This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in; The management especially Cinthya is unprofessional and in-confident. I am having so many issues with this apartment complex and their management. To start off I have a hole in the ceiling above my bed where I sleep that is constantly leaking, pieces falling out above my bed and bugs falling through which is disgusting causing me and my family to sleep in our living room. My AC is constantly not working, it is over 100 degrees outside and my apartment AC won't go lower than 85 degrees inside. Not to mention I have BLACK MOLD in my bathtub around the walls, I have reported this to the manager Cinthya and all she has to say is she will call it "black marks" and instead of being more concerned she hasn't even sent anyone out to test it. I have reached out to the code of compliance due to the many leaks I have in my apartment and next will be the health department. I constantly have issues with my toilet which I live in a one bedroom, the "24 hour maintenance line" doesn't answer nor do they ever reach out to anyone the following business days. I have had to come out of my own pocket to fix things wrong with this unit. This apartment is disgusting and Does not provide healthy living conditions for any human being. I have asked to be moved plenty of times and they try to raise my rent $300 just to be moved even after the disgusting conditions in my current unit. The trash bins outside are constantly over flowing with trash, they have a terrible roach problems and the pest control never comes out. I have a Three year old daughter who I have had staying with my mom due to this living conditions. I have reached out to the apartment management and have had plenty of conversation via email and face to face that I keep recordings and records of all my conversations. Cinthya is unprofessional she constantly has a nasty attitude with me and my husband, she has sent me emails that have shown her attitude. I am fed up with this management and I would never in a lifetime recommend these apartments to anyone! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! These are roach infested apartment with mold and leaks and the management doesn't care or try to fix anything!

If you have a choice of one of their properties and a tent? The tent is far more going to be the best option. The tent could be full of holes even and in the middle of nowhere. Still hands down stick to the tent.....

My experience with these people at the Emerald Greens property located in Norman Oklahoma, also home of OU College has been the worst experience Ive ever encountered or could imagine. I am disabled after 30 yrs of DOD. Ive been all over the world. Third world countries look like high class living with movie stars.....

I am a survivor of domestic violence and have been living here for over a year with 2 completely broken out windows. 1 is in master bedroom. Other is beside my door in livingroom. The livingroom window any individual with a arm can freely reach in and open the door without any difficulty. The safety issue with just the windows being broken is completely absurd....

The day I came into this apartment and they said I could move in I addressed the windows immediately. They promised they would fix them within a few days..... The few days has turned into 14 months now and still not fixed!

My ac does not work. Ive reported this many times. In Oklahoma the temp is average high 90's in the summer. Doesnt sound bad, if you say it fast! I had to purchase a window unit to go in my masterbedroom to be able to even tolerate the heat in that one room. The rest of the apartment is like walking into an oven. That itself makes my health even worse.

The bugs here are a species of their own. The roaches look like mutant military type super roaches who only die with being sprayed with Aqua Net hairspray! They dont die, they freeze up for you to be able to flush them down the toilet.... Pest control has come by one time since Ive lived here. Even though Ive reported the bugs numerous times. Ive purchased bug bombs, fumegators, hotels, bait, gels, boric acid, sprays, and any other kind of control sold to come up with the same result! Nothing....... Not useful, no decrease in bug population affected....

The 1st day I moved in I opened a cabinet door, the door had 1 single screw which was less than 1/8 in long in the hinge. The door is 1ft by 3ft, n its wood. Nice heavy wood, when it fell from the door being opened at eye level it fell off n broke my foot in 2 places n my ankle.... If that wasnt a sign to run off from that place, maybe the fact that day 2 little Niagara errupting in the living room, from the ceiling was..... They swore everything would be fixed and handled professionally. That too was a lie! Professionalism is so far from their understanding or practice they should be forced to live here!!!!! They do not keep their word, they do as they see fit or profitable to them, the properties which they own should come with warning to anyone looking for suitable living to seek elsewhere.

Any property that can continue doing business like this in the US ensures that housing is one area that people need to really take a hard look at!

The company has put an amount on my credit that I was never properly billed for . Causing me to have to pay extra fees.
I lived in the *** Apartments from 2017-2018. My stay at the apartments was very good I never had any problems. I was never late on my rent payments and even paid early some months. Two years later I am now trying to move to another property only to be told that I have a rental collection on my credit . Not knowing what the property is talking about I go look at my credit report to find out that The Preslee apartments has billed me for $121.00 that I have no idea what it is for . I have never received a bill from this company saying that I owe them or even a phone call if I did I would have been paid them . I pay everything that is associated with my credit on time . My new property has now stated that I have to pay an $1400 deposit because of this (121.00) . In a normal situation and timely fashion I would have no problem paying this amount but to not be billed and also have no knowledge of what this charge is for I'm in complete rage . We are going through a pandemic and this company is costing me money . I need something to happen . I would like for this to be taking off of my credit and for a letter to be provided to the rental company stating this is a mistake .

Deposit not returned after apartment move out; cleared by new apt managers. No response after calls & email sent. Over 60 days since move out.
I paid a deposit of $778.79 to Terraces on the Parkway apts (Managed by Wehner MultiFamily) on 2/22/19 by money order to the front office. They offered 2nd Chance leasing, so that is why I went with this apt complex. I moved out of TOTP, after a 1 yr lease, on 2/29/2020. Since it was a Saturday, I returned my keys on Mon, 3/2/2020; the apts were in the midst of switching property mgmt set to begin that same Monday, 3/2. I gave my keys to Kimberly, new manager; she advised me that it would be 30 days for a settlement of my account. Now in the midst of the Coronavirus, I receive an invoice from Conservice (around 4/24). Conservice was responsible for providing electricity & water to residents. The invoice reminded me that I have not received my deposit back, as the small bill of approx. $125 should have been taken from my deposit & the remainder reimbursed to me. I called Kimberly on 4/24 and she asked if I could give her until the following Tuesday, 4/28, as she had to attend a training in order to get my account settled. She promised that I'd hear from her because I mentioned that they were well over 30 days, at this point. I did not hear from Kimberly on 4/28, so I called TOTP back on 4/29. She stated that the training had been pushed back & that it would be held that day at 2 pm, but that she would definitely get back with me. Kimberly called me back on Thursday, 4/30 & advised me that I only owed the property $54.44 for Conservice (There is a lag time on billing), I then asked how was my $778.79 applied & she advised me that she would have to call me back again. She could only see my ledger as far back as when their company took over, around March 2, 2020. She consulted with software? to figure out where the remainder of my ledger was, as she couldn't see it. On our final call, she advised me that I'd have to contact Wehner MultiFamily & gave me their phone number(4/30). I immediately began contacting them several times and could never get through by dialing 0 for the main office. On my 3rd call, I decided to randomly use the directory in order to speak to a human being. I ended up speaking with a Ms. Benitez. She actually took some of my information, like name, apt unit, etc and then advised me that she couldn't help me but that I could email [email protected] with all of the details and that someone would contact me back. I sent a long, detailed email titled Move Out Credit on April 30 at 11:48 am. I have not received any sort of response from Wehner Multi Family either via email or by phone call. Most recently, on Mon 5/4 I called to the main office again & left a voicemail. I have seen several reviews stating that this company does not like to return deposit & I do not want to be one of those statistics. I fulfilled the terms my lease with this property management group & I am demanding my hard earned deposit back!

Deposit refunded as per our contract in a timely manner. I moved out 2/29 & Wehner should have contacted me (I left both forwarding address & phone number with the leasing office) to rectify the situation! It is now 60+ days and no contact whatsoever from Wehner Multi Family.

Paid move -in fees of $299.00 for move-in special, $300.00 for risk fees, signed lease but did not receive the keys due to refurbishment.
Feb. 28th 2020 - visited Icon Apartments to find a new home due to living situation where I needed to be out by the 10th of March. Spoke with Andrea and told her my situation. She told me the fees that I needed to pay to move-in. I brought back to the office with two separate money orders of amounts as requested. I requested to move in a studio apartment. Andrea said that #1806 was being refurbished (replacing carpet and installing hardwood floors) and that it will be ready on the 6th of March. I come back on the 6th and Andrea said it is not ready. I ask her if there is something else available because I needed to be moved out by the 10th. She told me one time it would be Tuesday and then she said Wednesday, but was going to find a temp home fro me on the property. I checked out apartment #1806 (unit that I signed the lease to be in) for myself through the window and I saw hardwood on the bathroom floor but could not see the kitchen floor because the area was dark.On the 9th, I spoke with Yvonne in person about my situation and she said that will get with Andrea and will try to find something and she kept mentioning about the property being at the mercy of the contractors. After I left Icon, I ended up visiting another property and was able to move-in the same day. Even though Icon did find something, I declined it but I did give them kudos for their efforts. When it comes to receiving a credit/refund from the property, Yvonne was like I was not going to get the move-in fee back but the risk-fee, she will try but doubts that will happen and we communicated in person, online and on the phone about this because I believe that the property violated the lease agreement in Paragraph 17 about delay of occupancy and I even asked should I turn in a written statement about terminating my lease and Yvonne said no and she even vented about how she was going to be written up for a larger space for the price of the studio which was $715. My thing is this, if there were no move-in studios ready, especially by the date Andrea said that it would be ready, she should have not taken my payments and called me prior to the 6th and letting me know what was going on. Yvonne did email me that she was terminating the lease.I have emailed and called *** multifamily's office twice and the male representative said to email them at [email protected]. I called them yesterday and the same male representative said that he did not receive an email from me when I know that I did. I thank you for your response in advance.

No hot water for the entire time I lived there and a severe fire ant, spider problem and management gave my ex spouse my personal info not on lease.
I had no hot water entire time I lived there and they said well the person before you never complained. They came to fix it about 13 times and never did. Water knob was broke and would get stuck on cause it kept turning. I called city code and they closed my apartment and put a note unsafe to live in and I moved out unexpected. I had a severe fire ant problem and spider issue and only once they sent pest control and he put a trap under my bed and that was it. I had to take apart my whole bed daily before I slept because it would be covered in ants even on the wood. My 4 year old was bitten multiple times. Lastly the office manager while code enforcement was in the office for another code issue at another apartment told my ex spouse about my rent and my apartment information and he is not on my lease and that is illegal and could of put myself and my children in harms way and it caused issues for me after. They never fixed the issues and were fined by code and then code finally had enough. They told me I was to patient because in the winter with no hot water, fire ants and spiders and being exposed to my ex spouse they would have already done something. When I called code finally the gentleman said hey so you're the one the manager gave your personal information to and said they were arguing in the office about how he was not suppose to do that. I am now out all the money I paid, not to mention we had to shower at another persons house for almost 3 months I was living there. No one will respond by phone or email to tell me what they are going to do. I had to cancel electric and cable which comes with fees and up and move out with no where to go. They put myself and my children in danger giving out my personal information to my ex who could of been abusive or what if he was some psycho guy trying to find out my information and they gave it out no problem. This has created a huge issue for me and my kids and I want a resolution. I paid water bills for water I was not getting to use. My poor 4 year old was eaten up by ants every night. It is ridiculous when you have to remove your mattress and search your bedframe nightly for ants and spiders. They would be under my comforter as well. No one will return emails or calls from here and I ma done dealing with them. I have been nice and gave them ample time to fix all issues and they did not and also to contact me and they refuse. I have attached my door with the code enforcement note for when I moved out.

I would like for the company to first agree that this is a dissolved lease as my apartment was unsafe the entire time I occupied and I want compensation for everything that has happen. It cost a lot of money to move in and out and for bills to discontinue and for being displaced and it is not fair we have to suffer. It is very easy to resolve and be done but they refuse to respond to many attempts by me. I now have to look for another place to live pay all over everything and get everything moved, rent a truck and take off work to do this. Putting my kids and myself in a bad position living wise and safety wise by all off these including giving out our information to someone who called not on my lease. I want my lease dissolved and I want compensation for this situation.

I paid a deposit for an apartment but was denied. I asked about my deposit and the employee stated I would recieve a check in the mail. I waited two weeks then followed up. I was then told by the manner he didnt know anything cause they just took over the property. He was very rude. I explained to him that I was waiting in my refund. He said he needed proof that I paid one. I emailed him the proof he forwarded it to his corprate office. This was the first week of Nov. I again waited 2 weeks giving them time to process it. When I called to get an update the Manager stated nothing had been done. He had been on vacation. He then again forwarded the same email again to corprate. This was the first week of Dec. I have called and still nothing has been done. I still have not received anything not even an update.

I work for Chemsearch I'm a water treatment specialist I have been denied access since November to do work on boiler service finally allowed in today
They refuse to pay monthly service agreement.They fail to communicate after numerous times going to the property and leaving messages.The owner wants me to do the wayer treatment which I have done for 12 years but the property management refuses to work with me

They continue to misapply funds on my account. There has been an ongoing discrepancy since December. Wehner Multifamily refuses to contact me.
I had a -$200 on my account. They was a payment made of $584 but they only applied $374 to my account. Where is the rest of the payment?

I was charged $100.00 for trash, when I left a clean apartment. Over-payment of $30.00 rent was not returned.
I had resided at the Wynnewood Gardens Apartment Complex, and I moved out on February 28th, 2019. My rent was overpaid to a total amount of $30.00, being $5.00 each for the months from August 2018 to January 2019. I was told by Amy, property manager at the time that I will get my over-payment refunded to me when I move out. I was also charged $100.00 for trash. The apartment was left clean because I cleaned the apartment when I vacated, there was no trash anywhere. These two issues were brought to the attention of all the other various property managers each time I went back to the office, and nothing had been resolved. They keep telling me that they will have to bring it to the attention of corporate. I went to the corporate office and I was told I will have to see Ms Rivera, who is the district manager, but at that time she was not there and she is only in her office once a week. The next time I went the front desk personnel said she is not in her office and he does not know when she will be in, so I left my letter of complaint with him and I also sent her an email to the address on a business card. Up to now I have not received any response.

I expect them to fix my water faucet or replace it and also give me back some refund for running water.
I have been having to submit work orders for the same thing every month since this company took over . this property was taken over by this new management and we have had nothing but problems with rent payments, water bills not being applied until weeks later. Extra amount on water bills. and service for maintenance have not been taken care of after months of reporting the same issue. they submit that the work order is complete and it is not. I have been having an issue with my tub constantly leaking water since 08/2019 . I have reported issue in October , November , December and now it is January and my water bill keeps getting higher and higher each month. I still have not had a completed work order for the faucet and I will be asking for reimbursement for water bill.

I have pictures, videos, and messages asking repeatedly to have things fixed. This place was causing me to have breathing issues due to the mold. I even have one message where the manager at the time said she has asked the maint man to fix it along time ago and she didnt know why he has not done it. We we told in contract we would have covered parking which we didnt it was caved in. We were to have a refirgetator which we got 2 weeks after moving in finally and then the oven or stove took 6 weeks to finally get one and it only had 2 burners on it and when you turned them on it smelled like cat pee. We were told to just clean it and we told them we did over and over and we cannot cook on it. the mold was the worst issue. there was a leak from the toilet to under the fake wood floor. they would come look at it and say they had to replace the floor in general that the water has been under the floor too long and messed up the glue and thats how the mold was growing but they never fixed it. I have messages and pictures and videos of all of this. I do not feel I should have to pay due to their lack of keeping their part of the rental agreement. I never signed that I would live in a gross filthy place that is bad for my health. I can get me messages downloaded somehow and get them to you if you need and the videos. My breathing was so bad I am only 40 years old and had to resort to wearing adult diapers because I couldn't breathe. I coughed so hard all them time I would wet my pants. AT 40 YEARS OLD!! My doctor advised me to figure out what is making me so sick and it was living in this place. If they just would have fixed it like I asked 100 times and they said they would. I would have not been ill and maybe the other things could have been fixed too.

This management company over the Riverwood apartment complex in Temple Texas has been overcharging me $50 on rent for the last 2 years.
So today January 2nd 2020 I decided to go into my management office to pay my rent, while sitting down to sign my money orders for my rent the assistant manager mentioned that the wehner multifamily LLC company, who was in charge of Riverwood apartment complex in Temple Texas had been overcharging me for rent for the last two years. I have been living here and have been paying $925 in rent when in actuality I should have only been paying $875 so they have been overcharging me $50 for the last two years which is a equivalent of $1,200.00. How do I get reimbursed for the overcharge? How do I receive a refund of any type? If I need to attach receipt of this overcharged I will, I just find this whole situation ridiculous.

I would like to be refunded for the overcharge of rent for the last 2 years. For the years of 2018 and 2019. the new management company that owns Riverwood apartment complex in Temple Texas mention that the apartment was actually supposed to be rented out for $875, I have been paying $925. So that means I have been overpaying by $50 multiplied by 2 years I would like $1,200 as a refund, that only seems fair.

Because of black mold I know have later diaphram paralysis and rewuire breathing aids.

On my lease it states if there is a violent situation that I should be able to get out of my lease have not been able to get in touch with corporate in the people in the office told me I cannot get out of my lease. I was supposed to get my $400 deposit back. Did a walk through with the Del City, Ok apt. office staff, on 10/31 and was told I'd get it in 30 days.
Since the walk through with staff on 10/31, at which point they told me that it would be 30 days, and I'd get a my full deposit back, in the form of a check to my forwarding address. At the beginning of December I began calling, and leaving voicemails at the local apartment complex office (Willow Park). None of the messages were ever returned. The second week of December, I called, then e-mailed corporate, requesting my deposit to be returned. I haven't received a call back, a voicemail, e-mail or a check. This isn't ethical business practices, and I am frustrated that this company can't seem to get their act together.

I just want my full deposit returned, as I was told I would. The person who did the inspection of the apartment said the apartment looked "immaculate". I worked really hard to make sure everything was in better shape than when we began renting the apartment.

I moved into the apartment on December 6th 2019 here in San Antonio Texas. There have been major issues with this apartment. The tub knob was broken, and needed to be repaired the whole manifold was stripped and I told them this from day one. Since then until yesterday December 18th, they have been working on this issue. They finally replaced the manifold and did a crappy job. Maintenance could not fix it so therefore they had to call a contractor. The contractors have came three times redoing the same job, because the office did not want to replace the whole manifold. Aside from that, there is a light in the kitchen that would not shut off because the electrical switch was malfunction. maintenance spent all day in my apartment last Friday from about 10 to 5:30-6 in the evening, and got nothing accomplished.He kept sparking himself, cursing, and everything else I have pictures to show that. They also had to call a contractor to fix that as well. As far as me doing a walk-through of my apartment, I still see that there are other things that need to be repaired.I constantly call this office and they don't answer the phone I even call blocking my number and they don't answer the phone. So then, I switched to emails. I have sent numerous emails over the past few days. I sent an email this morning with pictures showing how they messed up my bathroom and left a mess everywhere, and now suddenly the email does not go through. I don't know if they blocked me from my from their emails or if they just don't have an email anymore. I have also reached out to corporate, and you can't get through on the line or they won't let you talk to any managers. What can be done about this, I also let them know that I would like something to be done for my rent next month because this was literally a move-in from hell. Can I get assistance with this? This is poor management.

I would like the issues to be resolved and fixed. It's not fair that I had to move into an apartment that was messed up, and they take their time to fix it. I have also sent numerous requests to be moved to another apartment, and I'm just getting ignored. Every time I go to the office most of the time the door is locked.
