They said they could not refund my CC but would send a refund check. Review: I placed an order for contact lenses nearly a month ago and promptly paid. After several weeks, the WebEyeStore ("WES") still had my purchase listed as "processing" on their site. Knowing that the delivery was running much further behind than it should have, I attempted to call the WES for an update on my order, but there was no representative available. Two days later, I attempted to email WES; nobody responded. After more emails/calls requesting a call or response and the immediate delivery for my contact lenses (which I was in desperate need of), I received a short (not to mention, dismissive) email from WES saying the order has shipped (the website still has the order listed as "processing" and there is no tracking number). Of course, the delivery took far too long and has caused me to be without contacts. I placed the order in advance of running out of my current supply of contacts, knowing there were several activities and events in my schedule that would require the use of corrective lenses. I am beyond frustrated with my experience and extremely disappointed in the lack of concern from this company.Desired Settlement: Not only would I like an apology, I would like a refund (full or partial) for the delay, which has prevented me from wearing contacts as I normally would. I am entirely appalled by the lack of concern and complete disregard by the WES customer service staff.

Review: Order was placed on 9/*/15

The payment for $135 was processed but the contacts were never sent.

Repeated calls into Web Eye Store go unheeded. While Customer Support answers the phone, they indicate the only thing they can do is to "mark the ticket for review".

The reviews have done nothing to get the order to be sent.

I have no idea if the contacts cannot be shipped, if there is a problem with the prescription information that is holding up the order, or if it has been shipped.Desired Settlement: Send the contacts priority mail ASAP

Review: I ordered a pair of contacts on Tuesday 10/*/2013 because I needed them by Friday. I even paid for overnight shipping so I could assure I received in time. They informed me to send a copy of my RX to expidite the time in which I did. When I didnt receive a confirmation that it had been shipped on Wed. I called to get an update. I called 5 times and was forwarded to a voicemail each time. I left 2 messages as well and still didnt receive anything. I did receive an e mail Thursday morning stating they were able to verify my R X but nothing more.Desired Settlement: I am hoping to have my contacts shpipped out and I receive on time as this has everythig to do with my eye sight and my career. I need these contacts to be here on time. and if they cant do that, I want to be advised so I can figure out something else before its too late.

Review: I ordered contacts on 8/**/2015, paid an extra $19.95 for overnight shipping.

I was emailed by company that my order had been processed on 8/**/2015.

Called Cust. Service on 8/**/2015 and was told they were in the shipping department but she did not know why they had not been shipped. She "red flagged" my order.

I was emailed by company stating my contacts had been shipped on 9/*/2015.

I called Cust. Service on 9/*/2015 to ask why I hadn't received my "overnight" package. They hadn't even given me a tracking number. I was told they hadn't been shipped so I canceled my order and asked for a refund. I was told up to 5 days for refund.

On 9/**/2015 I called Customer Service and asked about my refund. She stated that they get complaints all the time because of this. She "red flagged" my refund.

On 9/**/2015 I tried calling Customer Service several times, keep getting put on hold. Waiting 20 minutes with no one picking up phone.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back so I can get my contacts from a more reliable company.

I have tried to contact Web Eye Store Customer Service multiple time by email or phone. No contacts no response but they already charged me $332.50 on my credit card since 7/**/15. Review: I ordered contact lenses on 10/**/13. They billed my account on 10/**/13. After not receiving them for 2 weeks, I attempted numerous times (around 6 different phone calls at different times of day) to contact the company by phone. No one would ever answer despite being on hold for over 20 minutes and leaving several messages on their voicemail system. I also attempted to email them with no response. I attempted to use their "live chat" which is nothing more than a frequently asked questions page, not an actual chat with anyone. I finally disputed the charge with my credit card company on 11/**/13. The next day I received a confirmation that my order was shipped. I can only guess that this business is failing if there is no way to contact them with no explanation.Desired Settlement: I would like Revdex.com to find out why this company is unreachable.

Review: I have been trying to receive a $32.95 credit from [redacted] since July **, 2013 for a box of contact lenses that I returned to them. They received the box on July ** (per my USPS tracking number) and six documented phone calls, emails, and faxes have gone unanswered by them. I originally placed my order on July **, 2013. At that time I notified them that I would be returning one box of contact lenses from a previous order. They advised me that once they received them they would issue a credit to the card I used to place my July ** order. Review: I placed the order on July *, 2014 for contact lenses. I received notice they were unable to contact my doctor to authorize the prescription. They stated, "f we do not hear from you in 24 hours, we will be forced to cancel your order and issue you a full refund." On the same day of this notice July *, 2014 our [redacted] account was charged 107.85. I have tried numerous times to email and no response, live chat indicates no one there, phone calls no matter what prompt does not connect me with any person. After reviewing the Revdex.com report on this business, it appears to me we are being treated the same as the other complainants.Desired Settlement: Since I have received no product and their emails stated the order would be cancelled with a full refund, I would like a full refund.

Review: Almost two months after ordering and paying for merchandise, the vendor completely failed to send the product, return any of my correspondences, or respond to my phone calls.

I placed an order and was charged for contact lenses on 8/**/13. While processing my order, webeyestore changed my delivery address to just my building number, eliminating the street and unit number, thus making an accurate delivery impossible. I brought this to webeyestore's attention and requested re-shipment by email on 8/**/13, but received no response. Now, 10/**/13, almost two months after my order, I tried calling webeyestore but apparently no representatives were available for over 20 minutes. I left a message, and initiated this complaint.

As I have (A) paid for products that were not delivered due to the failure of the vendor to properly process my shipping information; (B) been unable to contact the vendor on several occasions; and (C) still have yet to receive the purchased products or any non-automated response of any kind from the vendor, I simply request a full refund.Desired Settlement: Full refund of the amount paid.

Review: I ordered (order # [redacted]) 6 boxes of contacts from Web Eye Store. Upon arrival contacts everything seemed to be fine. Once I noticed the expiration date that was 2 months from when I received the contacts. A supply of contacts for 2 years. These contacts are useless to me. I was in communications with the company many times. Support emailed me on July [redacted] to "please use them by the expiration date". There was no way I was going to use 2 years worth of contacts in 2 months. I requested to return these "old" contacts for a full refund for $119.70. They gave me the address and told me to ship it USPS First Class mail with Delivery Confirmation, which I did on July [redacted]. Tracking number [redacted] (shipped to address provided[redacted]) The contacts arrived on August [redacted], tracking confirmed, and they said it would take 3 weeks to process. I have waited 3 + weeks with no communications since August **, 2013 from the merchant.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refund in full to my credit card ($119.70)

I haven't received my refund nor the contacts that arrived damaged in the mail to Web Eye Store. Once I found out that they won't take 1 box back because they were damaged - I requested the box back. The Web Eye Store were happy to sent they back to me for another $6.95.

I just want my credit card refunded - I don't want to deal with this company any more!

Review: Ordered contacts online from Webeyestore.com on 6-*-13, payment of $75.45 was deducted from bank on 6-**-13, order was not received. Have called 16 times only to be on hold forever, (got through once and the man told me he would look into it and I would receive an email the next day - I did not receive any email), left at least 5 voicemail messages, have sent emails through their website at least 3 times, have posted a complaint asking for resolution on their Facebook page (along with other consumers) with no response back in any fashion. I have contacted my bank with the banker trying to contact the company. Banker was also caught in the hold loop unable to get through.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund credited back to my account in the amount of $75.45 for the contacts that never arrived.

Review: I placed an order on June ** for 2 boxes of Ultrazyme Enzymatic Cleaner. The amount of the order was $37.99 which was charged to my [redacted] account the same day. The status of my order shown on their website shows "in process" and has not changed in 2 weeks. Now I can't get hold of them to cancel the order and request a refund. Review: Ordered contacts, paid for contacts (credit card went through on 7/*/2013) and paid for three day shipping. Have not received contacts and each day I try to contact web eye store either e-mail, phone, or live web chat I get no response.
