we received was for $750 and this was refunded on 10th March 2014. The same day I said this would be issuedThe original invoice even states the total amount of $1500. If documentation was read, then the customer would be fully aware of what was going on.We now consider this closed as the payment has been refunded and the contract has been terminated. There is nothing further we can do.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

following;1.       Tell me where the text for the front end is hidden.2.       Correct spelling of “custommers”3.       Tell me why my faq page I’ve written today, the links don’t work even though I copied it off the customer service page.4.       Correct the button on the front page to what I asked for in #5 above.

I spoke with this individual on the 10th and he said it would take at least 5 days to receive a refund.  The amount, according to my CC company is still showing.  This had nothing to do with the TOS, it had to do with their inability to deliver the product.  I waited months for only half a homepage on the Web site.  I lost a tremendous amount of business.If he can attach proof of the refund I will consider the matter closed as he always had an answer for everything, except why the site was not done and was outsourced, which I specifically made clear I did not want done.  I need something from his billing department now.  He talks a lot but never puts anything in writing.

I love my website. The development team did a great job. I would definitely recommend their services for others looking to have a website built.

I have hundreds of emails, between WebCreationUS and [redacted] going back to April/May 2015.The emails, versus WebCreationUS's response, shows just how much they intend to lie to try and make themselves look good. The response from them also did not include any type of settlement agreement, typical.
WebCreationUs lies, is has a complete staff of incompetent employees and obviously intends to continue to scam customers instead of providing the services they advertise.
They need to respond to the asked for agreement, instead of prancing around and coming up with new lies!

This was my first time using WebcreationUS. I found WebCreationUS on the internet. I was very pleased with my website. Now my experience with WebcreationUS was amazing because of Adam Lydall. He made the process so easy. Communication is a key factor for me and he went over and beyond to give excellent customer service. He explained the process from beginning to end and was very patient. He made sure I was up to date on every move. He is truly a pleasure to work with and I'm grateful I had the pleasure to work with him. I will definitely refer customers.

Review: Hired this company in July to create a website with shopping cart. The website is small and it's Oct and it still was not done correctly. Once I made the final payment which I shouldn't had, I was told not to worry that all issues would be taken care of however, since this is an eCommerce site for a business, downtime means no income which means this website costed me more than I had anticipated. I now got to a point to where I did not want to listen to their excuses and lies telling me that the site will be fixed. They don't allow any phone contact with the person doing the designing which makes it more difficult to get things done correctly. Nevertheless, I had to hire another company to fix what WebcreationUS failed to do as they promised on the invoice breakdown.Desired Settlement: Partial refund

I have dealt with many web people over the last 10 years and at long last have found people I can work with. They are not money mad and would rather see you satisfied than bug you for money. I have been burnt many times and was very cautious before giving them the deposit. THEY PRODUCED

I contracted with webcreationus and paid them 50% of a website development fee. It was a simple templated site and I was told that the site would be completed in 2-3 weeks. It is more than 5 weeks and the site is no where near completion, changes/updates have not been made and whomever is doing the work (you cannot talk to that person), keeps asking for the same information over and over. It is a joke! Emails to sales people and project managers are not responded to, and it appears that the email that updates are sent to is an unmonitored email address.
