Review: I ordered 3 boxes of Pure Hazel contact lens from Web Eye Store. I received 3 boxes of Amethyst contact lens - the wrong color. They shipped the contact lens in an envelope, and 1 of the boxes was deformed. I opened 1 box to see if inside the box had the right color... but it was the wrong color. Web Eye Store said to send the 3 boxes back and they would replace with the right color.

After mailing the 3 boxes back, they told me they can only give me a $29.25 gift certificate credit for 1 box, because one box was "deformed and the other box was opened. I asked why only $29.25 when I paid $38 per box. They said they were confiscating $8.75 for "restocking" charges.

I was willing to take back the box I opened, but the box that was deformed was their fault since they mailed the order to me in an envelope (which got squished) instead of a box. I have tried numerous times to contact them but they refuse to respond.Desired Settlement: I am willing to take back the one box of amethyst contacts that I opened. They need to give me credit for the other two boxes so that I can apply it to the pure hazel contact lenses. And they can send the 3 boxes in one shipment. I will lose out on this transaction, because I would only get 2 gift certificates for $29.25 each to apply back to product that I originally paid $76 dollars for. Plus I would have to pay shipping again.

I was willing to take the loss just to get this over with, but this company refused to respond to my repeated mails concerning the deformed box that they refuse to give me credit for. So they billed my credit card $114 since June [redacted], and they still have my three boxes of product.

I would appreciate your help in settling this matter, since this company is engaging in unfair, unethical, illegal business practices.

We understand that you may want to still return you undamaged, unopened boxes for the exchange, even though we shipped your order properly. Please be advised that according to our Terms of Use which you agreed when placing an order on our site, such discretionary returns will be subject to a deduction of Processing and Shipping fees totaling $8.95. In addition, we are unable to issue credit for the open or damaged boxes. Therefore, we issued you a credit for 1 box net of the processing charges, and can ship to you the boxes we cannot accept if you pay for shipping of those. Please let us know whether that is an acceptable resolution, and thank you for contacting Web Eye Store!

We also are confident that we sent to you exactly the same color as you ordered. We cannot, therefore, regrettably reconsider our offer. Review: I placed an order on September *, 2015 and to date have not received any confirmation regarding the shipment. I called on September **, 2015 (two times) and was told that it was ready to be shipped (on September *) and they did not know why it was not shipped but said to call back if I did not receive the shipment in two days because it was being "flagged" for shippment. Again, I received no follow up. I called again at 8:30 am on September **, 2015 and was told the same thing but that a person from shipping would call me. NOTHING. At 12:00 noon I called again and told the same thing. NOTHING. At 2:00 pm I called again and told the representative that I was cancelling my order. The representative said that she could not give me a cancellation number or a phone number to the corporate office. On September **, I sent a follow up email cancelling the order and requesting a refund on my credit card by September **. No response received. On September **, I sent another email requesting cancellation and a refund. No response received.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund immediately.

Review: I ordered several boxes of contacts in December of 2013. In February I opened up the first box of the right and eye determined that the wrong prescription had been sent. I sent an email on 2/* regarding this. I have received several questions from web eyestore during the last 2 weeks back but no resolution. They keep asking one sentence questions but never provide me with any information regarding how and when to send back the wrong contacts and when I can expect a replacement.

In the meantime out of despiration I ordered 1 box of replacement under a next day air shipment. This cost me $19.99.Desired Settlement: Here is what should happen:

1) Replace the 2 unopened box of contacts plus the opened box (their policy states you can't get a credit when it's been opened, however, since I can't get a resolution they should replace all 3 boxes)

3) Refund me for the next day air shipment for the replacement box I had ordered.

Review: I ordered contact lenses in May, 2013. I received a partial order. When contacted they said it would take a few weeks to send out the missing lenses. Lenses arrived a few weeks later but they were the wrong prescription. I sent them back and have not received the correct lenses. I have attempted to work this out with them repeatedly. They do not respond to emails, their phone rarely gets answered and the live chat has only worked one time- I tried multiple times. I web chatted with a representative on July [redacted] who assured me I would be mailed a refund check for the $59.90 cost of the lenses (I have the transcript of the chat) within 48 hours. I have not received a check. The representative told me they could not issue a credit to my charge account because it had been over 60 days since the initial order was placed. I no longer want the lenses- I ordered them from a different company. I can not get any response from the company- they just don't answer.Desired Settlement: I would like the $59.90 back that I paid for the contact lenses I never received. I would prefer a credit card credit, but I will take a check. Thank you.
