To whom it may concern

I [redacted] Highly recomend web creation US for building and designing our website there ideas are spectacular and the end product is amazing thanks again guys I have passed on your information too many of our business partners

Regards

Awesome website built for us very professional company.

The process from beginning to end was very satisfactory. The terms and conditions were clear and simple after reading through them, making the decision to move forward with the process very easily. My web designer was very good at responding to concerns about page layouts and the project manager was very good in speaking with me to help clarify details of the website.

I also had a matter with a vendor that slowed my completion down a little due to what information had to be place on the site and just revisions in general, and they were patient with our company. The staff also made helpful suggestions that proved to be valuable with the final steps of the project.

In the end, Web Creation US has a great work flow process, simply supply the information they need and they can help with any businesses web presence.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO COMPLETE A SINGLE SALE THROUGH THE WEBSITE, DESPITE IT BEING LIVE FOR OVER A YEAR AND HAVING ELEVATED SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

This company talks a good game, but when it comes down to it, they are completely incompetent. Their web designers are in INDIA, NOT the USA. You will be told you will have a design team, it's a lie, you will have ONE person from INDIA that does not understand English and you will be going crazy trying to get things done.

In the past, I have had to threaten a law suit to gets things done, then it looked like things were finally going to be on track, but I couldn't have been more wrong. I have items that have not been completed, changed or corrected (and NO UPDATES on them) for 3 months and more. Some things I have complained about since the site was designed, and the designer says it can not be done, but you can look at other sites completed on the same platform that have and do exactly what you are asking for. I have asked for a different designer, since this one does not have a clue, but they just simply blow you off and leave you stuck with someone that is completely incompetent.

I have contacted the top office in the U.K., hoping for some better results, but it looks like I will have to go ahead and follow through with the law suit.

I have been with WebCreationUS since 2011. I have dealt with other companies throughout the years and must say, WebCreations is by far one of the most amazing web development team in the world. Hands down the best service I could ever ask for my company. I have never had one problem with them and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a solid, reputable team behind them with such a one of a kind portfolio and professional, prompt services in absolutely everything they do! These guys have a very one of a kind, noticeable impact throughout the entire internet and web design! Thanks [redacted] and anyone else if I missed your name! -FL

Review: My problem is mirrored by others against this company on your site. On January 2nd, I contracted with them for a custom Web design. Before I contracted with them, I was promised ongoing phone support by their sales representative, [redacted]. This never happened, as I would place dozens of phone calls and none would be returned until weeks after I'd made them, and then I was only allowed to speak to [redacted], the project manager. I also sent emails relentlessly which they claimed they never received and [redacted] accused me of not even knowing how to email. I would resent these over and over and never get a response. I would follow [redacted]'s advice (I spoke with him twice), and then be told that I sent the wrong thing. I asked for a refund so I can hire someone else after 12 grueling weeks of this. I have only 1/3 of a Homepage to show for all this. [redacted] claimed that they did all the work in house, but I have emails from the outsourced Indian design team, who seemed as desperate as I was as they filled the site with misspellings and products I did not sell, although I sent them a long outline as to what I sell with explanations to clear it up for them.Desired Settlement: I need the refund ASAP as I have been losing money for over twelve weeks without a site. And again, regarding the refund, I don't hear from [redacted]. There are others on your site who have had the same experiences as I have. [redacted] never discussed my products or researched my products. When he did call it was to berate me for my ineptitude. Although the quoted price by [redacted] the sales rep was 1395, I was charged 1595 with no explanation as I did not add anything to the original contract.

Business

Response:

This is a waste of everyones time.Failure to read the signed contract as left this customer unaware of our process. All points raised are already clearly stated in our terms. these can be found here: www.[redacted].com/[redacted]The disputed amount is not for $1595. The payment we received was for $750 and this was refunded on 10th March 2014. The same day I said this would be issuedThe original invoice even states the total amount of $1500. If documentation was read, then the customer would be fully aware of what was going on.We now consider this closed as the payment has been refunded and the contract has been terminated. There is nothing further we can do.

Consumer

Response:

I spoke with this individual on the 10th and he said it would take at least 5 days to receive a refund. The amount, according to my CC company is still showing. This had nothing to do with the TOS, it had to do with their inability to deliver the product. I waited months for only half a homepage on the Web site. I lost a tremendous amount of business. If he can attach proof of the refund I will consider the matter closed as he always had an answer for everything, except why the site was not done and was outsourced, which I specifically made clear I did not want done. I need something from his billing department now. He talks a lot but never puts anything in writing.

Business

Response:

Thats completely understandable and it would be my pleasure to provide confirmation of the refund. Please see attached for the refunded transaction

Purchased product, communicated with company, inquired after hearing no reply, and was advised there is a time limit for this company to provide services. Managing partner, Luke E[redacted], is completely unprofessional and would rather argue away hours than take care of customers.

Recommend running from this vendor as long as the managing partner Luke is associated with operations of the firm. Simple resolutions become debates with this fellow who comes from another country with different business standards and ethics than exist in the USA.

It was a pure delight to work with WebCreationsUS. They helped me to turn what has been a longtime dream into a reality with the creation of my new website eagentprorealty.com. I have not known the kind of patience in working with other similar groups than that demonstrated by the entire team at WebCreations. Their tireless dedication and unwavering commitment to finish my site to my exact specifications was displayed in every phase of the project. The end result...Amazing.

I would use them again and would recommend them highly to others.

Thank you WebcreationsUS

On March 13 2015 I contacted Ryan from web creations and was told that I will have my site upload and finished within 10 days for $395 . By early April I was received a several Emails with more requirements that needed to be filled. After a month wait for my site to be finished I asked how long more and was asked to speak to someone else who was working on my site. 3 workers worked on my site for only 3 pages , they did not meet my requirements I was promised and when I would correct there errors there replies was " its all we can do". I spoke with there manager in may asking what was the hold up I told him "it wasn't what I paid". his answer was " do you want your money back or us to fix it, it will take a week to fix" I figured there was no reason for a refund if it could be fixed in a week since I waited so long. so I decided to let them fix there errors as promised. I received a invoice from Adam asking for $295 to upload finish extras I didn't ask for, I denied and ask for a refund because I didn't want to wait and can make my own site cheaper and faster. I never heard back from Adam , Ryan or Marina. I sent emails and calls asking for my refund because it was a lazy scam. several weeks later I spoke with there project manager for my refund, he said he will look into it and would call me back, he never done I called him back 4 days later and his reply was " you agreed to our contract and we are not submit to your refund and hung up on me.

very unprofessional.

Webcreations helped me with a website for my local church. I can't thank marina enough who designed the site and to [redacted] who assisted me with the process. we will be using them in the future

Review: In September of 2012 I contracted with WebcreationUS, LLC to do a website redesign from my current website. I spoke with [redacted], the salesman, and discussed a couple of key points that needed to be included on the new website. One in particular was the use of the comment section on my products and articles. Mr. [redacted] has his development team review my current site and the only issue brought to my attention was that the existing comments could not be transferred over to the website. He also stated "However, there will be a very similar comment section on your new website that will function and flow much smoother with your new designs." The current comment section allows registered users to post comments, allow email notifications based on new comments, font changes, hyperlink inserts, etc... The new comment section that was given to me was a simple text box with zero functionality. When I expressed concern over the limited functionality, they attempted to make some basic changes like different fonts available. I then expressed further concerns over the lack of features as compared to my existing and that is when I started getting the runaround. My emails were going unanswered for extended periods of time (sometimes weeks). When I finally did escalate the issue, I was told that this request was outside the original scope of the terms I agreed too. I was then informed that the extra work they put in amounted to an additional $700 of R&D costs that I should be happy they weren't going to charge me for. I then pointed out the email from Mr. [redacted] about the functionality and was told it wasn't in the contract so it's not something I was going to get. I showed the business manager, Luke, the email from Mr. [redacted] and he said I would need to talk with Mr. [redacted] because he wasn't involved with this aspect. Mr. [redacted] refused to acknowledge the fact that he agreed to this and again referred me to the contract. I believe this is what's know as deceptive sales practices.

The initial design of the site was very plain and did not even conform to the creative brief that was given to the company. It was as if they just pulled out a template from somewhere and sent that to me. I specifically requested a site that would include products for sale and a list of technical articles. A 50/50 if you can say and I was explicit about this point. What they gave me was a simple online store (which is not what I requested). After many discussions, complaints and escalations they finally put together the layout I requested. I signed off on the layout and tried to move forward. Once I started asking questions about the functionality of the layout I was told that certain features would not be included. Once I started to complain about the lack of functionality I was told that I already signed off on the website. I signed off on the layout of the site and was not made aware that the functionality being provided was actually a downgrade from my current site. Ofcourse these issues again were addressed to Mr. [redacted] and again would go unanswered for expended times.

I decided to do some further research into the organization and discovered that the work was being done by [redacted] which is not the company I contracted with and the developers were actually individuals living in third world countries that I was not made aware of. Once I learned of this I requested a full list of all private information that was released to these third party people. Once this email was sent to Mr. [redacted], they cut off all communication for 3 months. To date they refuse to supply me with a detailed list of all private information that was revealed to third parties.

Mr [redacted] explained to me that WebcreationUS was a subsidiary of WebcreationUK. Looking into the articles of organization posted on the State of Arizona's corporations division, does not show WebcreationUK as a memeber of the LLC. An email sent to the State's Attorney General's office confirmed the State of Arizona does not allow subsidiary LLC's. This fact was pointed out to Mr. [redacted] and again was completely ignored.

It is now almost a year later and still the company has yet to give me an official answer as to whether or not they will offer a refund. The closest answer I have gotten to the question is they are not saying they won't give me a refund. Another visit to the Arizona corporations division website shows the company is no longer in good standing and is set to be dissolved by the State of Arizona in September of 2013.

I was then told by Mr [redacted], that since I requested a refund, I terminated the contract. I was also told that I was requesting items outside of the original terms. To date I have requested specific information with regards to these items and have been refused answers. I have also requested on multiple occasions, the email addresses of the other two managing members of the LLC and he has refused to provide this information.

To date there are several questions that have gone unanswered by Mr. [redacted]. The final email sent ot Mr. [redacted] was:

Hi [redacted],

Still waiting for the answers to my questions. I expect to receive answers to all my unanswered questions by 6pm EST tomorrow. If no response is received by this time my next step is to file online with the Revdex.com (which from the looks of it you have experience with). Just so it's no surprise, some key points that have been presented on multiple occasions that you have not contested are:

1. You refuse to provide the email addresses for the other managing members of the LLC.

2. You refuse to answer the question of whether or not to provide a refund.

3. You refuse to provide details about supposed additional demands made by myself.

4. You refuse to acknowledge the multiple instances of breach of contract on your part.

5. You refuse to provide the supposed recommendations as pointed out by you in the previous email.

6. You refuse to provide the details that caused you to terminate this contract.

Again none of these points have been contested by you which means you agree with my assessment.

Regards,Desired Settlement: I believe this business has a responsibility to answer all of my unanswered questions in a timely manner and provide a full refund.

Response:

Dear Sirs,

First off, WebCreationUS will only comment on what was sold/ agreed to. Business registration etc is in hand and we fully intend to trade under the LLC. This is being dealt with internally and should not be a cause for concern to our customers

Secondly, [redacted] hired WebCreationUS to do his work and our developers working for WebCreationUS worked on [redacted]'s site, as they do with all our other clients. Now, moving onto the issue for this complaint, may I refer [redacted] to the attached email communication dated 30th January 2013. We provided [redacted] a quote that listed all items [redacted] was paying for. Anything you ask for during the development that is not in the quote, will not be done. Additionally, as a way of moving forward, you had 2 extra, complex features added to your site at no additional cost to [redacted]. This was the article management and product review/ comments feature. WebCreationUS incurred this extra cost on behalf [redacted].WebCreationUS firmly believe that the work completed for [redacted] reflects the quote [redacted] agreed to at the very beginning.

Hi [redacted],

In my previous email(s) I said you have this functionality, but it was not in the quote (charged for). We're not taking this away from you. We just want to be clear on the quote you went ahead with. We're all in business, so I hope you can appreciate my angle here. The work has been done, it would require more work to take it down and it would be unfair to build you something and then take it away.

I fully understand your 2nd to last paragraph. I can only look at what I see in front of me and this is the quote that the salesman issued before we proceeded with the build. I'm unaware of any conversations you may have had with them, so it would be wrong to comment on this. I have CC'ed [redacted] who will discuss this matter with you.

I have not implied the website is ready to go live, and from reading this thread, I do not believe it's ready. What we need to do is build the website to the specification and make sure all the nuts and bolts are tightened, ready for you to take control and familiarize yourself with. We will help with anything you may have questions about as we understand this is a new system.

Kind Regards

Luke,

Just to clarify so I understand how the process works:

I speak with your salesman about my requirements and he says it's no problem. I have a detailed discussion about the product/article feedback section with the salesman and the only concern (after the coders reviewed my current website) that is brought to my attention is the fact that my current database of comments could not be carried over. Now the new feedback system is deemed an upgrade. Why was I not told they could not provide this system?

Thanks for our chat today. As a team, we reviewed your website and unfortunately because of incompatible coding reasons, we will not be able to integrate your previous product comments. However, there will be a very similar comment section on your new website that will function and flow much smoother with your new designs.

Part of the process was to review my current website which was done. Why was I not informed that my new website would have less functionality than my current website?

I was explicit about the fact that my website was to be a 50/50 product and article based website (as it is currently) however the initial designs focused primarily on a product based website. It wasn't until repeated requests that I finally got a response from the coder saying that would be an upgrade unless it was previously agreed upon. It was previously agreed upon and I passed that information along. Was my site brief even passed on to anyone?

The whole point of a new website is to upgrade (improve upon) your current site. While my new site may "look" a little better, all other aspects are considered downgrades to me. As an example, when the article system was finally put in, was there at an absolute minimum buttons for next and previous articles? No. Finally got them to put Next and Previous buttons on and then I asked what else could be done to enhance the user experience with the article (no response as usual). Again, on my current website I have Next and Back buttons and I have a section that shows Top Rated articles to "enhance the user experience". Did anyone tell me, after my site review, the article system would be very basic and I'd have to give up certain features? No.

The last communication I got from the coder was asking me if I was ready to go live. Several items in the Admin panel are not configured correctly. I still have no idea how to access the shopping cart software (what if I need to change the shipping and handling price, export the data to Quickbooks and/or Stamps.com, etc...), where is this information? How do I get to it?

You need to look at this from my point of view. How would you feel if you had a salesman sell you the world, telling you "no problem, we can do that" and you'll have a fantastic site with all the bells and whistles and then be handed something that is a downgrade from what you currently have. Then when you try to address the issues later on, you're told that all your requests we're really free upgrades that you should have been charged for!

Based off what you've said so far it sounds like you're saying my design is complete and I've been provided all the necessary information for me to go live. Can you please confirm if this statement is true and if not can you tell me what else I need to go live?

Hi [redacted],

Your project has been brought to my attention for a couple of reasons. Below, next to each star is what was agreed/ paid for during the quoting process. To-date, additional features were requested and whats been completed so far is the ability to review/ comment products along with an article management system, both not listed below. So far, these have cost $700 in R&D and development time. We will gladly leave these on your site, but from this point forward, we can only do what was originally agreed, below.

I hope you can understand our position. You have a few upgrades on your site, which we can leave on there, but from this point forward, we can only do what was agreed for/ paid for. If you have any questions in regards to this, please let me know. The below was pulled from your account and I cannot see any additional features that would give reason to including the features I've just mentioned.

We wouldn't give the ability to post reviews on article posts/ products, unless quoted for. Although I believe your developer has already done this, we cannot add products to your site for you. Again, this is an upgrade, but a much smaller fee. We build you the ability to manage your website/ products/ content.

We're happy to come to a compromise here, but please understand we can only provide what was a agreed in the quote.

[redacted],

Words cannot even begin to describe how disappointed and disgusted I am with this entire process.

I have made multiple inquiries to the developers on what they can do to improve the plain simplicity of the design. All requests, both to them and you, have gone unanswered.

Just to use an example, the comments section of the articles and products. I understand I was informed in the beginning that the comments from my original website could not carried over for technical reasons. This was a difficult decision because I value the feedback from my customers and would like to see future customers benefit from that knowledge that is posted in the comments section. With that in mind I did decide to proceed forward anyway with the assurance that “However, there will be a very similar comment section on your new website that will function and flow much smoother with your new designs.” My current site gives the user control over fonts, smileys, adding hypertext links, posting images, allowing email follow ups, etc… What do I get presented with…a simple text box with zero options available. Then asking for more improvements, I don’t even receive responses for weeks at a time (I thought the contract required responses within 3 business days). Now I’m being told the articles will not be able to be moved over as well?

This is just one example. The pattern appears to be let’s just simply present the most basic site we can to the customer and leave it at that. Being a website “design” company, we the consumer, expect to be presented with a product that will enhance the customer experience using all the tools you have available. The problem is we don’t know what you have available in the proverbial “toolbox” that we can take advantage of. I have asked on numerous occasions, what can be done to improve the simplicity of the design and have not yet received one recommendation!

One of the last communications I received was asking me when I’m ready to go live I looked briefly through the admin page and found what appear to be several issues. Also I’ve been given no documentation on how the shopping cart software works. I’ve looked through everything in the Admin panel but don’t see any references to the shipping prices I supplied, how to export orders to Quickbooks, Stamps.com, change shipping prices, etc…

Very unhappy with the product that has been presented to me! Please tell me how we are going to fix this.

Subject: Re: WebCreationUS

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regards,[redacted]Thank you for your reply. However I am concerned that again you keep insisting that what I requested was outside of the quote. I think the point you are missing is that I had detailed discussions with your salesman and provided plenty of details of what I wanted and even gave him the address of my current site to show the features I already had and wanted. The quote that you generated was based off my requirements (see email below dated 9/10/12):"Hello [redacted],Thanks for contacting WebCreationUS for your professional design company :) A new site created with us, will function like a well oiled machine, give you the professional look your striving for and will be deigned by your ideas. The WebCreationUS advanced ecommerce website package will include full content management, on-site Search Engine Optimization, unlimited design revisions and be fully scalable allowing you to upgrade in the future. The WebCreationUS Advanced Ecommerce package provides a full solution for your ecommerce business. I have studied your requirements in detail and am now pleased to provide you with the following quotation."As you can plainly see the quote was based off my requirements so how can you say my requirements were outside the quote? Let's review the communications between the individuals at your company and see where I was informed that the designs were outside the quote (most emails are paraphrased but full emails are available):As stated above, 9/10/12, initial conversations with the salesman and no mention of features that could/would not be included (with the exception of carrying over comments from my current site to new site). First chance to inform me.Email dated 9/11/12"Hello [redacted], Thanks for our chat today. As a team, we reviewed your website and unfortunately because of incompatible coding reasons, we will not be able to integrate your previous product comments. However, there will be a very similar comment section on your new website that will function and flow much smoother with your new designs. " Second chance to inform me. I interpret "very similar comment section" to mean just what it says. Apparently this somehow turned into an upgrade?Email dated 9/12/12 Creative Brief sent to company. (Creative brief documenting what I want submitted to company)"Design Details My website [redacted] will sell products and also contain technical articles such as tutorials. I like the basic layout of website that I currently have( ie... articles on the main page with product categories listed off to the side). I'd like to go for the "cool" aspect for my website with a dash of professionalism/corporate. My customers range from the hobbyist/hacker up to the professional engineer in a large company. I like the idea of having the buttons along the top of the website for different sections (about us, FAQ, forum, etc...). I would also like the ability for the visitors to leave comments on the products and articles. I would like to have multiple photo angles of each of the products on the product pages. Preferable a large photo with smaller photos that can be clicked to switch views." Again a reference to what I have and what I'm looking for. No mention of issues? Third chance. Email dated 9/14/12 from the developer "Dear [redacted], My name is [redacted] and I am a web designer at WebCreationUS. Your new website project has been assigned to me and I am very much looking forward to working with you to achieve a site which stands out amongst your competitors and helps your business flourish. If you have any questions at all, please do let me know so that I can assist in anyway possible. I have been given your creative brief and am now ready to start design work. I expect the first design draft to be with you by September 20th, Thursday. Once you have received this we will begin the process of making changes until the site is 100% to your satisfaction." Now the developer has been engaged and reviewed my creative brief. No concerns raised. Fourth chance.Email dated 9/23/12 from me to developer"Hi [redacted], I looked over the site and it looks very professional thank you. There are, however, several changes that I would like to see. The main concept I'm going for with my website is that it's not just an online retail store. I'm going for a half retail store half technical article type of site. So when people go to the main page, they'll see a list of products and also the last article that written. Now because the concept is 50/50 with articles/products, I expect the look and feel between the pages will be different so when we move on to the build process will I be able to see an example of each? Regards"Reply email dated 9/24/12 from developer"Hi [redacted], Hope you are well and thank you for your patience while we have been working on your revised design mockup. I have now carried out the changes requested in the website and believe that it is ready for you to check from the link below: " Again, my requirements were reiterated and there were no issues raised. Fifth chance. Email dated 10/8/12 to developer from me about latest update"Hi [redacted], I'll also need comments section for registered users each product detail page and article page. [redacted]" Reply email dated 10/8/12 from developer"Hi [redacted] The updates has been made, please see the below links again." Again no mention of concerns over features. Feature that was provided initially was bare minimal and was not "very similar" to what I currently have. Sixth chance. Email dated 10/10/12 and 10/16/12 from me to developer with inline comment from developer "Hi [redacted],I do have a few questions first. As you can see my site is a mix of products (eCommerce) and technical articles. I've seen examples of the product pages and understand there will be a type of template available that I can add additional products to over time. How does this work for the technical articles I'll be writing and adding over time? Will there be a template page for these as well? How will I incorporate the latest article onto the main page as it changes?(ANSWER) Let me think about a better solution for this, I will advise on this asap.[redacted]" Here is another opportunity after reiterating my design requirements again to tell me this is supposedly outside the quote. Seventh chance. Email date 10/26/12 from me to developer requesting follow (10 days with no update, contract stipulates replys within 3 days)"Hi [redacted], Can you tell me what the update is on the articles issue? [redacted]" Reply email dated 10/28/12"Hi [redacted],Can you please confirm if you discussed your article manager request with your sales person as this is something that will require some additional work require to make this work for you hence there will be a little additional cost involve inthis. If this is something that was agreed I may have to speak to your sales person. Now a month and a half later after this was discussed on more than one occasion, the issue is raised by the developer. My reply email dated 10/28/12"Hi [redacted],Yes this was specifically discussed with the sales person and it was mentioned in all the questionnaires that I filled out. Why was I not told about these "additional charges" up front?[redacted]"Developer reply email dated 10/28/12"Hi [redacted],Don’t worry if this was discussed, I will sort this out for you."Email dated 11/6/12 to developer requesting update (9 days with no update)"Is there an update?[redacted]"Reply email dated 11/6/12"Hi [redacted],I have CCed my colleague [redacted] who will send you updates shortly. Please keep me CCed in your conversation with him. "Now they are getting someone else involved.Email dated 11/13/12 from new developer with update"Hi [redacted],This is [redacted] from Webcreation, I am presenting you the first draft of the site in which we integrate the ecommerce module to the design. "New developer and no mention of concerns. Eighth chance.Email dated 11/14/12 from me to developer"While I appreciate the work, I'm still waiting for confirmation from you guys about the issue about how the web site will be set up to handle the additional articles (it's been weeks with no answer) I will be posting as time goes on (apparently this issue was not escalated to you). Please review the concern I have and let me know what the resolution will be. I'm not very happy that this issue was not addressed until the 11th hour as this was one of the main design aspects that I requested.[redacted]"Again, my concerns are raised.Reply email dated 11/14/12 "Hi [redacted],Many thanks for your reply, [redacted] confirmed that and I will provide this feature in the site. You will get the admin backend section of article from where you can at least upload the articles. "Confirmation from next developer that I should be getting the features I requested. No contestation. Ninth chance.Email dated 11/16/12 update from developer"Hi [redacted],I hope you are doing well! I have completed the Article Manager section for the site in admin, you can check it in admin “ADMIN >> TOOLS >> ARTICLE MANAGER” "Reply email dated 11/19/12 from me"Attached please find the products spreadsheet. I haven't looked over the articles manage yet but will there be links on the articles to go between previous and next articles?[redacted]"Reply email dated 11/19/12"Hi [redacted],I hope you are doing well! I am providing the Next and Previous Article link in each article detail page. Spreadsheet has been received and these products will be uploaded by tomorrow."No concerns over the changes. Nothing brought to my attention. Tenth chance.Email dated 11/21/12 from to all developers involved"Hi [redacted],I've looked over the change to articles with the addition of the next and previous buttons but I'm a little concerned that they are simply next and previous buttons (how does the visitor know what article is associated with next and previous?). I hate to say it but as the time goes on I'm getting less optimistic about this whole process. My goal was to increase the user experience for visitors to my website as compared to the current website I have. For example, I asked for a comments section for the articles and products (for some reason it's called client reviews?) and if you look on my website, the user can leave a comment and he has the option of font changing, hyperlinks, pictures, reply to, subscribe, etc... Then I look at what the end product was that is presented and it's simply a box to type text in and for some reason when I tested it it gave a prompt about waiting admin approval before published (I do not want that feature, I prefer articles to be posted immediately). The main of the my site was a 50/50 split of technical articles and products but the entire focus (until the 11th hour) was on products. When the question of "article management" was raised, the response was I would probably have to pay extra for this unless this was preauthorized? As the issue was discussed in the beginning there was no additional payment required, but again no thought was put into this until the end. As you can see on my current site, there's also a section about popular articles, etc... It just seems that when I ask for things the bare minimal is offered. I had initially expressed my concern over my personal lack of artistic creativity and had been looking for suggestions and I don't think that's been happening. I guess my expectations were that I would be getting a site "better" than the current site I have. It just feels that I'm working to get this site up to the level of options that I already currently have.Regards,"Again expressing my concerns about the site.Email dated 12/2/12 to salesman because developers have not replied after 12 days."Hi [redacted],Can you tell me what the correct route is that I need to escalate problems with my web page design? I'm not very happy with the way the design is progressing, it's now been 11 days with no response from the developers about my concerns. It seems that your developers only seem to offer the most basic options for each aspect of the webpage. It doesn't look like much thought is going into the design and it appears the "idea" behind what I was trying to accomplish were ignored and basic "online store" was presented. One of the most important aspects of my website that I was very specific about was the fact that I wanted a "half store half technical article" type site. Examples were given and even my own current site was referenced. It wasn't till the last minute when I asked how the articles and administration would be handled that I received a response that I might have to be charged more money to incorporate that ? I told them it was already discussed and the additional payment was no longer necessary. A quick look at my site shows "on going" discussions (links, smiley, quoting, etc...) in the form of comments for all my articles and products. The option I get....a simple box that says client reviews. If you could tell me who I need to escalate this issue to I would greatly appreciate it.Regards,"Reply email dated 12/3/12 from salesman"Hello [redacted],I am getting to the bottom of this and will get to you asap!Kind Regards,"Another opportunity for the salesman to tell me my requests were supposedly outside the quote. Eleventh chance.Email dated 12/4/12 from developer apologizing"Hi [redacted],I hope you are doing well and having a great time! Please accept my apology for not getting back to you on the review system email actually it was forwarded to the chris and he will get back to you on it. Can you please check the development version of your site and let me know your comments apart from the review system?Thank you.Kind Regards,"Again no mention of concerns related to quote. Twelvth chance. Email dated 12/5/12 from developer requesting website info."Hi [redacted],I hope you are doing well and having a great time! Yesterday I sent you an email about the site feedback can you please get back to me on this?I have a couple questions in related to shipping and payment features· Can you please provide us the shipping rates which are going to be applied on the site?· Can you also please provide me your paypal email address and google merchant id for payment services?I will be looking forward to your response."Reply email dated 12/5/12"Hi [redacted],...As for the rest of the site, I honestly don't know what to say. I'm a little disappointed on how basic everything is. I would have assumed that "options" would have been laid out along the way as to what I can do. Please remember, I'm not a website designer and I don't know what options I can choose from. As a perfect example, the review section for the articles and products.[redacted]"Again I am expressing my concern over how the design is progressing. As you can also see there was no follow up from the salesman as he said he would.Reply email dated 12/6/12"Hi [redacted],Many thanks for your reply and your feedback! I will wait for the shipping charges while I am extremely sorry about the review system it’s been discussed with the team and we will let you update on this.I will be looking forward to your response."They are now "discussing it". Still nothing mentioned and we are 3 months into the design. Thirteenth chance.Email dated 12/15/12 to developer from me with technical info and again expressing frustration."Please see the attached spreadsheet showing the shipping and insurance options offered (all options are through the [redacted]). I assume it is not a problem to offer insurance as an option on the checkout page. I'm also still waiting for a response about the other issue (not very happy with the level of communication from you guys).Regards,"Reply email dated 12/19/12 "Hi [redacted],I hope you are doing well and having a great time! I am working on the article review system and it will be delivered to you with the shipping charges on Monday (12/24/12).Thank you."No concerns here, they say they're working on it. Fourteenth chance.Email dated 1/8/13 from me to developers with inline replies from developers. "Will the review system be applied to the products as well?(ANSWER)I am trying it but it has the review system which can be seen what we can do is to modify the design on product details page? Will the review system be linked to the customer account (in other words, can the review be tied to their name so if they're logged in they don't need to provide their email address)? (ANSWER)Yes I am working on it and will likely to update you on this tomorrow. Are there any other options available for the review system? Is there any update on the shipping setup? (ANSWER)Shipping is almost done and will show you tomorrow.[redacted]"Mind you, I was told I would have this section finished by Monday 12/24 and instead I had to ask for an update on 1/8/13 (16 days late and no update as I had to request one). Still no concerns raised over the contract. Fifteenth chance. Email dated 1/16/13 to everyone involved "begging" for an update! "Can someone, anyone, please give me an update as to what is going on with the website design. I'm now 4 months into this and not very happy with how this going!Regards,"Reply email dated 1/17/13"Hi [redacted],I sent you the site progress last week and asked you about the site live date, I mentioned that articles comments sections was completed and I was working on the products review section which is completed today. Shipping has been successfully implemented on the site and you can check it too. I am implementing the PayPal can you please provide us your PayPal email? I will be looking forward to your response.Thank you."Never received the email they are referring too. Still no concerns raised and now they are asking me when I want to go live? Sixteenth chance.Reply email dated 1/22/13 from me expressing my frustration and again looking for advice"Is there anything you can do to enhance the user experience with the articles? Currently on my website the users can see a list of popular articles which helps them identify frequently read articles. I just feel that my own website has more functionality than what I'm upgrading to now with you guys. What other "bells and whistles" are available? Will my current database of users be migrated over to the new website also? Will my existing articles be migrated over to the new website?I would also like the Products section on the main page slimmed down so the Articles section is maximized left to right (there seems to be a lot of wasted space with the width of the Products box).[redacted]"Developers never replied to this email. Email dated 1/30/13 from the salesman who finally decided to reply"Hello [redacted],I hope you are well! Just reaching out in regards to some of the recent emails going back and forth between our dev team and yourself. We can work with you to get the items you are looking for and work on the sophistication of your functionalities. Unfortunately, we will not be able to carry over any existing posts or articles from your previous website. Please let me know either by email or phone and we will design a plan to polish the site up to your liking and finish the site up.Kind Regards,"Now this is a perfect opportunity for the salesman to tell me that the requests were outside of the quote. Business

Response:

Dear [redacted],

I must make you aware WebCreationUS will only work on what is stated in the quote (as would any business), I can't reiterate out position on this enough. The items listed in the quote are everything thats passed to your assigned developer so they know what to do. As we only work on the design at the beginning, technical aspects are only considered at that specific point in time. Yes, it looks like you've included features in the creative brief, but you only have the ability to fill this in once a quote is agreed to. If your quote did not state specific items, this does not mean you can add features within the creative brief, which you did (as they are not included in the quote) What you may consider something relatively straight forward, these requested changes are time consuming for the business. We've already completed additional work on your website that was not included in the quote and free of charge. If your quote contained a request that we did not or could not do, our approach would be different to this matter, but we can only take the quote that was agreed to, by you, as final. We are happy to find a resolution with you, [redacted], but your current proposal is something WebCreationUS just cannot agree to.

Review: I hired this company last June 1013 to create a website . The live date was to be Sept 1st and was then changed to Sept 10th.

A holding page was created at http://[redacted].com/

The company did not tell me that the web designers were contracted out of India. I was continually asked for the same information.

The web designer changed nearly every time there was a communication. At the time I hired this company I was told there would be an

account manager that would assist me throughout the project. I heard from that "account manager" twice.

I finally asked for my money back in October. The company ignored my request.Desired Settlement: I would accept half of the money that I paid and release of the partial site that has been created.

Business

Response:

Dear [redacted],Please can you send me the emails whereby you were informed your website would be live on the specific dates you have stated. Please bare in mind WebCreationUS did not receive all of your required material to start the design until 4 weeks after agreeing to work on this website for you. The site would've been live in early September if WebCreationUS had the info to start the project. Please also allow WebCreationUS to clear up any confusion around our staff. They are employees of WebCreationUS and they are not from India. You were assigned to a team, hence replies from 2 different people.I will require an email from you whereby WebCreationUS stated you would have an account manager. WebCreationUS are readily available on the telephone during working hours, and our staff have spoken to you/ exchanged many emails with you in regards to your project

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. While it is true that Webcreations did not receive the initial form from me until July, it is because they were never sent to me. I had to contact the sales rep to get the document sent to me. The live date was a spoken agreement and can be illustrated by the creation of this landing page by webcreations ,http://[redacted].com/There has been numerous emails asking for the same documents over and over that is true.

Business

Response:

Dear [redacted],All new customers are clearly made aware to fill in the creative brief after making the initial payment. A clear, visible link appears on the screen after a successful payment has been made, informing customers to fill out the form and submit it upon completion. You did not do this and this is why the project was delayed for 4 weeksWebCreationUS make their procedures very clear to every client. We break these down to their simplest form to allow everyone to know what the next step is. I can only apologise you did not fill this form at the very beginning when instructed to. A delay to a project does not benefit WebCreationUS, either. As a good will gesture, WebCreationUS will offer a refund of $450 plus your domain name which we purchased on the basis that you do not intend to write further defamatory, libellous remarks against WebCreationUS's good name, again. Upon your written agreement to the above, WebCreationUS will start the return process of the preposed offer.

Review: On jan 23 2013 I entered an agreement with Web Creations to build a website and paid them a deposit of $622.50. I was told that the website would be ready within 5 weeks. After several weeks of not hearing any news I called and was told they never received my information and I would have to submit again. I have the brief submission in email dated Jan 23 when it was received. Two months later I was still going back and forth with them over how to build the website. (I have all emails) I never received a phone call and could not get anyone on the phone to talk to me about it. The only communication made was by email and it was periodically after I emailed numerous times. By the end of March and needing to get my website finished I hired another company to build it. I then went back to web creations to see if they would build another website that I needed to make use of the deposit I paid. I have yet to hear anything and again no one will answer the phone or respond to my emails. It has been over 5 months and I would like a refund.

For a company to leave a customer hanging with no response is very unprofessional.

Note: I have all correspondence between myself and Web Creations.Desired Settlement: Since they never fulfilled the request I believe I should get a complete refund.

Response:

Hello [redacted],

You were assigned to our designer, [redacted]. He sent you a mock-up, which wasn't to your liking and as you were on a tight schedule, you emailed [redacted] to ask if the deposit could be used towards another feature on the site, which is fine, we can still do this depending on the requirements etc.

We didn't advise the site of this size would be complete in 4-5 weeks.

We have a support team who you can speak to throughout the development. We have no records of your contact details in our helpdesk system and I have cross-checked your contact number within our virtual voicemail system and there were also no records.

After speaking with [redacted], he's informed me that we spent a lot of time designing logos. Although [redacted] feels these were as you described, he also mentioned you had a clear idea in your head, but it was difficult to convey those to words. Due to the time spent on the logos, we were unable to proceed with other aspects of the site which only caused delays

Our support team are readily available during the working day and are always here to assist on any projects.

The deposit is used to allocate your project to a developer as well as the R&D work and actual designs. Although we cannot refund this, we are more than happy to look at your idea for the additional feature to your current site to help further improve this

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I don't even know what to say to that response except that I have all emails to and from [redacted] and to [redacted]. I can even get my detailed cell phone bill where I was making weekly calls to the company and talked to a guy named Luke because no one else would take my calls. The first logo was not sent to me until Feb 27 which felt like an insult. The website design that was sent to me on Feb 14 was on the right track but over the weeks I was asking for change and it hardly ever changed. There were only a few details changed but the site would not work for what I needed it to do. Then the emails started getting farther and farther apart. He was emailing in the middle of the night when I was asleep and I could not respond to him until the next day. Arizona is only one time zone away so I don't know what was going on there. I asked repeatedly for a phone call but no one would call. It had to be emails (which I have). Then the emails just stopped. I tried calling the company and would always get a recording. Since I had money invested in an ecommerce business that needed to be repaid we hired another website developer. I finally received a response from [redacted] that [redacted] sent to him from me. I had told them instead of arguing over the refund would you build another site I needed since the first was completed by another developer. [redacted] started on it. I sent very specific instructions, I even sent a another website to go by and I got the same design that they were sending in the beginning. I responded with how basic it should be and there was never a response. NEVER... I still received not ONE phone call. I DO not believe there was much work done at all on my website nor did they even try. I also read other people had the same issues with this company AFTER I decided to send a complaint. I emailed [redacted] on June 18 with no response until I filed the Revdex.com complaint. I did get an email from [redacted] on July 2, the day after I sent in the complaint but Im sure it was because I contacted Revdex.com.

I have attached the first of the designs which was around feb 15 and the last one and as you can see there are some color changes made but not much else and that was in March.

I have emails.. I have my phone bills. No one contacted me. There was one logo attempt made. I paid on time. I turned in everything that I promised. I hired a company in good faith to perform a service that they claim they are #1 at. I got nothing in return.

Hello [redacted],

Thank you for the response. My name is [redacted] and it is me you spoke to previously. I do recall your call was only to speak to [redacted], our sales executive. I deal with projects and I do not have any requests from you to discuss your project. As stated previously, your number does not match any of our virtual voicemails that get emailed to me. I personally looked into this. If there is a chance you called from another number, I'd happily double check this too.

I propose two options in hope of moving forward amicably.

1,

Please send me any confirmation you have whereby we stated/ agreed to your very tight timescale. If we agreed to this or gave any indication this would be possible, I will happily review the current situation.

2,

The offer still stands to build this additional functionally you mentioned (if possible). Or, we can assign your new site to our Advanced SEO department whereby a number of staff will continuously work on the site to improve the popularity of the site on the search engines (Google etc). The timescales for this service can be discussed with you in more detail if you decide to use this.

Review: They were to design an e-commerce website that is formatted for mobile and PC devices and have functioning email accounts with it. We emailed them for MONTHS and then the designer, which we asked to be removed from our account, signed off on our website and it went live, even though 99% of it did not work - none of it worked on mobile devices. I talked directly with Luke E[redacted] the manager, and he acted as if he was truly concerned, but I was obviously wrong. Our site has been hacked twice on their servers, even though they state that their servers are secure, and we were down for most of the Christmas shopping season which cost us immeasurable business. The email accounts are down continually and even get bounced back for apparent Spamming. We do not bulk email and currently do not even advertise through any email lists, so we do not know if WebCreationUS is using our email accounts to Spam their information at our expense or for another reason. I notified them of this issue this morning and no-one has bothered to get back to me or even acknowledge they received the advisement of the email issue. Luke E[redacted] offered two months of mid lever SEO, I told him I needed to step back and think about it. After about a month, I sent an email to Luke and never received a response, so I sent another email, and another, and another, all without any response; it was only when I included the entire WebCreationUS team in an email, where I stated it was obvious he wanted this to go to litigation instead of offering a settlement agreement, that I heard from him. He asked me one question about the agreement, that I said I was willing to accept, and once again, he refuses to respond back.Desired Settlement: I want a six month extension to the contractual agreement

AND

Elevated SEO from NOW to the end of the six month extension

ALL AT NO COSTS TO US.

The above stated items MUST be agreed to, by the end of January 2016, or this will go to litigation.

WebCreationUS should have there Revdex.com Accreditation revoked. They are not capable of delivering what they say they, and they obviously do not care to try and rectify any issues; I have given them multiple chances to rectify this situation and going through the Revdex.com is their last chance without legal proceedings.

Here are a couple screenshots of emails between WebCreationUS and [redacted] W[redacted] signed off on the website, as the email shows, and this is the response I sent to [redacted] after I stopped laughing at his pathetic offer. I have hundreds of emails, between WebCreationUS and [redacted] going back to April/May 2015.The emails, versus WebCreationUS's response, shows just how much they intend to lie to try and make themselves look good. The response from them also did not include any type of settlement agreement, typical.WebCreationUs lies, is has a complete staff of incompetent employees and obviously intends to continue to scam customers instead of providing the services they advertise. They need to respond to the asked for agreement, instead of prancing around and coming up with new lies! Response:

To whom it may concern, May I refer you to the last paragraph in the first response from WebCreationUS. It clearly states WebCreationUS WILL offer extended hosting and SEO. The desired settlement was NOT declined by WebCreationUS.Finally, to make all parties aware of true and accurate events, may I refer you to the attached screenshots that the customer failed to include in their response These are definitive approval confirmations for each stage they were required. WebCreationUS clearly stated their awareness of the mentioned issues, therefore WebCreationUS wholeheartedly disagree with the statements of trying to "scam" our extensive and loyal customer base

Review: I contracted with WebCreationUs on 7/30/2014 to create a website for me. after 6 weeks of getting the run around, I finally got 1 page from them after numerous emails. I finally threatened them with a lawsuit and I got 1 page finished. after 4 more weeks of getting the runaround I settled and asked for the website to be uploaded and they charged me the final amount on 9/03/2014. I open the website today and it's wrong, I downloaded the website and tried to edit the pages that are wrong and the pages are missing or hidden or located on another server where I can't edit them.

i've asked 3 times for the location of the pages and have gotten no response. I asked for a download page where I can link it to the product I want to sell and they refuse to give it to me. several pages are in latin and I can't edit them. I paid $1495 for a worthless website that is nothing like I requested. I settled and signed the final agreement thinking I could edit the pages and get it right and now I have no access to the pages and they have refused to give me the location of the pages.

this is the worst company I have ever dealt with.Desired Settlement: I want a refund and all the sources for the pages of my website so I can finish the job myself. i've never gotten the run around as bad as I have with this company

While doing my due diligence, I have communicated with the customer today and agreed to complete and show working examples of the following points:Extract from customers email dated 6/9/2014 - 12:58pm -To have my [redacted] complaint removed I require the following;1. Tell me where the text for the front end is hidden.2. Correct spelling of “custommers”3. Tell me why my faq page I’ve written today, the links don’t work even though I copied it off the customer service page.4. Correct the button on the front page to what I asked for in #5 above.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Regards,

Review: I signed a contract and paid $1500 deposit to get an [redacted] website started. My contract itemizes 54 specific services and technologies will be included in my website, one of the items is “unlimited concepts and revisions”. As of 9/15/13 they have not provided me with anything, and they do not appear to be doing any work on my website. After I signed the contract they sent me emails outlining dates when they would complete different parts of the website. They have never met any of their deadlines and they never contact me to give me progress updates. I have sent them messages about every month or so, when they respond they simply make excuses and set new deadlines for themselves and then they never make the deadline. I either want them to complete the job or I want my money back so I can hire another web developer to do the job. I believe it is completely unacceptable for this web developer to have taken over 6 months to do nothing. This has definitely been a rip off.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my deposit. It would not fair for them to expect me to wait forever for them to decide when they want to complete my project. In order to move forward with my business plan I need a website completed months ago.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. The business hasn't actually offered to do anything other than "look into it". Merely "looking into it" does not really constitute a satisfactory solution from the business. I think they should look into it, and then offer a solution.

Review: Paid $570 on 3/31/16 and they never created my website. They have not followed through in creating it, they jerked me around for a month. First sending me the home page in Spanish with all the wrong info on it. Then I provided all the text and pics and one month later we are no further ahead with website. No one calls, they keep emailing me, I get transferred from person to person with nothing completed. They keep putting in pictures that I did not approve. I can't get anywhere, they refuse to discuss over the phone and emailing is not working.Desired Settlement: Refund of $570

Response:

Dear Customer/ Revdex.com, 1) It's called Latin dummy text, not Spanish text. This is used for testing purposes and is common in this industry. Also noted in the terms of service the customer read & signed.2) Images were not final. Again, used for testing purposes. Also noted in the terms of service the customer read & signed.3) Customer has refused numerous times to answer their phone (confirmed in emails), thus, delaying this process. This payment has been refunded and the company would like to wish this customer all the best with their future business endeavors..Regards,WebCreationUS
