancelled since my prescription was out of date.
They charged my credit card and still to this day have not given me a refund.
I have emailed numerous times and called.
I still have not gotten a response.
Review: I ordered contact lenses on 10/*/13 and I have not received them to date. I have tried to contact Web Eye Store Customer Service multiple time through all forms ( phone, email, they have an online chat option but is does not function at all) of communication with no response over a full week. No contacts no response but 179.80 on my credit card.Desired Settlement: a full refund promptly

Review: I purchased contacts July *, 2014, but received the wrong prescription. I first contacted them regarding the refund July **, 2014. I was told to send them back with a tracking number. I send the return via USPS which was delivered to the business July **, 2014. I contacted them multiple times regarding the return, in which I was told would take 3 weeks. It is now the 6th week and my credit card has not been refunded. They have stopped answering their emails, picking up my calls, and returning my messages. I would like a credit card refund. Review: I purchased contacts from WebEyeStore.com on June *, 2013. I purchased a box of contacts for my right eye and a box for my left eye. I was told that my order would be verified with my doctor. After about a week I received an order saying that my contacts were verified for my left eye but not my right eye. It said on the email that I did not put in any prescription for my right eye. Having my original receipt it has my prescription on the order for my right eye. I tried calling, emailing and live chatting with the company with this issue. After TWO days of trying to get a hold of someone I finally was able to chat with someone about my order. They said the email was a mistake and they had the order correct and it has been processing. About a week later I received only contacts for my left eye. So I tried calling, emailing, and chatting with the company to talk about why I only received half of my order. No phone calls or emails were answered. The only way I received feedback was through chatting again. They told that my right eye contacts were in a different warehouse and they are being processed. I spoke with them on June **, 2013. After a week, I tried calling, emailing, chatting again to try to find my order and I have received nothing! By this time I have ran out of my right eye contacts and was about to leave on vacation. I had to leave work and try to find somewhere to buy the other half of my order before I leave for vacation. I just returned from vacation and I still do not have the box of contacts and no one has tried to contact me to resolve this issue. They charged me for the whole order and I did not receive the whole order. I found that even waiting on hold for 25-40 minutes without speaking to anyone through the phone I had to leave a message and calling about 5 times leaving message and no one has answered me.Desired Settlement: I used my Health Saving Account to purchase my contacts. This needs to be resolved so I am able to pay for other important health issues.

Review: I placed an order for (6)- Twin Paks. of AQuify Multi-Purpose Solution on September **, 2013 at 11:31 am with a 5-day ground delivery.
My [redacted] was charged days later and I have still not received my product as of today October **, 2013.
I have called several times to be put on hold for 10-15 minutes at a time. I have left 3 messages and have received no return call.
I have never ordered on line before, now I know why!!

Review: Web eye store sent me a shipping notice on June **, 2013. They have not email me the tracking number yet. There is a discrepancy between this email and my invoice stating the shipment by USPS 1st class non-trackable. However, on June **, 2013, they charged a dollar more than I was told by their previous email ($28.45 each box). I attempted to contact them by email, online chat, and phone. I was able to reach them once by online chat on July **, 2013. An online chat representative told me that I would receive an email regarding the investigation of the package delivery next day, but I got no response. On July **, 2013, I asked them to cancel the order and process the full refund by email. I heard nothing from them and did not receive the package either. Today on August *, 2013, I called their customer service and left a message about the cancellation and the refund request.Desired Settlement: I would like to cancel the order and receive the full refund on my credit card not the store credit.
