My toilet & bathtub has been backed up since 10-17-2019
I sent 2 work orders in via website on Thursday evening. I called the office around 12pm on Friday October 18,2019 and informed them again. I was told they would send someone as soon as possible. I got home around 10pm and it was still not fixed. Saturday October 19,2019 around 8:30am my upstairs neighbor was running water and flushed her toilet and my bathtub and toilet begin to fill up with her water and feces. The office hours for today are 10-5pm but yet the doors are locked and the closed sign is up.

Desired Outcome

This needs to be fixed immediately! I have 2 children and we should NOT have to live in this type of situation.

Air conditioning in apartment, kitchen sink, roach infestation
I originally told one of the apartment managers at the office that my air conditioning was broken. And they said that I had to go and find the maintenance guy that lives in the apartments and tell them the situation for it to get taken care of . When I told (Craig) the maintenance guy he said he would call the office and have them send out a a/c guy to come and fix the problem. This was in July of 2019. Nothing was done. So another week went by and I called the office every 3 days asking when someone was going to come look at the problem and fix it. They said they would have someone over later in the day but no one ever came. I have made numerous work orders online they wait 1 day and day that the job was completed I have cameras on my apartment. Not once did someone come by and service my air conditioner or my exhaust fan in my bathroom or my kitchen sink. I have been with out a/c for 4 months and my lease agreement says I have a air conditioned unit. Which apparently I do not I have paid a 350.00 dollar electricity bill and told them I needed 3 days after the first to deposit my other check so that I could pay rent they immediately slapped a eviction notice on my door and charged me 556.31. I would just like for my a/c to be fixed until I get out of the military in about 6 months

Office doesn't return calls or stay open during buisness hours. The Manager is related to someone in the corporate office so nothing is done.
Office hours are never held as they are listed and the office is the only way to access the laundry card recharge machine. Maintenance cannot be contacted because the office never answers or returns calls. They have no drop box for rent so late fees are administered to those who can't catch the manager in the office at the rare times that she is actually there. The manager is also related to somebody in corporate causing this issue to go unreported an unchanged. I've tried dealing with this personally but management is unprofessional and rude knowing there will be no repercussions from their employers.

Security Deposit and the Refundable part of the Pet Deposit not paid yet after 44 days after move out, walk-thru, keys returned & forwarding address.
This company bought the apartment complex about 2 weeks before my move out. I physically moved out 8/9/2019 and returned 8/12/2019 to do walk-thru with their representative, Kathy. There were no damages and the apt was clean. I turned in the keys and gave her a forwarding address. The lease states that the Apartment Complex will return the Security Deposit(s) within 30 days. And it is also Texas law that they have 30 days to return the Deposit(s). About 9/6/2019 I called the new Apartment Manager, Ernesto, and inquired about the Security Deposit & Pet Deposit. He put me on hold and called the corporate office, then came back to me stating that "the check was sent out on 9/3/2019". I asked from where and he gave me a Dallas address on Twin Hills Avenue. I now live in Lewisville, TX. So I waited, then I called the corporate office and spoke with Juan on 9/13/2019, inquiring about the check. He stated that the check (#1518) was sent out the 10th or 11th, with no explanation of why I was told it was sent on the 3rd. So again, I waited. Since then I have tried to call both the apartment complex and the corporate office and no one will answer the phone and no one will call me back. If the check was sent out by 9/12/2019, it would not take 13 days to go from Dallas to Lewisville, that would really be some snail mail. I am in process of serving them with a Demand Letter, which I understand I need to do before I file in small claims court. The fact that they have not refunded the deposits have created a hardship for me since I got a small loan in order to move, with the idea of paying it off with the refund check; however until I pay it off the loan company is taking $89.00 out of my paycheck every 2 weeks, and only about $5.00 of that is going on the principal. If it goes to court *** Multifamily will be sued for 3 times the amount owed, court cost, Attorney fees, and punitive damages, which could go to the $5000.00 range.

Desired Outcome

Payment of the $500.00 Security Deposit and $150.00 of the Refundable part of the Pet Deposit, which equals $650.00 be paid to me by September 30, 2019, and sent/delivered to *** E. Southwest *** Apartment *** Texas, XXXXX. This needs to be overnighted to me by either the United States Postal Service with a tracking number, or by FedEx or UPS with a tracking number. And the tracking number given to me. If they cannot pay this by September 30, 2019 then I ask for an additional $178.00 for 2 payments of $89.00 which I had/have to pay on the September 17, 2019 and October 1, 2019.

Unable to reach corporate regarding a refund on an apartment.
Move in date was 08/30/19 and was supposed to be with new appliances. The unit wasn't close to bein ready & all my services had been transferred to that unit. Was told at that time by maintenance they didn't know when the unit would be ready as they were trying to make ready 3 apartments at the same time. In the meantime I had to pay the movers and TV installer for nothing & I also received a bill from *** for 1 day of service at the new unit. I also had to get my services transferred back to my old apartment & pay the reconnect fee of $75 to ***. Numerous calls & emails to corporate (***. Per office staff for ***, this issue has to be resolved with corporate. I am currently in the process of filing a claim in small claims court for the maximum and initially I wanted only my deposit back.

Desired Outcome

Assist in possible finding a corporate contact or an open line of communication. Also, to list my complaint along with the many other complaints that are listed on your website regarding this compay.

Apartment on website claims to have security . My son & girlfriend have been assaulted 3 times. Management did NOTHING.

mice infestation
I moved into the Villas of *** located at *** in October 2018. After living there a week I started seeing mice. I complained and they sent maintenance to fix holes, it got worst. In June 2019 I had to call code compliance as the problem continued to get worse and I refuse to pay rent to live with mice. I asked on several occasions to be moved to another unit, nothing happened. I went to court for the Eviction and was evicted, but the judge also advised me of other options which I will be pursuing against this company. They now have this eviction listed on my report and I will be obtaining a lawyer to fight this asap. It is inhumane to live with mice running all over and nibbling your food. No one should have to pay to live this way. The maintenance guy even said he had told them they needed to get other help besides him fixing holes, because it was a problem. I tried calling and emailing the Wehner and no calls nor emails were returned.

I want this removed from my credit, I'm now forced to live in hotels because, I can't get an apartment.

Billing statement sent to collections 2 months after move-out for un-paid rent due to a system error that I was not notified of as they went under new management after my move-out date. Checked on-line payment site daily after move-out to be sure all payments were processed. All payments were paid for. After month of September 2018, the system no longer allowed access with my login. (assuming as I was no longer a resident at the complex) After move-out, confirmed with management that apartment was paid in full for term of lease as well verbal provided that apartment was in good condition at end of lease. Letter of notice to vacate at end of term lease given in June 2018 and told my leasing staff, the letter was lost a total of three times. After personally handing my notice to the THEN head of management - advised I would receive deposit to the forwarding address listed on notice of vacancy. Deposit has still NOT been received. Have contacted complex on numerous occasions to speak to management and told manager does not come into late afternoon daily. Called numerous times late afternoon and even went to complex several times and was not allow to wait inside to speak to manager. Leasing office hardly ever answers phones and if/when they do, it's after 10-15 minutes of the replayed prompt.

Currently in process of purchasing my first home and unable to do so with the statement that was wrongfully sent to collections hanging over my credit! Management for this property has been HORRIBLE! Staff is rude and uneducated. And false advertise of their website stating they are open on weekends as I've even attempted to run into a manager to speak with on the weekend shift but, leasing office remains closed!

Other (requires explanation) Correction to a credit report Statement to be resolved and statement to be voided as it's been months in the works of figuring out what I was charged to begin with! As well as the charge of non-payment to be removed from my credit report. WRITTEN STATEMENTS WITH SUCH REQUESTED FOR MY PERSONAL RECORDS AS WELL.

My 76yr disabled mother and I submitted an application and paid $370.00 in fee's on 7/12 and was told that we had a move in date of 7/19. No response.
My 76 yr old disabled mother and I (24/7 caregiver) submitted an application with *** Apartments, 3550 SW H K Dodgen Loop, Temple, TX XXXXX and paid the $300.00 admin fee as well as 2 $35.00 application fees on 7/12 and was told that we had a move in date of 7/19 and that there were no issues that would hinder our acceptance. We have not revived any response on the status of our application. I have made multiple visits to the leasing office including 7/23 & 7/24(door locked) as well as leaving multiple messages with their answering service, and have sent an email to Riverwood management via their website as well as 3 phone calls and 1 email to Wehner Multifamily, LLC 7075 Twin Hills Ave,

This is apt. 24G. We gave a written move out notice June 15. We moved in four years ago to a Cabana that flooded badly and no AC, transferred to 24G, in November with the promise of a new dishwasher,new carpet . Plus bed bugs for four months with no help from this place to get rid of them,

Three years later and four managers later, we still have no dishwasher , no new carpet, and last November Jessica was shown the front door broken frame with NO dead bolt, a safety hazard. She was shown the rusty broken dishwasher and promised to get this done.

Two times later, and six months later, still no fix or repairs. Only broken promises and lies .

We pay our rent and have been loyal tenants,

Now no AC, and cannot reach anyone by phone, anyone in office,. So we bought a window unit,

And release us,. I am disabled and this is sickening for me, and we are being forced from our home. Cannot afford this! Cannot afford to pay at two places.

Have requested for the apartments to keep our 300 deposit in exchange for rent in July and to reimburse for the AC and fans and reemburse the value of my property. A very expensive vaccume and personal items.

Wehner Multifamily refuses to let me speak with a supervisor above the property manager, regarding refund for apartment I never signed a lease for.

On 04/29/2019, I filled out an application and paid a $35.00 application fee at Meridian Mansions Apartments owned by Wehner Multifamily LLc. On 04/30/2019 I received a phone call from Mckenzie the Leasing agent stating that I was approved for an apartment and that I would be able to move in that friday 05/03/2019. On that thursday 05/02/19 the day before I was to move in I again spoke with Mckenzie to confirm that I would still be moving in, We agreed I could come in the office that next morning at 9:00 am to sign lease and receive keys. That same afternoon at 4:30pm I received another phone call from mckenzie stating I would not be able to move in they had rented all the apartments. I explained to her I had already made arrangements to move my things. Mckenzie stated if I came in and put the money down I would be next in line for an apartment. Since I had already paid for application fee and been approved at meridian mansions apartments I went ahead and brought the leasing office $399.00 on 05/03/2019. at that time I was told there was an apartment being made ready at that time, and that it shouldn't be longer than a week or two. at that time I wasn't given a receipt, so when I got to my office I called and spoke with Mckenzie and asked her to please email me a receipt, she stated she would get the receipt emailed. I never received a receipt. That following monday 05/06/2019 I called and spoke with Allison the property manager and told her I was calling to check on progress of apartment. Allison was very rude stating " Didn't I tell you, it was going to be a week or two". On 05/09/2019, I received a phone call from mckenzie stating they were hoping apartment would be ready the following tuesday 05/14/2019, they would call and let me know. On Monday 05/13/2019 I still had not received a phone call, so I called and I again spoke with mckenzie. At that time she stated she wasn't sure the make ready crew was at lunch, and that she wasn't sure if I would be able to sign lease due to wifi being disconnected because"the bill hadn't been paid", that they may just have to give me the keys and sign the lease when wifi was back on.Mckenzie stated she would call me back and let me know for sure. At the end of the day I still had not received a confirmation phone call, At that point I decided because of the poor customer service and unprofessionalism I would figure out other arrangements, other than leasing an apartment at Meridian Mansion apartments. That following day 05/14/2019, I received a text message from Allison the property manager asking if I could be in their office that afternoon at 2pm. I explained to her I had decided to Make other arrangements and wouldn't need to lease their apartment, What did I need to do to get my money back. Allison then stated she would have to speak with her supervisor. I then decided to call wehner multifamily's home office in Dallas Texas. On 05/14/2019 I spoke with Juan at the home office and explained to him my situation, it was at that time juan told me they had no record of me in their system, and I needed to email their office stating all the information I had given him and that it would be forwarded to a supervisor and that I would be receiving a phone call from a supervisor. On Friday 05/17/2019, after several attempts I finally spoke with Juan at the home office,I explained to him I still had not received a phone call, he then explained to me It could take up to a week and that Anna the supervisor over that property would call me. On Wednesday 05/22/2019, I had still not received a phone call. After several attempts I reached a Kayla and she emailed Meridian Mansions.On 05/23/19 I received a phone call from Allison the property manager,Stating I would not be receiving a refund, I again requested to speak with her supervisor and was told I could not.On 05/23/2019 I again called home office and spoke with Juan, he stated I could not speak with a supervisor and the matter was "squashed

Flooding and leaking continued after management was notified.
I *** am requesting full plumbing repair for unit 144 at 4283 Pleasant Run Rd Irving Tx XXXXX. I have submitted multiple requests since I relocated from another unit due to foundation problems. The problems within unit 144 have been resolved at a surface level but the underlying issues with leaks and plumbing still exist. I am requesting full repairs with 24-48 hours with an expectation of rent being waived for the month June due to

It think it's very interesting that each time that I contact the office to reach maintenance there's always a voice message on the emergency line stating that they are aware of residents either being without water or without hot water and that there's no need to request service. This was even occurring in the winter months. Which I have experienced at least twice coming home and being without water. I feel that the living conditions are unacceptable and are not properly being managed.

3/26/19 I went to the office and spoke with Wanda, I stated to her that my apartment requires repairs in both restrooms. I explained that there has been an ongoing leak in the hall restroom ceiling that has now caused the patch repair to fall creating a hole. I explained that the sink in the master restroom has water leaking into the cabinet anytime I turn on the faucet. She then contacted maintenance and stated that someone would be over that day to repair but no one showed up.
3/29/19 As I was coming home from work between XXX-XXX I witnessed maintenance removing a toilet from the upstairs unit and stated the hole will remain open to allow the ceiling to dry.
4/1/19 The hole was patched and a week later water began to leak from the ceiling again but in a different area which lets me know that the issue was not repaired. The issue with sink the continued I called the office I was told that someone would come by no one showed.

5/10/19 I noticed small amounts of water seeping through the floor at the base of the cabinet and near my closet in the master bedroom. I then called emergency maintenance because it was after 6:00 and left a message on the office voicemail. The operate called me back and said someone would be over but no one showed up.
5/11/19 The water began seeping through the floor in multiple areas nonstop. I called the office but no one answered and emergency maintenance no one answered and no one called back. The water at this point drastically increased and there was nothing that I could do to stop it.
5/12/19 The water covered the restroom floor , closets , hall and began running towards by bed. I left another voicemail for the main office and maintenance. I called the office and spoke with Wanda where I advised her of the issue and requested to speak with the Manager, The call was placed on hold where I then hung up after waiting 10 minutes and she or the manager did not callback.
5/13/19 I called the office again after I provided my name and unit number Wanda asked me,"What issues are you having" I let her know again in a very frustrated and firm tone. Again, I asked to speak with the manager who I could hear in the background speaking to her but that did not occur. By this time the water is backed into sink, overflowing on the counter and running from under the cabinet and into the 2nd restroom and into my closet.
5/14/19 Maintenance arrived while I was at work. I received a message stating that the sink was fixed but this was not something that could be fixed at the sink because there's an issue with plumbing and pipes in which maintenance has applied patch jobs to temporarily fix the problem while water is still leaking from my ceiling.
5/23/19 I arrived from work at 7:00 left at 7:30 came back between 830-900 and my entire apartment in flooded with toilet water. When I asked, what happen maintenance stated tha

This company is heartless, non-responsive and basically just doesn't care. They ignore service request, never reply. I've dealt with Bugs, no shelves in fridge for 4 months, refused to give me a refund for accidental double payment causing financial disaster with bounced checks and late payments. It's now been almost 2 weeks since I informed the office of no- water in toilet in main hallway. I received an invoice with three different "Amount's Due", confirmed which one was correct, paid that amount then was told it wasn't right and I owe more money; their first response was automatically to threaten the me with eviction for non-payment.

As a management company I would think you would know whats going on at your properties. I live at kingwood Apartments in denton tx and the management is worse than horrible. They treat the residents as if you are a bother. Will not act on important issues within apartment or the grounds. My window was broken for 2 months. This is very dangerous any one could crawl in my bedroom they didnt see the importance of fixing it. Manager kept saying we are short handed. We will fix it when we can. Problems with roaches and no hot water for months finally have some but has to run for a while before it works. There is so much I cant even write it all. I would love for someone to contect me with some authority to make changes in the office. One star because you have to select one.

The rent was included in my separation agreement as my husband's responsibility.
My husband and I separated and I moved out. My husband took responsibility for the apartment and money owed for the apartment. Yet the full cost is on my credit report.

Los Robles Apartments - No hot water for the past week.
Manager doesn't have a resolution date. Multiple plumbing companies have been called out. From my investigating, they don't want to pay to get it fixed. I have called the main management office (Wehner Multifamily) calls forwarded to voicemail and calls are not returned.

The bought out my old apartment complex and had me re-do a lease since I switched to a "renovated" apartment. They put the WRONG date for when I was suppose to pay rent by and kept trying to tack on late charges. Not only did they NOT have my original lease in my folder, I had to reach out to the original owners to dispute the late fee's since I was still under contract with my original lease terms. I also tried to apply for a new apartment and they sent a false rental history, stating I was late multiple times as well as currently still under a lease contract; when my lease ended in February and I went month to month under the original lease. Front desk lady is absolute horrendous and she is like the 7th one they have had, the office manager is the one that made up me new lease and I told her numerous time times what the correct date should have been, and the GM has to much on her plate that she could careless what is going on with her other locations. They also sent a rental history with false information that caused me to get denied.

I recently applied for an apartment at one of your properties in Mesquite, TX at Park Ridge Apartments, and that experience was the WORST in all my years of renting or applying for a apartment. It took the manager Cynthia 3 weeks to approve my application I submitted an application on February 11, 2019, and once it was approved on March 7, 2019 she called me stating I had to pay addition fees (risk fee of $450) because of a "risk fee" for reasons she couldnt give me. When I insisted on seeing how she came up with this conclusion on paper, she asked to call me back, an hour later she calls and says that she was looking at the wrong file, had she been looking at the wrong file for 3 weeks!?!?! This lady is very unprofessional, NOT consistence in anything that she does, and she is good at lying to your face which for the life of me I can not understand why. Anyways, once I finally got an apartment to move into, the day that I had to pick up my keys she calls me late to inform me that she will not be available in the office, and that the maintenance man would be on property to give me the keys, I gave her the time of 1:00 pm for me to be there to get the keys. I get there at 12:50 pm, and waited for 30 minutes before the maintenance man showed up who by the way was NOT on property at all like Cynthia said he would. Get the keys and goes to inspect the apartment and found roaches in the kitchen and in the bedroom, paint was not consistence on the walls, there were spots everywhere on the walls. I refuse to move in a unit that is not habitable under these conditions. I went the following day to Cynthia to turn the keys in and to get my money back, I will be calling corporate on March 25, 2019 with this information and to request that I get my $250 admin fee back because of all the chaos that the manager has caused me as well as time, and money, I have to find another place and be out of my current place by March 26, I had movers scheduled and PAID for in advance, done had electricity services turned on and internet\cable services turned off and to be turned on all at the new place that I am now NOT able to move too, so yes she has been a very BIG inconvenience to me, she is the WORST. I don't recommend this property solely because of her and her unprofessional ism. I am demanding that you all refund my $250 of admin fee, by March 29,2019 or I will be taking you all to small claims court.

I am seeking the $250 admin fee that I paid, nothing was done in a timely manner, I was always given the run arounds on when I would be approved for a apartment which put me behind on alot of things that I needed to do. Since I was unable to move to this unit, I am not homeless with no place, I had paid $200 to movers to move my stuff to storage, I had to pay $200 to apply for another apartment at another property and now will be paying more than I had planned on paying. I have lost pay from work trying to take care of my business pertaining to the problems that Park Ridge Apt manager has caused me. I could go after way more than $250 but if they would just give me my $250 we wouldnt have to go to court but I am ready to take them to court if they dont refund my money.

The Wehner MultiFamily management team at Springs of Moore, in Moore Oklahoma, have more than proven themselves to be either vulturous and complicit in pursuits of unbridled greed, or they're simply apathetic and incompetent. I'm inclined, really, to believe a mixture of all of the above. With all seriousness, I'd stay away from any property that they've got their talons within.
